Abstract

A method relating to a micronising system for cleaning false ceilings and walls and performing any disinfection or decontamination operation and in general any operation requiring micronising. The method uses a combination of chemical solutions that are perfectly suited to the kind of cleaning and surface in question, and a micronising apparatus with an ultra-fine nozzle for collecting particulate cleaning waste in a tank. The method uses a set of three tanks, of which the first contains compressed air and the second contains a chemical solution suitable for use on the surface to be cleaned, while the third is used to collect the cleaning waste particles. The liquid is propelled by the pressure of the air in the first tank. A complete system is achieved comprising an air tank which requires only three minutes' electrical power for filling and can then operate for three hours, a set of highly volatile solutions that do not impregnate the surface or alter the physical and chemical properties thereof, and a system for collecting particulate cleaning waste in a special tank. The system uses a minimal amount of cleaning solution since it sprays it onto the surface at a pressure of 0.3 bar.
