Abstract

The invention relates to the stabilisation and water-tight sealing of an underground wall section (2), which solves the problem of weakened walls (1), excessively saturated with water. The encasing of the underground wall section (2) is carried out with concrete in the form of a double-sided jacket (7) to a one third thickness. An injection is provided into the underground wall section (2) and beneath the underground wall section (10) which reaches from the supporting hardcore layer (6) and the hydrophobic silicone penetrant (11) in the underground wall section (2). The hydrophobic penetrant thus fills all cracks and pores by means of the injecting probe (11) and renders the underground wall section (2) watertight against ingress of dampness from ground water in the earth (5) and in the hardcore layer (6).

Der Gegenstand ist die Sanierung der Mauerfundamente des Gebäudes durch Stabilisierung und Hydroisolierung des zugrunde liegenden Mauerteiles, welches ohne vorherige Vertiefung und Fundamente erbaut wurde.
