Abstract
Винахід стосується пристрою і способу для зміни властивостей тривимірної фасонної деталі (2) за допомогою електронів, що містить щонайменше один прискорювач (3а; 3b) електронів для генерування прискорених електронів і два вікна (5а; 5b) виходу електронів, при цьому обидва вікна (5а; 5b) виходу електронів розміщені одне навпроти одного, при цьому обидва вікна (5а; 5b) виходу електронів і щонайменше один відбивач (7а1; 7а2; 7b1; 7b2) обмежують технологічну камеру, в якій поверхня або крайовий шар фасонної деталі (2) бомбардують електронами, при цьому за допомогою сенсорної системи реєструється розподіл щільності енергії в технологічній камері щонайменше в тривимірному вимірюванні.
