Abstract

 被検査物の外観を検査する装置であって、被検査物を搬送する第１の搬送手段２１及び第２の搬送手段２２ａと、第１の搬送手段２１により搬送される被検査物の表裏を反転して、第２の搬送手段２２ａに引き渡す表裏反転手段２３と、第１の搬送手段２１及び第２の搬送手段２２ａにより搬送される各被検査物を斜め上方から撮像する複数の撮像手段３０ｂ，３０ｃと、各撮像手段３０ｂ，３０ｃの撮像データに基づき被検査物の欠陥の有無を判別する欠陥判別手段とを備える。この外観検査装置によれば、被検査物の外観全体を容易且つ確実に検査することができる。
