 平衡-不平衡変換機能を有し、第1,第2の平衡端子間における信号の平衡度が改善された弾性波フィルタ装置を提供する。  不平衡端と、第1,第2の平衡端とを有する縦結合共振子型の弾性波フィルタ部6と、弾性波共振子18とを備え、弾性波フィルタ部6の第1,第2の平衡端に接続された第1,第2の信号ライン16,17にIDT19の第1,第2分割電極部19a,19bがそれぞれ接続されており、第1分割電極部19aと第1の平衡端とを結んでいる線路の距離と、第2分割電極部19bと第2の平衡端とを結んでいる線路の距離が略等しくされており、第1分割電極部19aと第2分割電極部19bとが異ならされている、弾性波フィルタ装置。
