Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу биохимического синтеза в промышленном масштабе 1,4-бутандиамина в микроорганизме, который имеет повышенный уровень активности орнитиндекарбоксилазы (ODC), где повышенную активность (ODC) получают с помощью сверхэкспрессии гена, который кодирует ODC с увеличенной транскрипционной и/или трансляционной эффективностью с использованием сильного регулированного промотора, и где образованный в микроорганизме 1,4-бутандиамин секретируется в среду ферментации и извлекается из среды ферментации.
