Abstract

 被検査物の外観を検査する装置であって、被検査物を搬送する第1の搬送手段21及び第2の搬送手段22aと、第1の搬送手段21により搬送される被検査物の表裏を反転して、第2の搬送手段22aに引き渡す表裏反転手段23と、第1の搬送手段21及び第2の搬送手段22aにより搬送される各被検査物を斜め上方から撮像する複数の撮像手段30b,30cと、各撮像手段30b,30cの撮像データに基づき被検査物の欠陥の有無を判別する欠陥判別手段とを備える。この外観検査装置によれば、被検査物の外観全体を容易且つ確実に検査することができる。
