Abstract

　この長尺物の外観検査装置は、ホース（Ｈ）を長手方向に移動させながら、照射線（Ｌ）を所定時間おきに撮像する。これにより、ホース（Ｈ）の輪郭が長手方向に亘って連続的且つ正確に撮像される。また、各撮像データからホース（Ｈ）の各幅方向位置に応じた照射線（Ｌ）の高さ方向の位置データがそれぞれ抽出され、ホース（Ｈ）の外周面形状に応じて各幅方向位置ごとに設けられた基準データによって高さ方向の位置データが減算処理される。このため、高さ方向の位置データからホース（Ｈ）の外周面の円弧形状がキャンセルされる。また、減算処理された各撮像データの高さ方向の位置データが撮像順に並べられ、所定の色調基準に基づいて検査用画像が作成される。
