Abstract

 先端側チューブがトリプルルーメンチューブであっても、先端部に造影マーカーを設ける構成であっても、柔軟性と吸引力を発揮する血栓吸引カテーテルを提供することである。吸引ルーメン11とコアワイヤルーメン12とを有するダブルルーメンの基端側チューブ2と、吸引ルーメン11とコアワイヤルーメン12に加えてガイドワイヤルーメン13を有するトリプルルーメンの先端側チューブ3とを備える血栓吸引カテーテルにおいて、前記先端側チューブの先端を斜めにカットし、このカット面31に該カット面とほぼ同じ方向に傾斜した先端開口部41を有する柔軟なダブルルーメンの末端吸引チューブ4を接続している構成の血栓吸引カテーテル1とした。
