La partie interne (2) forme une enveloppe rigide étanche à la vapeur d'eau et aux arômes qui entoure le bloc de cigarettes de tous les côtés à l'exception de l'ouverture de prélèvement (3). L'ouverture de prélèvement (3) peut être refermée à l'aide d'une languette adhésive (4) qui est elle aussi étanche à la vapeur d'eau et aux arômes.
