- FIGS. 17 and 18 are merely examples of acoustic wave filters that constitute the transmission filter 5 and the reception filter 8. That is, the transmission filter 5 can be configured by an elastic wave filter having various other circuit configurations or a filter device other than the elastic wave filter. Similarly, the reception filter 8 can also be constituted by various balance filters other than an elastic wave filter having various circuit configurations and an elastic wave filter.

Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係るフィルタ装置の回路図である。
図4は、本発明の第2の実施形態に係るフィルタ装置の回路図である。第2の実施形態のフィルタ装置21は、補償回路9Aの構成を除いては、第1の実施形態のフィルタ装置1と同様である。従って、同一部分については、同一の参照番号を付することにより、第1の実施形態の説明を援用することとする。
図7は、第3の実施形態に係るフィルタ装置の回路図である。第3の実施形態のフィルタ装置31は、補償回路9Aに代えて、補償回路9Bが構成されていることを除いては、第2の実施形態と同様である。補償回路9Bは、送信端子4と第1の平衡端子6との間に接続されている。より具体的には、補償回路9Bは、コンデンサCt1,Cr1、Ca1及びインダクタンスLa1を有する。コンデンサCt1及びコンデンサCr1は送信端子4と第1の平衡端子6との間において直列に接続されている。コンデンサCt1及びコンデンサCr1はリアクタンス回路を構成している。また、コンデンサCt1とコンデンサCr1との間の接続点32とグラウンド電位との間に、コンデンサCa1及びインダクタンスLa1が互いに直列に接続されており、それによってLC共振回路が構成されている。従って、補償回路9Bは、第1の実施形態における第1の補償回路部11と同様に構成されている。他方、本実施形態では送信端子4と第2の平衡端子7との間に補償回路部は接続されていない。
図10は本発明の第4の実施形態に係るフィルタ装置41の回路図である。
図13に示す回路図は、第4の実施形態の変形例である。第4の実施形態の変形例は、図10中のインダクタンスL1とインダクタンスL2とを共通のインダクタンスLaに置き換えた構成を除き、第4の実施形態と同様である。なお、La=0.555nHとした。
図16は、本発明の第5の実施形態に係るフィルタ装置の回路図である。フィルタ装置51は、バランスフィルタ52を有する。バランスフィルタ52は、シングル端子としての入力端子53と、出力端子としての第1,第2の平衡端子54,55とを有する。ここでは、入力端子53と第1の平衡端子54との間に第1の補償回路部11Bが接続されている。第1の補償回路部11Bは、互いに直列に接続されたコンデンサC11,C12を有する。コンデンサC11が入力端子53側に接続されている。コンデンサC11とコンデンサC12との最短の接続点56とグラウンド電位との間にコンデンサC13及びインダクタンスL11が接続されている。コンデンサC13とインダクタンスL11が直列に接続され、LC共振回路が構成されている。
第1~第4の実施形態では、送信フィルタ5及び受信フィルタ8をブロックで示したが、送信フィルタ5及び受信フィルタ8は、弾性波共振子などの共振子を利用した様々な回路により実現することができる。図17は、このような送信フィルタを構成する回路の一例を示す回路図である。図17に示す送信フィルタでは、複数の直列腕共振子S1~S3及び並列腕共振子P1~P3、インダクタンスL21~L23を有するラダー型回路が構成されている。このようなラダー型回路を有するフィルタにより送信フィルタを構成することができる。実際には、上記複数の直列腕共振子S1~S3及び並列腕共振子P1~P3は、一点鎖線で示す圧電基板61上に電極構造を形成することにより構成することができる。

Claims (10)
- シングル端子と、第1,第2の平衡端子とを有するフィルタ装置であって、
前記シングル端子と前記第1,第2の平衡端子との間に接続されているバランスフィルタと、
前記シングル端子と前記第1の平衡端子とを接続している第1の補償回路部及び前記シングル端子と前記第2の平衡端子とを接続している第2の補償回路部のうち少なくとも一方を有する補償回路とを備え、
前記補償回路が、前記バランスフィルタの阻止帯域の内の特定の周波数帯域において前記補償回路が接続されていない場合に比べて減衰量を大きくする共振回路を有する、フィルタ装置。 - 前記特定の周波数帯域の一部において、前記シングル端子から前記第1の平衡端子への第1の信号経路を伝搬する信号と、前記シングル端子から前記第2の平衡端子への第2の信号経路を伝搬する信号との振幅及び位相が同等となるように前記共振回路が構成されている、請求項1に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記補償回路が、前記共振回路と、前記共振回路に接続されているリアクタンス回路とを有する、請求項1または2に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記リアクタンス回路が、静電容量を含む、請求項3に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記共振回路が、LC共振回路からなる、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記リアクタンス回路が、前記シングル端子と前記第1または第2の平衡端子とを接続している線路において互いに直列に接続された第1,第2の静電容量を有し、前記第1の静電容量と第2の静電容量との間の接続点と、グラウンド電位との間に前記共振回路が接続されている、請求項3~5のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記リアクタンス回路が、前記シングル端子と前記第1または第2の平衡端子とを接続している線路において接続された第3の静電容量を有し、
前記第3の静電容量が接続される前記シングル端子と前記第1または第2の平衡端子との両接続点と、グラウンド電位との間に接続される前記共振回路が、前記第3の静電容量の両接続点の一方に一端が接続される第4の静電容量と、該第3の静電容量の両接続点の他方に一端が接続される第5の静電容量と、該第4及び第5の静電容量の他端に接続されるインダクタンスとを有している、請求項3~5のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。 - 前記第1及び第2の補償回路部を有し、前記第1,第2の補償回路部が前記リアクタンス回路及び前記共振回路を有する、請求項6または請求項7に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記シングル端子が送信端子であり、前記第1,第2の平衡端子が第1,第2の受信端子であり、
アンテナ端子と、
前記アンテナ端子と前記送信端子との間に接続されている送信フィルタとをさらに備え、
前記バランスフィルタが、前記アンテナ端子と前記第1,第2の平衡端子としての第1,第2の受信端子との間に接続されたバランス型受信フィルタであり、それによってデュプレクサが構成されている、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。 - 前記共振回路の共振周波数が、前記送信フィルタの通過帯域内に位置している、請求項9に記載のフィルタ装置。
