Abstract

Une brame présentant une composition d'acier qui contient jusqu'à 0,0020 % en masse de carbone et qui contient en outre du bore et de l'azote de façon à satisfaire au moins un rapport massique bore/azote de 1,5 ou plus et une teneur en bore en solution de 5 ppm ou supérieure, le reste étant du fer et des impuretés secondaires, est soumise à un laminage à chaud, un laminage à froid, et une trempe. Ensuite, la tôle résultante est soumise à un laminage à froid secondaire pour atteindre une réduction de section de 1,3 à 3,5 %. On obtient ainsi une tôle en acier étamé flexible qui présente une dureté HR30T de 52 à 60.
