Definitions
- the present invention relates to a twisting head for a Kabliermaschine having a rotor with a balancing roller with two yarn guide grooves of the same diameter for each thread rotatably mounted on a coaxial to the rotor axis of rotation roller axis, wherein each of the threads and each yarn guide groove at a radial distance in a yarn guide eyelet is arranged which is arranged to cover the compensating roller from the top cross-member of the rotor.
- the invention further relates to a method for guiding threads on a twisting head of a cabling, wherein the threads are guided around a provided on a rotor and rotatably mounted on a roller axis to the rotor axis rotatably mounted compensating roller with two yarn guide grooves of the same diameter, and wherein each yarn guide groove each one of Threads via a the respective thread and the respective yarn guide groove in the radial distance associated and arranged in a the compensating roller from above cross-basic carrier of the rotor arranged Faden executionsinate is supplied.
- twisting heads with rotor and associated methods are used in the production of high-quality technical twines, such as tire cord, on cabling machines for merging the threads coming from the two feed bobbins.
- Tear strength loss is the difference between the sum of the tear strength of the two yarns and the tear strength of the cabled yarn. The loss of tensile strength is caused by different yarn lengths of the two yarns in the finished yarn and by fiber stress at Fadenumlenkstellen the cabling.
- the document DE 1 114 129 proposes a twisting head and a method of the above type, wherein a balancing role with two yarn guide grooves is arranged on a coaxial with the axis of rotation of the rotor shaft.
- the rotor is designed here as a cage, the leadership of the threads via numerous eyelets and thread guide.
- the high cost of production and the unfavorable operation of the rotor of the Known threading head has meant that such a design on cabling machines has hitherto not been used.
- twisting heads with rotor which also serve the purpose of reducing tensile strength losses.
- the rotors of these twist heads have four balancing rollers, two of which are arranged on one side of a plane passing through the rotor axis symmetry plane and the other two rollers symmetrically thereto on the other side of the plane of symmetry.
- each shaft journal is perpendicular to the plane of symmetry and in each case at a radial distance from the axis of rotation of the rotor.
- the ball bearings have a corresponding distance from the rotor axis and as a result of the high speeds act on them considerable centrifugal forces.
- the centrifugal force causes the sealing disks of the ball bearings to buckle outwards, thereby increasing the sealing gap.
- the grease filling is thrown out of the ball bearing except for a residual quantity. During further operation, the remainder of the grease is consumed until the ball bearings run dry.
- each of the thread guide eyelets associated with the thread guide eyelets is both thread feed and thread removal element for one thread to or from the thread guide groove assigned to the respective thread.
- a first thread of a first thread guide groove is fed by the yarn guide eyelet associated with the thread guide eye of the compensating roller. After the first thread has once wrapped around the equalizing roller, it is again guided over the same thread guide eyelet outward and then up to a junction point of the threads.
- the second thread forming a thread balloon is fed to the other thread guide groove on the thread guide eyelet assigned to this groove and wraps around the equalizing roller in the same direction as the first thread and, like the latter, is guided outwardly over the eyelet assigned to it and then up to the point of union.
- both existing guide grooves are arranged non-rotatably on a roller mounted on the roller axle and have the same diameter, it is ensured that the threads are brought together in each case with the same thread tension and the same thread length at the junction.
- the yarn path over the common compensating roller compensates for any previously existing tension differences, because higher yarn tension is achieved by winding transferred to the common balancing role on the thread with lower voltage and vice versa.
- the roller axle is freely accessible from below. This results in a reduced maintenance, in particular for the compensating roller and their storage. In addition, therefore, the threads during threading can be easily placed to form a loop around the roll axis from below.
- the roller axle has a extending to below the compensating roller portion in which a further eye for feeding a yarn is arranged at a favorable angle for the thread running direction.
- a thread preferably the inner thread, which is fed to the twisting head of a below the roller axis and thus arranged below the eyelet supply roll, are first passed through the central eyelet in the roll axis and then, due to the favorable angle education of the other eyelet, especially are advantageously guided to the yarn guide eyelet associated yarn guide eyelet of the compensating roller.
- the compensating roller is mounted with ball bearings on the roller axle.
- ball bearings are compared to the ball bearings used in the publications DE 88 01 951 U1 and DE 197 00 222 C1 about the roller axis, that is offset by 90 ° to the ball bearings previously known arrangements provided. Accordingly, the centrifugal forces acting on the twisting head according to the invention only lead to an accumulation of the grease contained in the ball bearing on the inner wall of the ball bearing, whereby the ball bearings permanently lubricating grease available.
- the inventively proposed ball bearings thus cause a permanent reduction of friction between the roller shaft and the compensating roller.
- a defined distance between the compensating roller and the roller axle is produced by the proposed roller bearings and thus prevents slippage.
- the compensating roller on the ball bearings lid which have recesses for receiving grease or oil.
- the lids on the compensating pulley With the help of the lids on the compensating pulley, it is possible to ensure an extensive grease or oil depot for the ball bearings. Thus, due to centrifugal the grease or oil of the ball bearings in the appropriate recesses or fat pockets of the lid.
- a provided at the bottom of the compensating roller cover has a recess for receiving the entire amount of grease or lubricating oil of the ball bearings. This can accumulate at a standstill of the twisting head all the grease or oil in this recess. When the threading head is restarted, this quantity of lubricating grease or lubricating oil is again available to the bearings and is again distributed to both bearings as a result of the onset of centrifugal force.
- the compensating roller is visible at least at one point from the radial direction.
- the guide grooves of the compensating roller are easily accessible and visible.
- a particularly good visual control of the thread layers can be achieved in that the base carrier covers the compensating roller from above only at two diametrically opposite regions.
- the object is further achieved by a method of the above-mentioned type, wherein each one of the threads by both the same, one of the yarn guide grooves associated yarn guide both to the yarn guide groove supplied as is also removed from this yarn guide groove.
- the threads can be supplied in a simple manner by one and the same Faden arrangementsinate the associated yarn guide groove and again discharged from this outward and then fed to a junction of the threads.
- a large wrap angle of the thread to the associated thread guide groove which allows a particularly good interaction between the thread and the thread guide groove, so that differences in the thread length and the yarn feeding speed of the two
- threads can be compensated by the compensating roller. Accordingly, with the aid of the method according to the invention, threads with very low tensile strength losses can be produced.
- Additional thread guides or the like, as they are known from the Publication DE 1 114 129 are known are not required for the inventive method. Accordingly, the inventive method is characterized by a particularly simple feasibility and high efficiency.
- a first thread is guided by a further eyelet arranged in a section of the roller axis extending below the compensating roller at an angle favorable for the thread running direction, before it is fed through one of the thread guide eyelets to a thread guide groove.
- This first thread is preferably the inner thread, which is fed to the twisting head by means of a supply roll located below the roller axis and thus below the further eyelet. From this supply roll, the first thread can be particularly suitably guided directly upwards through the central eyelet in the roll axis. Due to the favorable angle of the other eyelet also results in a particularly advantageous continuation of the thread to the associated Faden arrangementsinate.
- a thread loop is formed for threading at least at one of the threads, which is inserted through one of the thread guide eyelets, laid from below over the freely accessible from below roller axis and placed in the associated thread guide groove.
- a thread forming a yarn balloon outer thread is threaded in front of an inner thread, which is first fed through the further eyelet and then through the yarn guide eyelet of the yarn guide groove.
- the outer thread can first be easily guided around the roller axis, without coming into conflict with the inner thread, which then, unhindered by the outer thread, through the further eyelet and then fed through the thread guide eyelet of the thread guide groove.
