For example, if an item is out of stock, and the server device 100 identifies the stocking information of the item, and identifies that the item will be stocked within a predetermined time period from the current time point, the server device 100 may provide information indicating that the item can be delivered in sequence once it is stocked in the future (by including it in the information about the item), even if delivery of the item is currently impossible. Conversely, if the server device 100 identifies that the item will not be stocked within a predetermined time period from the current time point by identifying the stocking information of the item when the item is out of stock, the server device 100 may provide information indicating that the item is out of stock by including the information indicating that the item is out of stock in the information about the item.

For example, operation 303 in which the server device 100 identifies the stocking information of an item may include the following operations: identifying characteristic information of the item by the server device 100; identifying whether the item corresponds to an item that can be delivered sequentially based on the characteristic information; and identifying the stocking information of the item only when the item corresponds to an item that can be delivered sequentially when the item is out of stock. That is, when an item is out of stock, the operation of the server device 100 identifying the stocking information of an item may be an operation performed only for items with specific characteristics. For example, in the case of an item corresponding to a fresh food that is preferably delivered on the same day, it may be inappropriate to set an order even when the item is out of stock. As another example, in the case of an item corresponding to an installation product that needs to be installed at a specific location or a user's desired location, it may be inappropriate to immediately deliver the item when the item is later stocked without considering the characteristics related to the installation of the item. Therefore, the server device 100 considers the characteristic information of the item to determine whether the corresponding item is suitable for sequential delivery, and then, when the item is determined to be an item suitable for sequential delivery, it can be configured to identify the stocking information when the corresponding item is out of stock.

If the server device 100 identifies the characteristic information of the item and determines that the item does not correspond to an item that can be delivered sequentially, then even if the item is out of stock, the server device 100 still does not identify the stocking information of the item, and can provide information indicating that the corresponding item is out of stock by including the information indicating that the corresponding item is out of stock in the information about the item.

For example, the operation 303 in which the server device 100 identifies the stocking information of an item can be performed based on setting flag information related to the corresponding item and indicating that the stocking information of the item is identified when the item is out of stock. That is, the server device 100 can set flag information indicating whether to identify the stocking information of the item when the item is out of stock for an item, and the operation 303 in which the server device 100 identifies the stocking information of the item can be performed based on the flag information set as above.

For example, when flag information is set for an item, the server device 100 may consider activating the flag information when the item is out of stock to perform an operation of identifying the stocking information of the item. If the flag information is deactivated when the item is out of stock, the server device 100 may determine that the corresponding item is indicated as not identifying the stocking information. In this case, the corresponding item is considered out of stock regardless of the later scheduled stocking date or the scheduled stocking quantity, and the information indicating that the item is out of stock may be included in the information about the item and provided together.

On the contrary, if the flag information is activated when the item is out of stock, the server device 100 may determine that the corresponding item is indicated to identify the stocking information. In this case, the stocking information including the scheduled stocking date or the scheduled stocking quantity of the item is identified, and if it is determined that the item will be stocked within a predetermined period of time according to the stocking information, even if the item is not currently available for delivery, information indicating that it is possible to deliver the item in sequence once it is stocked in the future may be included in the item information and provided together. Even if the flag information is activated, if it is not determined that the corresponding item will be stocked within a predetermined period of time according to the stocking information, information indicating that the corresponding item is out of stock may still be included in the information about the item and provided together.

For example, the stocking information for an item identified by the server device 100 in operation 303 may be information set based on information related to the delivery of the item received from a supplier of the delivered item. When the stocking of the corresponding item within a predetermined time period is determined, it is necessary to execute information indicating that the server device 100 is instructing sequential delivery according to a later stocking schedule of an out-of-stock item. Otherwise, even if the user of the service is notified that sequential delivery of the item is possible, the delivery schedule of the item may be delayed longer than the initially expected sequential delivery schedule. Therefore, the server device 100 can receive the delivery-related information from the supplier, and based on this, set and identify the inventory information of the item, and at this time, the specific operation of the server device 100 for setting the inventory information can be executed as shown in FIG. 4.

FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an operation method of setting the stocking information of an item by the server device 100 according to various embodiments.

405。 First, the server device 100 may obtain delivery schedule information 401 about an item from a supplier that has been confirmed for the item. The delivery schedule information obtained by the server device 100 may include various information required for delivering items or placing orders, such as supplier information, information about items to be delivered, scheduled delivery quantity, scheduled delivery time, scheduled delivery location and/or delivery unit price. Therefore, the server device 100 may identify information 403 about the scheduled quantity and scheduled time of the item to be delivered based on the obtained delivery schedule information, and may set the item's stocking information 405 based on the identified scheduled quantity and scheduled time.

As shown in FIG. 4 , the stocking information set by the server device 100 for the items sold in the service can correspond to the information set by the server device 100 to easily manage the external information received from the external supplier as the internal information about the items sold in the service.

According to various embodiments, in operation 305, when it is determined that an item is stocked within a predetermined time period based on the stocking information, the server device 100 may provide information about an item, including first information indicating that sequential delivery is possible according to the scheduled stocking of the item.

For example, a predetermined time period for identifying an item to be stocked may be a time period during which the server device 100 determines that an appropriate estimated delivery schedule can be ensured when performing sequential delivery according to the stocking schedule.

For example, according to the various embodiments described above, if stocking information about an out-of-stock item is identified and it is determined that the corresponding item will be stocked within a predetermined time period, then in operation 303, first information indicating that sequential delivery of the item according to the stocking schedule is possible may be included in the information about an item.

For example, for an out-of-stock item determined to be available for sequential delivery, first information indicating that sequential delivery is possible may be set to be displayed together when information about the item is displayed on various pages about the service, and when a user wants to order a corresponding item, it may be set to indicate a scheduled delivery date on which the corresponding item will be sequentially delivered. For example, when a user enters a keyword related to an item, the server device 100 provides a search result page including information about the item, and if an out-of-stock item is determined to be capable of sequential delivery according to the embodiment described above, the information about the item included in the search result page may include first information indicating that sequential delivery of the corresponding item is possible. At this time, if the user inputs a touch or click to view information about an item on the search result page, the server device 100 provides a detail page of the item including information about the item, and the information about the item included in the detail page may also include first information indicating that sequential delivery of the corresponding item is possible. In addition, when the user makes an input to order or purchase an item on the detail page, the server device 100 may provide first information indicating that sequential delivery of the corresponding item is possible and information about a scheduled delivery date of the corresponding item to be sequentially delivered.

For example, when the first information indicates that stocking information of an out-of-stock item is identified and the item will be stocked within a predetermined time period and sequential delivery according to the scheduled stocking of the item is possible, the corresponding item can be set as an item for exclusive delivery. That is, an item that is determined to be available for sequential delivery even if it is currently out of stock is not delivered together with other items, and only an item that is determined to be available for sequential delivery can be set to be delivered alone. Through this, the server device 100 can easily comply with and manage the expected delivery date of the item that is determined to be capable of sequential delivery, regardless of the delivery of other items.

Additionally, to set exclusive delivery of an item, the server device 100 may make it impossible to purchase the corresponding item from a page (such as a shopping cart or trolley) containing a list of items selected by a user, or may allow purchase only from a detail page of the corresponding item to help prevent items identified as eligible for sequential delivery from being ordered together with other items. That is, an item that indicates that sequential delivery is possible after first identifying an item to be stocked within a predetermined time period based on stocking information cannot be purchased through an item list page (such as a shopping cart or a trolley) that includes a list of items selected by a user, and can be set to be purchased only from a detail page of the corresponding item.

To this end, when the information about the item includes the first information, the server device 100 can set, identify and manage information including that the corresponding item corresponds to an item for exclusive delivery, and based on the corresponding item corresponding to an item for exclusive delivery, can set, identify and manage information including that the corresponding item can only be purchased on the detailed page of the corresponding item.

If an item with the first information set is added to an item list selected by the user (such as a shopping cart or a trolley), that is, if the user performs an input to add the item with the first information set to a shopping cart or a trolley, the server device 100 may be configured to provide information including that the item is only available for purchase on a detail page on an item list page and information including that the item is not available for purchase through an item list page containing an item list selected by the user.

For example, when a user orders an item with first information indicating that sequential delivery is possible because the item is identified as being stocked within a predetermined time period according to the stocking information, the server device 100 processes the order completion information corresponding to the order. At this time, the order completion information processed in this way may include information that the order included in the order completion information corresponds to an order for sequential delivery of requested items, and through this, even in the item delivery stage after the order is completed, the corresponding item can continue to be identified as an item for which sequential delivery is requested.

For example, when receiving order completion information of an order including a request for sequential delivery of an item, the server device 100 may identify a specific first distribution center capable of sequentially delivering items to the user in response to the order completion information, and provide delivery management information related to the delivery of the item requested for sequential delivery to a server 300 of the first distribution center. At this time, the delivery management information provided by the server device 100 may include information indicating that the item has been requested for sequential delivery and information of the user who ordered the item by requesting sequential delivery.

For example, when an item set with the first information indicating that sequential delivery is possible due to identifying an item as being stocked within a predetermined time period according to the stocking information is an item for which the first distribution center has not yet secured inventory even when the user orders it, the server device 100 needs to manage the scheduled inventory status or the scheduled delivery process in the first distribution center for the corresponding item. Therefore, the server device 100 can obtain the first quantity information of the item waiting after the sequential delivery request to the first distribution center when the delivery of the item for which sequential delivery is requested is assigned to the first distribution center from the server 300 of the first distribution center based on a plurality of order completion information in which a plurality of users order an item for which the first information is set on the service. In addition, the server device 100 can identify information about a first scheduled delivery quantity to be delivered by the first distribution center from a supplier of the item, and based on the obtained first quantity information and the identified first delivery schedule quantity, can determine the delivery management information of a corresponding item, so as to manage a scheduled inventory status or a scheduled delivery process of the corresponding item in the first distribution center.

On the other hand, for an item for which the first information indicating that sequential delivery is possible is set if the item is identified as being stocked within a predetermined time period according to the stocking information, when it is determined that the quantity of the item requested for sequential delivery is greater than the quantity of the item to be stocked at a specific distribution center, the server device 100 can be configured to adjust the quantity to be delivered in the step of the supplier delivering the corresponding item to the specific distribution center.

That is, based on a plurality of order completion information in which a plurality of users order items for which the first information is set in the service, the server device 100 can identify the number of orders assigned to sequentially deliver the corresponding items in a specific distribution center, and can also identify the number of items waiting after requesting sequential delivery to a specific distribution center. At this time, when the number of items waiting after requesting sequential delivery to a specific distribution center corresponds to a large number when considering the scheduled number of items to be delivered to the specific distribution center and it is therefore determined that the inventory will be insufficient later, the server device 100 can set a portion of the scheduled number of items to be delivered to other distribution centers that are determined to have sufficient inventory to be delivered to the specific distribution center.

Regarding the first distribution center and the second distribution center, where it is determined based on the stocking information that the item will be received within a predetermined time period and is determined to be capable of sequential delivery, and the first information indicating that sequential delivery is possible is set for the item, the server device 100 can adjust the scheduled quantity of items to be delivered to each distribution center by identifying and comparing the quantity of items waiting after sequential delivery is requested to each distribution center with the scheduled quantity of items to be delivered to each distribution center, and can perform a specific operation as shown in FIG. 5. Here, the distribution center determined to be capable of sequential delivery of items can refer to a distribution center that can sequentially deliver items to orderers in the future, because the items are scheduled to be delivered to the corresponding distribution center.

FIG. 5 is a diagram showing an operation method for adjusting the delivery schedule quantity of items to a distribution center by the server device 100 according to various embodiments.

503。 First, the server device 100 can identify an item that is out of stock but is determined to be in stock within a predetermined time period so that it can be delivered sequentially 501, and can identify a first distribution center and a second distribution center 503 that can deliver the determined items sequentially.

507。 Based on a plurality of order completion information identified by a plurality of users' item orders on the service, the server device 100 can identify first quantity information of items requested to be sequentially delivered to the first distribution center and second quantity information 505 of items requested to be sequentially delivered to the second distribution center. Based on the identified first quantity information and second quantity information, the server device 100 can adjust the first scheduled delivery quantity of items determined to be delivered from the supplier of items to the first distribution center and the second scheduled delivery quantity 507 of items determined to be delivered from the supplier of items by the second distribution center.

At this time, the operation of adjusting the scheduled delivery quantity of each distribution center according to operation 507 by the server device 100 can be implemented in the following form: considering the quantity of items to be delivered to a specific distribution center, if there are too many items waiting to be requested to be delivered to the specific distribution center in sequence, then a part of the scheduled delivery quantity is received from other distribution centers; or considering the quantity of items to be delivered to a specific distribution center, if the quantity of items requested to be delivered to the specific distribution center is too small, then a part of the scheduled delivery quantity of the specific distribution center is transferred to another distribution center.

For example, in FIG. 5 , based on the ratio of the quantity information requested to be sequentially delivered to the distribution center and the scheduled delivery quantity determined to be received by the distribution center, the server device 100 can determine whether the scheduled inventory status or the scheduled delivery process of the items in the corresponding distribution center is properly managed, and can also consider the ratio to perform an operation of adjusting the scheduled delivery quantity with other distribution centers.

For example, in FIG. 5 , if the ratio of the first scheduled delivery quantity determined to be delivered to the first distribution center to the first quantity information requested to be sequentially delivered to the first distribution center is less than a predetermined ratio, the server device 100 may determine that the scheduled inventory status of the items in the first distribution center is insufficient, and may set some scheduled delivery quantities of other distribution centers to be delivered to the first distribution center. That is, in the above situation, if the ratio of the second scheduled delivery quantity determined to be delivered to the second distribution center to the second quantity information requested to be sequentially delivered to the second distribution center is greater than or equal to the predetermined ratio, the server device 100 may determine that the scheduled inventory status of the items in the second distribution center is sufficient, and may adjust the first scheduled delivery quantity and the second scheduled delivery quantity so that at least a portion of the second scheduled delivery quantity can be delivered to the first distribution center.

At this time, the server device 100 may provide the supplier with first instruction information indicating that a quantity obtained by adding at least a portion of the quantity from the first scheduled delivery quantity is to be delivered to a first distribution center and second instruction information indicating that a quantity obtained by subtracting at least a portion of the quantity from the second scheduled delivery quantity is to be delivered to a second distribution center, so that the supplier of the item can deliver the item to the first distribution center and the second distribution center according to the adjusted scheduled delivery quantity. The supplier can deliver the same amount of items as the adjusted quantity to each distribution center according to the first instruction information and the second instruction information provided to it.

The above operation in which the server device 100 instructs the supplier to adjust the scheduled delivery quantity of the item for each distribution center can be extended to be executed for multiple suppliers and multiple distribution centers. Even for the same item sold in the service, multiple suppliers of the item can be identified, and each of the multiple suppliers delivers the delivery quantity of the contract item related to the service to the contract distribution center. That is, the first supplier included in the multiple suppliers delivering an item delivers the item to some of all the distribution centers associated with the service.

For an item that is out of stock but is determined to be in stock within a predetermined time period and can be delivered in sequence, the server device 100 can identify a first supplier included in a plurality of suppliers that deliver the item and a plurality of distribution centers corresponding to the destination to which the first supplier delivers the corresponding item. At this time, the server device 100 can group the plurality of distribution centers according to location to facilitate adjustment of the scheduled delivery quantity between the distribution centers, and therefore, the plurality of distribution centers can be divided into distribution center group units including one or more distribution centers that can be considered to be located within a specific regional range. As an example, a plurality of distribution centers from which a first supplier delivers items may be divided into: distribution center group A, which includes one or more distribution centers located in regional range A; distribution center group B, which includes one or more other distribution centers located in regional range B; distribution center group C, which includes one or more other distribution centers located in regional range C; and the like, and a plurality of distribution center groups may be identified corresponding to a plurality of regional ranges classified by the server device 100.

At this time, since one or more distribution centers included in a distribution center group are located in a regional range and the distance between them is not far, the first supplier can easily adjust with each other and deliver the scheduled delivery quantity of the item to one or more distribution centers included in a distribution center group. Therefore, the operation of the server device 100 instructing the supplier to adjust the scheduled delivery quantity of the item for each distribution center can be set to be executed with one or more distribution centers included in the distribution center group classified by the server device 100 according to the regional range as the target.

Specifically, the server device 100 can identify the ratio of the scheduled delivery quantity determined to be delivered by the first supplier to each distribution center included in one of the plurality of distribution center groups corresponding to the first supplier and the quantity of items waiting to be sequentially delivered to each distribution center, and can instruct the first supplier to deliver some of the scheduled delivery quantities of the distribution center determined to have a high ratio to the distribution center determined to have a low ratio. For example, if the ratio in distribution center a is high, but the ratios in distribution center b and distribution center c are low, the server device 100 that has identified the ratios of distribution center a, distribution center b, and distribution center c included in distribution center group A can instruct the first supplier to change the quantity of some of the scheduled delivery quantities of distribution center a to distribution center b and distribution center c, respectively, and deliver them.

The server device 100 can perform the above operations on multiple suppliers of delivered items, and through this, the delivery schedule quantity control and inventory management of items to the distribution center can be easily handled, while promoting the convenience of suppliers.

On the other hand, when a specific distribution center receives delivery of items from another distribution center that receives items from a supplier and transports them to the specific distribution center instead of directly receiving items from a supplier, the server device 100 can facilitate smooth delivery management of items by providing delivery management information related to the delivery of items (which is requested to the server 300 of the specific distribution center for sequential delivery) to the other distribution center.

For example, when a user's order completion information for an item that is out of stock but determined to be in stock within a predetermined time period makes sequential delivery possible, the first distribution center that can sequentially deliver the item to the user may correspond to a distribution center that indirectly receives the item by receiving the item from the supplier and shipping the item to a third distribution center of the first distribution center, rather than a distribution center that directly receives the item from the supplier. In this case, the server device 100 may provide information indicating that sequential delivery of the item has been requested and delivery management information including information of the user who ordered the item by requesting sequential delivery not only to the server 300 of the first distribution center but also to the server 300 of a third distribution center to deliver the item to the first distribution center.

By operating the server device 100 as described above, it is possible to facilitate smooth inventory management of items requested for sequential delivery in the distribution center, and, if necessary, facilitate faster delivery to users by changing the delivery or shipping route of the items requested for sequential delivery. For example, when it is determined that it will take more than a certain amount of time for an item delivered from a supplier to a third distribution center to be delivered sequentially to a user via the first distribution center, the server device 100 may provide instruction information to the server 300 of the third distribution center to instruct that an item be delivered directly from the third distribution center to the user's address.

Obviously, the various pieces of information provided in the process of the server device 100 executing the operation method for providing item information according to Figures 3 to 5 can be combined and provided in various forms.

Figures 6 to 9 are diagrams showing examples of a user interface/user experience (UI/UX) for providing a page according to various embodiments. Specifically, in each example embodiment of the UI/UX of the user device 200 described in the following figures, when the user device 200 receives input information from the user and transmits it to the server device 100, the server device 100 may provide information corresponding to the input information to the user device 200 based on the operations described above in Figures 3 to 5, and then the user device 200 may output the information. However, each example embodiment of the UI/UX described in the following figures is not limited to this form, and may be executed in all forms in which each embodiment of the UI/UX may be implemented.

FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating an example in which the user device 200 outputs a search result page including information indicating that sequential delivery of a scheduled stocking of an item is possible to a user according to various embodiments.

A user can enter a keyword (such as 601) for searching for a desired item on the service, and can output information about an item (such as 603) as a search result corresponding to the keyword through a search result page.

At this time, the information about the item displayed at 603 may include information about the name, price, delivery guarantee period and/or user rating of the item, and in this case, may include information indicating that the item can be delivered sequentially based on the inventory, stocking information and/or characteristics of the item, as shown in 605. The item displayed in 603 may correspond to an item that is currently out of stock and is determined to be stocked within a predetermined time period based on the stocking information of the item, and in order to notify the user of this, information indicating that sequential delivery of the item is possible may be provided as in 605.

FIG. 7 may correspond to a detailed page of an item provided by a user inputting information (such as touching or clicking information about an item indicated in 603 of FIG. 6). On the detailed page of FIG. 7, information about the name, price, guaranteed delivery period and/or user rating of the item related to the sale of the item may be provided, as shown in 701. In addition, as shown in 703 of the detailed page of FIG. 7, information indicating that sequential delivery is possible for an item may be provided to notify that the item selected by the user is currently out of stock and is determined to be in stock within a predetermined time period based on the stocking information of the item.

At this time, when a user enters an input to purchase an item through the "Buy" button 705, the form 801 displayed on the detail page of Figure 8 can provide the user with information that the items he wants to purchase will be delivered sequentially according to the later stocking and information about an expected delivery schedule when ordering items.

FIG. 9 is a diagram showing an example in which the user device 200 outputs an item list page including items determined to be available for sequential delivery according to a stocking schedule to a user according to various embodiments.

In the case of an item that is currently out of stock and is determined to be stocked within a predetermined period of time based on the stocking information of an item, in order to prevent it from being ordered together with other items for smooth delivery management, it can be set to correspond to an item for exclusive delivery, and relevant information can be provided in the form of Figure 9 on the user's item list page.

That is, even if the item is added to a shopping cart or a trolley, information indicating that the item cannot be purchased in the item list page including the shopping cart or the trolley and that the item can be purchased only through the item detail page may still be displayed as in 901.

The UI/UX of the user device 200 of Figures 6 to 9 and the operation of the user device 200 can be performed in association with the operation of the server device 100 described above in Figures 3 to 5.
