Abstract

 受信側弾性波フィルタチップと送信側弾性波フィルタチップとの間のアイソレーション特性が良好な弾性波分波器を提供する。  基板2上に実装された受信側弾性表面波フィルタチップ4及び送信側弾性表面波フィルタチップ3を備え、基板2が、第1,2のバランス端子7,8と共通端子5とを有しており、送信側弾性表面波フィルタチップ3及び受信側弾性表面波フィルタチップ4の内少なくとも一方が第1の平衡信号端子及び第2の平衡信号端子を入力端子または出力端子として有するバランス型のフィルタ部であり、前記バランス型フィルタ部と前記第1のバランス端子7とを接続している第1の配線15と、前記バランス型のフィルタ部と前記第2のバランス端子8とを接続している第2の配線16とをさらに備え、前記第1,2の配線15,16が互いの間で絶縁された状態で交差していることを特徴とする、弾性波分波器1。
