Abstract

According to the present invention, a method for providing delivery-related information and an electronic device used therefor are disclosed, and the method for providing delivery-related information includes the following steps: confirming the store corresponding to the reference location of the customer terminal and the business hours of the above-mentioned store; confirming whether the reference time related to the request of the above-mentioned customer terminal to the above-mentioned store corresponds to the business hours of the above-mentioned store; and when the above-mentioned reference time does not correspond to the business hours of the above-mentioned store, corresponding to the request to the above-mentioned store, providing a page including time information related to the scheduled delivery to the above-mentioned customer terminal.

Description

Method for providing distribution-related information, and non-temporary computer-readable recording medium and electronic device used in the method

The present invention relates to a method for providing delivery-related information and an electronic device used therefor.

With the popularization of Internet use, the e-commerce market is expanding. In particular, the food ordering service in the e-commerce market is developing rapidly, and there are constant attempts to provide various additional services to customers on the software that provides food ordering services.

For example, the characteristic of food ordering service is to deliver food to customers. Some software also has the following situation: it combines supermarket ordering service that can deliver various goods to customers with food ordering service and is not limited to cooked food.

On the other hand, in relation to food ordering services or supermarket ordering services, a method of providing time information is required so that customers who use the service can estimate the time it takes for delivery and the time to receive the goods.

In this regard, please refer to previous documents such as KR 10-2005-0077567 A, KR 10-2014-0024232 A, etc.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for providing delivery-related information for booking delivery services and an electronic device used therefor.

The technical issues to be realized by this embodiment are not limited to the technical issues described above, and other technical issues can be inferred based on the following embodiments.

The disclosed method for providing delivery-related information of an embodiment may include the following steps: confirming the store corresponding to the base location of the customer terminal and the business hours of the above-mentioned store; confirming whether the base time associated with the request of the above-mentioned customer terminal to the above-mentioned store corresponds to the business hours of the above-mentioned store; and when the above-mentioned base time does not correspond to the business hours of the above-mentioned store, corresponding to the request to the above-mentioned store, providing a page including time information related to the scheduled delivery to the above-mentioned customer terminal.

The above-mentioned method for providing delivery-related information may further include the following steps: when the above-mentioned base time corresponds to the business hours of the above-mentioned store, in response to a request to the above-mentioned store, a page including estimated delivery time information is provided to the above-mentioned customer terminal.

The time information related to the above-mentioned scheduled delivery can be determined based on the earliest time period obtained by dividing the business hours of the above-mentioned stores.

The step of confirming the above-mentioned store and the business hours of the above-mentioned store includes the step of confirming the first inventory quantity information managed in the above-mentioned store, and the above-mentioned first inventory quantity information can be changed based on whether the goods in the above-mentioned store are selected.

The above-mentioned method for providing delivery-related information may further include the following steps: based on the quantity of the above-mentioned reservation order requests corresponding to any of the above-mentioned time periods, updating the page including the above-mentioned delivery time information.

The above-mentioned delivery-related information providing method may further include the following steps: transmitting the above-mentioned reservation order request and the delivery person information corresponding to the above-mentioned reservation order request to the above-mentioned store; the time of transmitting the above-mentioned reservation order request and the above-mentioned delivery person information may be determined based on the above-mentioned desired delivery time information and the estimated delivery time information.

The estimated delivery time information can be determined based on at least one of the delivery preparation time information, the distance information between the customer terminal and the store, and the surrounding traffic condition information of the customer terminal and the store.

The above-mentioned method for providing delivery-related information may further include the following steps: when the number of the above-mentioned reservation order requests corresponding to any of the above-mentioned time periods is greater than the number of delivery personnel assigned to the above-mentioned store, additional delivery personnel are assigned to the above-mentioned store.

The above-mentioned method for providing delivery-related information may further include the following steps: when the inventory quantity displayed in the above-mentioned store is less than the quantity of the goods corresponding to the above-mentioned reservation order request, a request for inventory transfer is transmitted to the inventory replenishment center adjacent to the above-mentioned store; the time of transmitting the above-mentioned inventory transfer request may be determined based on the above-mentioned desired delivery time information, the estimated delivery time information and the estimated inventory transfer time information.

The page including the time information related to the above-mentioned scheduled delivery may further include the second inventory quantity information that can be sold to customers, and the above-mentioned second inventory quantity information may be changed based on whether there is a scheduled order request.

An electronic device for providing delivery-related information in an embodiment disclosed may include: a memory storing at least one command; and a processor, which confirms the store corresponding to the base location of the customer terminal and the business hours of the store based on the at least one command, confirms whether the base time associated with the customer terminal's request to the store corresponds to the business hours of the store, and when the base time does not correspond to the business hours of the store, provides a page including time information related to scheduled delivery to the customer terminal in response to the request to the store.

Specific matters of other embodiments are included in the detailed description and illustrations.

According to the present invention, not only during the store's business hours, but also outside the store's business hours, it is possible to receive a scheduled delivery order from the customer terminal with the desired delivery time selected, thereby increasing the sales of the service.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, by assigning additional delivery personnel or transferring inventory from the inventory replenishment center, more scheduled delivery orders can be received, thereby increasing the sales of the service.

Referring to FIG. 1 , the delivery-related information providing method of the embodiment of the present invention can be implemented in various types of devices. For example, the delivery-related information providing method of the embodiment of the present invention can be implemented by the electronic device 100 and the customer terminal 110 connected to the electronic device 100. In other words, the electronic device 100 and the customer terminal 110 connected to the electronic device 100 can implement the actions of the embodiment of the present invention based on the information providing method implemented by each. On the other hand, the item list information providing method of the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to that shown in FIG. 1 , and can also be implemented by various electronic devices or servers.

The electronic device 100 of various embodiments may be a device that implements wired or wireless communication with a customer terminal 110 connected to the electronic device 100 and includes a memory with a large unit of storage capacity. For example, the electronic device 100 may be a cloud device connected to the customer terminal 110. In other words, the delivery-related information providing method of the embodiment of the present invention may also be implemented on a logic device of a cloud device.

The customer terminal 110 associated with the electronic device 100 of various embodiments may be a desktop computer, a tablet computer, a mobile terminal, or other device that can be used by service users. In addition, other electronic devices that perform similar functions may also be used as the customer terminal 110 associated with the electronic device 100.

Various modules that can provide the actions of the embodiments of the present invention. The module can be a computer code and one or more commands implemented in the following manner: a physical device (e.g., electronic device 100) that implements the information providing method (or included in the physical device) can perform a specified action. In other words, the physical device that implements the information providing method can store a plurality of modules in the form of computer code in the memory, and when executing the plurality of modules stored in the memory, the plurality of modules cause the physical device to perform the specified actions corresponding to the plurality of modules.

FIG. 2 is a schematic block diagram of an electronic device and a customer terminal for illustrating an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 2 , the electronic device 100 and the customer terminal 110 connected to the electronic device 100 may each include a communication unit 210, a memory 220, and a processor 230.

According to the embodiment, the electronic device 100 and the customer terminal 110 connected to the electronic device 100 may further include an input unit and an output unit. The input unit and the output unit may be various interfaces or connection ports for receiving user input or outputting information to the user.

The input unit may include an input module that receives user input from the user. The user input can be implemented in various forms including key input, touch input, and voice input. As examples of input modules that can receive such user input, in addition to traditional keypads or keyboards, and mice, of course, they also include touch sensors that sense users, microphones that receive voice signals, cameras that recognize gestures by image recognition, proximity sensors that include at least one of an illumination sensor or an infrared sensor that senses the approach of a user, motion sensors that recognize user movements by means of an accelerometer or a gyroscope sensor, and various forms of input mechanisms that sense or receive various forms of user input. The input module of the embodiments of the present invention may include at least one of the devices listed above. Here, the touch sensor can be implemented as a piezoelectric or electrostatic touch sensor that senses touch by attaching a touch panel or touch film to a display panel, an optical touch sensor that senses touch by an optical method, etc. In addition, the input module can also be implemented in the form of an input interface (USB (Universal Serial Bus) port, PS/2 (Personal System 2) port, etc.) for connecting an external input device that receives user input instead of a device that senses user input itself.

On the other hand, the output section may include an output module, and the output module may output various information. The output module may include a display for outputting images, a speaker for outputting sounds, a tactile device for generating vibrations, and at least one of various output mechanisms in addition thereto. In addition, the output module may also be implemented in the form of a port-type output interface connected to the above-mentioned single output mechanism. For example, an output module in the form of a display may display text, static images, and videos. The display may include a liquid crystal display (LCD), a light emitting diode (LED), an organic light emitting diode (OLED), a flat panel display (FPD), a transparent display, a curved display, a flexible display, a 3D display, a holographic display, a projector, and at least one of various devices capable of performing image output functions. Such a display may also be in the form of a touch display integrally formed with a touch sensor of an input module.

The communication unit 210 can communicate with other devices. Therefore, the electronic device 100 and the customer terminal 110 connected to the electronic device 100 can each send and receive information with other devices through the communication unit 210. For example, the electronic device 100 and the customer terminal 110 connected to the electronic device 100 can each use the communication unit 210 to communicate with each other or with other devices.

Here, communication can be achieved by wired or wireless means, that is, data transmission and reception. To this end, the communication unit 210 may include a wired communication module connected to the Internet via a LAN (Local Area Network), a mobile communication module connected to a mobile communication network via a mobile communication base station to transmit and receive data, a short-range communication module using a communication method such as a WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) series of wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi) or a communication method such as a WPAN (Wireless Personal Area Network) series of Bluetooth or Zigbee, a satellite communication module such as a GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) of a GPS (Global Positioning System), or a combination thereof.

The memory 220 can store various information. The memory 220 can store data temporarily or semi-permanently. For example, the memory 220 of the electronic device 100 can store an operating system (OS) for driving the electronic device 100, data for hosting a website, or a program for generating braille and data related to an application (e.g., a website application). In addition, the memory 220 can store modules in the form of computer code as described above.

Examples of the memory 220 include a hard disk drive (HDD), a solid state drive (SSD), a flash memory, a read-only memory (ROM), a random access memory (RAM), etc. Such a memory 220 can be provided in a built-in type or a removable type.

The processor 230 controls the overall operation of the electronic device 100 and the customer terminal 110 connected to the electronic device 100. To this end, the processor 230 can perform calculations and processing of various information to control the operation of the components of the electronic device 100. For example, the processor 230 can execute programs and applications for providing distribution-related information. The processor 230 can be implemented as a computer or a similar device based on hardware, software, or a combination thereof. In terms of hardware, the processor 230 can be implemented in the form of a circuit that processes electrical signals to perform control functions, and in terms of software, it can be implemented in the form of a program that drives the hardware processor 230. On the other hand, in the case where the following description does not specifically mention the situation, it can be interpreted as the operation of the electronic device 100 and the customer terminal 110 connected to the electronic device 100 being implemented by the control of the processor 230. That is, in the case of the module implemented in the delivery-related information providing method of the embodiment of the present invention, the module can be interpreted as the processor 230 controlling the electronic device 100 and the customer terminal 110 connected to the electronic device 100 to implement the steps of the delivery-related information providing method.

In short, various embodiments can be implemented by various mechanisms. For example, various embodiments can be implemented by hardware, firmware, software, or a combination thereof.

When implemented by hardware, the methods of various embodiments may be implemented by one or more ASICs (application specific integrated circuits), DSPs (digital signal processors), DSPDs (digital signal processing devices), PLDs (programmable logic devices), FPGAs (field programmable gate arrays), processors, controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors, etc.

When implemented by firmware or software, the methods of various embodiments can be implemented in the form of modules, programs, or functions that implement the functions or actions described below. For example, the software code can be stored in a memory and driven by a processor. The memory can be located inside or outside the above-mentioned processor, and can send and receive data with the above-mentioned processor by various known methods.

Below, various embodiments are described in more detail based on the above technical ideas. For the various embodiments described below, the contents described previously can be applied. For example, actions, functions, terms, etc. that are not defined in the various embodiments described below can be implemented and described based on the contents described previously.

In the following, various embodiments are described based on the premise that the electronic device 100 implements the steps of the method for providing delivery-related information. According to various embodiments, the electronic device 100 can send and receive information related to the steps of the method for providing delivery-related information with the customer terminal 110 connected to the electronic device 100.

FIG3 is a flow chart for explaining the operation of the electronic device used in the method for providing distribution-related information of the embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 3 , in step S310 , the electronic device can confirm the store corresponding to the base location of the customer terminal and the business hours of the store. The base location of the customer terminal can be, for example, the real-time location of the customer terminal confirmed by a satellite communication module, or a location corresponding to an address pre-entered by the customer terminal. The store can be determined based on the base location of the customer terminal. The store can be, for example, a commodity storage location closest to the base location of the customer terminal. The commodity storage location refers to a location where the commodity is stored, where delivery can be immediately implemented when an order is requested, and where inventory information can be confirmed, which can be called a supermarket or a backstage store.

The business hours of a store may be determined based on at least one of the characteristic information of the store and the date information. For example, the business hours of a store may be determined based on the types of merchandise sold in the store and at least one day of the week.

According to an embodiment, step S310 may include a step of confirming the first inventory quantity information managed in the store. The first inventory quantity information is information about the quantity of inventory managed in the store, and may be determined based on at least one of the inventory quantity displayed in the store and the inventory quantity of the replenishment center (RC) adjacent to the store. The replenishment center may correspond to a plurality of stores, and the first inventory quantity information of each of the plurality of stores may be determined based on the inventory quantity of the replenishment center. The first inventory quantity information may be changed based on whether the merchandise in the store is selected.

In step S320, the electronic device may confirm whether the reference time associated with the customer terminal's request to the store corresponds to the store's business hours. The customer terminal's request to the store may be, for example, an input to a program or application executed in the customer terminal for ordering services. The reference time associated with the request to the store may be the time when the program or application is executed to input the input.

In step S330, when the base time associated with the request to the store does not correspond to the store's business hours (i.e., when it is not the store's business hours), the electronic device may provide a page including time information associated with the scheduled delivery to the customer terminal in response to the request to the store. The time information associated with the scheduled delivery may be determined based on the earliest time slot among the time slots obtained by dividing the store's business hours (i.e., the first business hour slot that arrives after the base time associated with the request to the store). For example, if the store's business hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, and the store's business hours are divided into 1-hour units, time information related to scheduled delivery such as "The fastest delivery time is 08:00~09:00 am" can be displayed on the page provided by the customer terminal.

According to the present invention, not only during the store's business hours, but also outside the store's business hours, it is possible to receive a scheduled delivery order from the customer terminal with the desired delivery time selected, thereby increasing the sales of the service.

According to an embodiment, a page including time information related to a scheduled delivery may further include second inventory quantity information that can be sold to customers. The second inventory quantity information is information about the quantity of inventory that can be sold provided to customers through an online service. The second inventory quantity information may be changed based on whether the customer requests an order (for example, referring to the scheduled order request described in FIG. 5 below).

According to the embodiment, when the base time associated with the request to the store corresponds to the business hours of the store (i.e., within the business hours of the store), a page including estimated delivery time information can be provided to the customer terminal in correspondence with the request to the store.

As an example, when the base location of the customer terminal is located in the first area, as described below with reference to FIG. 10, information such as "estimated delivery time 10 to 15 minutes" and other estimated delivery time information can be displayed on the page provided to the customer terminal. As another example, when the base location of the customer terminal is located in the second area, as described below with reference to FIG. 12, information such as "the fastest delivery time is 6:00 to 6:30 pm" and other estimated delivery time information can be displayed on the page provided to the customer terminal. At this time, the first area and the second area can be determined based on at least one of the location of the store and the delivery history. For example, the distance between A in the second area and the location of the store can be greater than the distance between the location in the first area and the location of the store.

FIG. 4 is a flow chart for explaining the operation of the electronic device used in the method for providing distribution-related information of the embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 4 , after step S330 described with reference to FIG. 3 , in step S410 , the electronic device may receive a request for at least one product of the store from the customer terminal. The request for at least one product may be, for example, a request to add at least one product to a shopping cart. According to an embodiment, after step S410 , the electronic device may provide a shopping cart page corresponding to the request for at least one product to the customer terminal.

In step S420, the electronic device may provide a page including delivery time information to the customer terminal in response to a request for at least one product, and the delivery time information includes a time period obtained by dividing the business hours of the store. The delivery time period may be determined based on at least one of the characteristic information and date information of the store. For example, the delivery time period may be set to be different according to the types of products sold in the store and at least one day of the week.

The time period of the delivery time information may have a fixed interval (for example, a 30-minute interval or a 1-hour interval), but this is only an example and the present invention is not limited thereto. The time period of the delivery time information may also have a non-fixed interval. According to an embodiment, a page including the delivery time information may be provided on a part of the shopping cart page.

In step S430, the electronic device can obtain the desired delivery time information based on the input from the customer terminal corresponding to any of the time periods. At this time, the desired delivery time information may also be inconsistent with the time information related to the scheduled delivery on the page provided in step S330. In other words, the time period selected by the customer may not be the earliest time period obtained by dividing the store's business hours.

FIG5 is a flow chart for explaining the operation of the electronic device used in the method for providing distribution-related information of the embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 5 , after step S430 described with reference to FIG. 4 , in step S510 , the electronic device may receive a reservation order request including information on a desired delivery time from a customer terminal. The reservation order request may be, for example, a payment request for at least one item added to a shopping cart.

In step S520, the electronic device may update the page including the available delivery time information based on the number of reservation order requests corresponding to any one of the time periods. More specifically, the electronic device may not display the time periods when the number of reservation order requests is above the benchmark value on the page including the available delivery time information. In other words, the electronic device may provide the page including the available delivery time information to the customer terminal, and the available delivery time information includes the time periods obtained by dividing the business hours of the store in step S420, except for the time periods when the number of reservation order requests is above the benchmark value. According to an embodiment, the electronic device may also provide a notification that the time period cannot be selected based on an input corresponding to a time period in which the quantity of the reservation order request is above the baseline value on a page including the available delivery time information. At this time, the baseline value of the quantity of the reservation order request may be determined based on at least one of the first inventory quantity information of the store and the information on the number of couriers assigned to the store. According to an embodiment, the information on the number of couriers assigned to the store may include information on the number of couriers that can be additionally assigned to the store.

In step S530, the electronic device may transmit the reservation order request and the delivery person information corresponding to the reservation order request to the store. The time of transmitting the reservation order request and the delivery person information to the store may be determined based on the desired delivery time information and the estimated delivery time information. For example, the electronic device may transmit the reservation order request and the delivery person information to the store at a time (e.g., 10:25 a.m.) that is 35 minutes ahead of the expected delivery time (e.g., 11 a.m.). Therefore, the store may implement an order acceptance step of receiving the reservation order request and the delivery person information, and a delivery preparation step of selecting and packaging the goods so that they are in a state where the delivery person can take them away.

At this time, the estimated delivery time information can be determined based on at least one of the delivery preparation time information, the distance information between the customer terminal and the store, and the surrounding traffic conditions information of the customer terminal and the store. The delivery preparation time information can be determined based on the time it takes to accept the order in the store, select and pack the goods, and make them in a state where the delivery person can take them away.

According to the embodiment, when the number of pre-order requests corresponding to any one of the time periods is greater than the number of couriers assigned to the store, the electronic device can assign additional couriers to the store. The information of the couriers additionally assigned to the store can be transmitted to the store according to step S530.

According to an embodiment, when the quantity of inventory displayed in a store is less than the quantity of the merchandise corresponding to the reservation order request, the electronic device may transmit a request for inventory transfer to an inventory replenishment center adjacent to the store. The time of transmitting the inventory transfer request to the inventory replenishment center may be determined based on the desired delivery time information, the estimated delivery time information, and the estimated inventory transfer time information. For example, the electronic device may transmit the inventory transfer request to the inventory replenishment center at a time (e.g., 10 a.m.) that is earlier than the start time of the desired delivery time (e.g., 11 a.m.) than the estimated delivery time (e.g., 35 minutes) and the estimated inventory transfer time (e.g., 25 minutes).

According to the present invention, more scheduled delivery orders can be accepted by assigning additional delivery personnel or transferring inventory from the inventory replenishment center, thereby increasing the sales of the service.

Figures 6, 7a to 7f, 8a, 8b, 9a and 9b are used to illustrate the method for providing delivery-related information according to an embodiment of the present invention, and are diagrams of pages provided to customer terminals during non-store business hours.

Referring to FIG. 6 , when the store is not open, the first page 600 provided to the customer terminal is displayed based on the input of the program or application for ordering services executed in the customer terminal (i.e., a request to the store). The first page 600 may be a page including time information related to scheduled delivery, which is provided according to step S330 when the base time in step S320 described with reference to FIG. 3 does not correspond to the store's business hours.

The first page 600 may include: a first area 610 including time information 611 related to the scheduled delivery (for example, "the fastest delivery time is 08:00~09:00 am"); a second area 620 including a search window and a search icon; a third area 630 including a plurality of category icons 631; and a fourth area 640 including a plurality of product images 641. The first page 600 may further include a banner area including text or images for service promotion. The banner area may be provided, for example, between the second area 620 and the third area 630, but this is only an example and the present invention is not limited thereto.

The time information 611 related to the scheduled delivery can be determined based on the earliest time period obtained by dividing the store's business hours. Customers can confirm the fastest time to receive the goods when using the scheduled delivery service through the time information 611 related to the scheduled delivery in the first area 610.

The plurality of category icons 631 in the third area 630 may be related to, for example, the classification of goods (e.g., "fruits, vegetables, salads", "pre-prepared dishes", "fine meat, seafood, eggs", etc.). At least a portion of the plurality of category icons 631 may be displayed in the third area 630 according to the input of the customer scrolling the third area 630. According to an embodiment, the plurality of category icons 631 in the third area 630 may be related to the delivery type of goods (e.g., fresh delivery, fast delivery) or other types of services (e.g., OTT services, food ordering/delivery services).

The plurality of product images 641 in the fourth area 640 may be related to, for example, new products. At least a portion of the plurality of product images 641 may be displayed in the fourth area 640 according to the input of the customer scrolling the fourth area 640. According to an embodiment, the plurality of product images 641 in the fourth area 640 may be related to the best products, seasonal specialties, or freshly delivered products.

Referring to Figures 7a to 7f, when the store is not open, the second page 700 provided to the customer terminal is displayed based on a request for at least one product of the store. The second page 700 may be, for example, a shopping cart page corresponding to the request for at least one product.

Referring to FIG. 7a and FIG. 7b, the second page 700 may include: the first area 710, which includes the delivery location information 711 (for example, "deliver to pickup tower A, XX-ro, OO-gu, Seoul"), the product quantity information 712 (for example, "Japanese Thousand Layer Hot Pot 1.2kg 1 set, 1 piece") and the price information 713 (for example, "order amount 14,410 Korean won, delivery fee + 3,000 Korean won"); the second area 720, which is composed of selecting and confirming the scheduled delivery time; the third area 730, which includes the delivery request information (for example, "press the doorbell and place it at the door"); and the "payment" icon 740 at the bottom.

Referring to FIG. 7c, FIG. 7d and FIG. 7e, the 4th area 760 including the delivery time information may be provided on the 2nd page 700. The 4th area 760 may be a GUI in the form of a bottom sheet that overlays at least a part of the 2nd page 700.

Referring to FIG. 7c, when the base time associated with the customer terminal's request to the store is after midnight, the fourth area 760 of the second page 700 may include, for example, a "today" icon 761, a "tomorrow" icon 762, and delivery time information 763. The delivery time information 763 may include time periods obtained by dividing the store's business hours (for example, "08:00~09:00", "09:00~10:00", "10:00~11:00", "11:00~12:00", "12:00~13:00", etc.). At least a portion of the time period may be displayed in the fourth area 760 according to the customer's input when scrolling the fourth area 760.

Referring to FIG. 7e, when receiving an input corresponding to a time period in which the quantity of the reserved order request is greater than the benchmark value in the time period of the available delivery time information 763, a notification window (alert window) 770 including a notification that the time period cannot be selected can be provided in the fourth area 760 of the second page 700.

Referring to FIG. 7f, when the desired delivery time information is obtained according to the input corresponding to any of the time periods of the available delivery time information 763 (refer to step S430 of FIG. 4), the second area 720 of the second page 700 may include the desired delivery time information 722 (for example, "Today 11:00~12:00") and the "Reselect" icon 723, which includes link information connected to the page containing the available delivery time information provided according to step S420 described with reference to FIG. 4. The time period of the estimated arrival time information 831 in the third area 830 may be the same as the time period of the desired delivery time information 722 described with reference to FIG. 7f. According to an embodiment, the time period of the estimated arrival time information 831 may also be changed based on the delivery status information 832. For example, when at least one of the steps of the delivery status information 832 is delayed, the time period of the estimated arrival time information 831 may be changed. A method for providing delivery-related information, in which an electronic device provides delivery-related information, includes the following steps: confirming a store corresponding to a base location of a customer terminal and the business hours of the store; confirming whether the base time associated with a request from the customer terminal to the store corresponds to the business hours of the store; and when the base time does not correspond to the business hours of the store, providing a page including time information related to scheduled delivery to the customer terminal in response to the request to the store; wherein the time information related to the scheduled delivery is determined based on the earliest time period among the time periods obtained by dividing the business hours of the store. The method for providing delivery-related information as in request item 1 further includes the following steps: when the above-mentioned base time corresponds to the business hours of the above-mentioned store, in response to the request to the above-mentioned store, a page including estimated delivery time information is provided to the above-mentioned customer terminal. As in the method for providing delivery-related information of claim 1, the step of confirming the above-mentioned store and the business hours of the above-mentioned store includes the step of confirming the first inventory quantity information managed in the above-mentioned store, and the above-mentioned first inventory quantity information is changed based on whether the goods in the above-mentioned store are selected. The method for providing distribution-related information as in claim 3, wherein the first inventory quantity information is determined based on the inventory quantity displayed in the above-mentioned store and the inventory quantity of the inventory replenishment center adjacent to the above-mentioned store. The method for providing delivery-related information as in claim 1, wherein the step of receiving a request for at least one product of the store from the customer terminal includes the following steps: corresponding to the request for the at least one product, providing a page including available delivery time information to the customer terminal, the available delivery time information including a time period obtained by dividing the business hours of the store; and obtaining desired delivery time information based on the input of the customer terminal corresponding to any of the time periods. The method for providing delivery-related information as in claim 7 further includes the following steps: based on the quantity of the above-mentioned reservation order requests corresponding to any of the above-mentioned time periods, updating the page including the above-mentioned delivery time information. The method for providing delivery-related information as in claim 7 further includes the following steps: transmitting the reservation order request and the delivery person information corresponding to the reservation order request to the store; the time of transmitting the reservation order request and the delivery person information is determined based on the desired delivery time information and the estimated delivery time information. As in claim 9, the method for providing delivery-related information, wherein the estimated delivery time information is determined based on at least one of the delivery preparation time information, the distance information between the customer terminal and the store, and the surrounding traffic condition information of the customer terminal and the store. The method for providing delivery-related information as in claim 7 further includes the following steps: when the quantity of the above-mentioned reservation order requests corresponding to any of the above-mentioned time periods is greater than the quantity of the delivery personnel assigned to the above-mentioned store, additional delivery personnel are assigned to the above-mentioned store.
