Abstract

La présente invention concerne la stabilisation et l'hydro-isolation de la base (2) d'un mur et permet de résoudre le problème technique de l'affaiblissement et de la présence trop abondante d'eau dans les murs (1). Ledit procédé consiste à envelopper la base (2) du mur à l'aide de béton des deux côtés dudit mur pour former une coque (7) autour du mur et sous la fondation jusqu'à un tiers de la largeur du mur. Ce procédé consiste ensuite à injecter une substance de pénétration sous forme de silicone hydrophobe dans la base (2) de mur enveloppée et sous (10) le mur de fondation, jusqu'à la couche de gravier porteuse (6), pour améliorer la portance du sol sous la base (2) du mur. Grâce à la sonde de pénétration (11), la substance de pénétration hydrophobe remplit ainsi tous les fissures et pores et rend hydrophobe la base (2) du mur, empêchant ainsi la montée de l'humidité provenant des eaux souterraines (5) et de la couche de gravier (6).
