Abstract
Una lámina de acero para formación que tiene propiedad de tratamiento térmico de baja temperatura, en el cual el tratamiento térmico se realiza dentro de un intervalo de temperatura más bajo que una lámina de acero convencional en el evento de la formación en prensa caliente o post-tratamiento térmico después de la formación en frío, un método para manufacturar la misma, y un método para manufacturar partes usando la misma. La lámina de acero tiene una composición de, en peso, carbono (C): 0.15 a 0.35%, silicio (Si): 0.5% o menos, manganeso (Mn): 1.5 a 2.2%, fósforo (P): 0.025% o menos, azufre (S): 0.01% o menos, aluminio (Al): 0.01 a 0.05%, nitrógeno (N): 50 a 200 ppm, titanio (Ti): 0.005 a 0.05%, tungsteno (W): 0.005 a 0.1%, y boro (B): 1 a 50 ppm, en donde Ti/N: menor que 3.4, donde Ti/N es la relación atómica de los elementos correspondientes, Ceq expresado por la siguiente fórmula varia de 0.48 a 0.58, y la temperatura Ar3 varía de 670ºC a 725ºC; [Fórmula] Ceq = C + Si/24 + Mn/6 + Ni/40 + Cr/5 +V/14 donde C, Si, Mn, Ni, Cr y V indican los contenidos (% en peso) de los elementos respectivos.
