Abstract

According to the present invention, a method for providing information by an electronic device is disclosed, which includes the following steps: obtaining information of a first order, the first order including a first item purchased by a user on a service related to the above-mentioned electronic device; confirming information of a first recommended item set, the first recommended item set including at least one recommended item that can be delivered together on a first delivery scheduled date confirmed for the above-mentioned first item; and providing information of the above-mentioned first recommended item set.

Operation method of electronic device for providing information and electronic device supporting the same

The present invention relates to a method and device for providing information, and more specifically, to a method and an electronic device for providing information of recommended items, wherein the recommended items can be delivered together with the items included in the user's order on the scheduled delivery date.

With the development of electronic technology, e-commerce has taken a place in the shopping field. Customers can buy items online without going to shopping malls or markets in person, and the items purchased online will be delivered to the delivery location requested by the customer.

For e-commerce, providing detailed and accurate information about products has a significant impact on service satisfaction, so various solutions for providing more detailed and accurate information are being discussed.

According to the method of the present invention, the electronic device can provide information about recommended items, and the recommended items can be delivered together with the scheduled delivery date of the items included in the user's order.

The technical issues that this invention intends to solve are not limited to the technical issues mentioned above. People with common sense in the technical field to which this invention belongs can clearly understand other technical issues not mentioned based on the following description. Various embodiments may provide an operation method of an electronic device for providing information and an electronic device supporting the same.

The method of providing information by an electronic device of various embodiments may include the following steps: obtaining information of a first order, the first order including a first item purchased by a user on a service related to the above-mentioned electronic device; confirming information of a first recommended item set, the first recommended item set including at least one recommended item that can be delivered together on a first delivery scheduled date confirmed for the above-mentioned first item; and providing information of the above-mentioned first recommended item set.

In an exemplary embodiment, the at least one recommended item may include an item in the recommended item list corresponding to the first item that is confirmed to be delivered together on the first scheduled delivery date.

In an exemplary embodiment, the at least one recommended item may include an item that is determined to be related to the first item based on the characteristics of the first item.

In an exemplary embodiment, the at least one recommended item may include an item that is determined to be related to the first item based on the purchase history of other users who purchased the first item.

In an exemplary embodiment, the information of the above-mentioned first recommended item set may include information of an order deadline, which is used to receive the recommended items included in the above-mentioned first recommended item set on the above-mentioned first delivery scheduled date. In an exemplary embodiment, when the user orders multiple items including the first item through the first order, the at least one recommended item can be determined from the list of items selected by the user on the service.

In an exemplary embodiment, the information providing method may further include the following steps: confirming that the user has purchased a plurality of items through a plurality of orders on the service; the first item corresponds to an item selected from the plurality of items.

The electronic device for providing information of various embodiments may include: a processor; and one or more memories storing one or more instructions; when executing the one or more instructions, controlling the processor so that the processor performs the following steps: obtaining information of a first order, the first order including a first item purchased by a user on a service related to the electronic device; confirming information of a first set of recommended items, the first set of recommended items including at least one recommended item that can be delivered together on a first scheduled delivery date confirmed for the first item; and providing information of the first set of recommended items.

Referring to FIG. 1 , the information providing system of various embodiments can be implemented in various types of electronic devices. For example, the information providing system can be implemented in a server device 100 and a user device 200. In other words, the server device 100 and the user device 200 can implement the actions of various embodiments of the present invention based on the information providing system implemented in each device. On the other hand, the information providing system of various embodiments can also be implemented in various electronic devices and servers, and is not limited to the above-mentioned FIG. 1 .

The server device 100 of various embodiments implements wired and wireless communication with a plurality of user devices 200 and may be a device including a storage device with a large unit of storage capacity. For example, the server device 100 may be a cloud device connected to a plurality of user devices 200.

The user device 200 of various embodiments can be a device available to a personal user, such as a desktop computer, a tablet computer, a mobile terminal, etc. In addition, other electronic devices that implement similar functions can be used as the user device 200.

The information providing system of various embodiments may include various modules for actions. The modules included in the information providing system may be computer codes or one or more instructions that are implemented in a manner that enables a physical device (e.g., server device 100 and user device 200) that implements the information providing system (or, included in the physical device) to perform a specified action. In other words, the physical device that implements the information providing system stores a plurality of modules in the form of computer codes in a memory, and when the plurality of modules stored in the memory are executed, the plurality of modules can enable the physical device to perform the specified actions corresponding to the plurality of modules.

FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the configuration of a server device and a user device in various embodiments.

2 , the server device 100 and the user device 200 may include an input/output unit 210 , a communication unit 220 , a storage 230 , and a processor 240 .

The input/output unit 210 may be various interfaces or ports for receiving user input or outputting information to the user. The input/output unit 210 may include an input module and an output module, and the input module receives user input from the user. User input may be implemented in various forms including key input, touch input, and voice input. Examples of input modules that can receive such user input include not only traditional keypads or keyboards, and mice, but also touch sensors that sense user touch, microphones that receive voice signals, cameras that recognize gestures by image recognition, proximity sensors that include at least one of an illumination sensor or an infrared sensor that senses the approach of a user, motion sensors that recognize user movements by means of accelerometers or gyroscope sensors, and other input mechanisms that sense or receive various forms of user input. The input module of the embodiments of the present invention may include at least one of the devices listed above. Here, the touch sensor can be implemented as a piezoelectric or electrostatic touch sensor that senses touch by a touch panel or touch film attached to a display panel, and an optical touch sensor that senses touch by optical means, etc. In addition, the input module can also be implemented in the form of an input interface (USB port, PS/2 port, etc.) connected to an external input device that receives user input, rather than a device that senses user input itself. In addition, the output module can output various information. The output module may include a display that outputs images, a speaker that outputs sounds, a tactile device that generates vibrations, and at least one of various forms of output mechanisms in addition to these. In addition, the output module can also be implemented in the form of a port-type output interface connected to the above-mentioned individual output mechanisms.

For example, the output module in the form of a display can display text, static images, and videos. The display may include a liquid crystal display (LCD), a light emitting diode (LED) display, an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display, a flat panel display (FPD), a transparent display, a curved display, a flexible display, a 3D display, a holographic display, a projector, and at least one of other devices of various forms that can implement image output functions. Such a display may also be in the form of a touch display that is integrally formed with a touch sensor of the input module.

The communication unit 220 can communicate with other devices. Therefore, the server device 100 and the user device 200 can send and receive information with other devices through the communication unit. For example, the server device 100 and the user device 200 can use the communication unit to communicate with each other or communicate with other devices.

Here, communication means the sending and receiving of data which can be realized by wired or wireless. For this purpose, the communication unit may include: a wired communication module connected to the Internet via a LAN (Local Area Network), a mobile communication module connected to a mobile communication network via a mobile communication base station to send and receive data, a short-range communication module using a communication method of the WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) series such as Wi-Fi or a communication method of the WPAN (Wireless Personal Area Network) series such as Bluetooth and Zigbee, a satellite communication module using a GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) such as GPS (Global Positioning System), or a combination thereof.

The memory 230 can store various information. The memory 230 can store data temporarily or semi-permanently. For example, the memory 230 of the server device 100 can store an operating program (OS) for driving the server device 100, data for hosting a website, or data for a program or application (e.g., a web application) for generating Braille. In addition, the memory can store modules in the form of computer code as described above.

Examples of the memory 230 may include a hard disk drive (HDD), a solid state drive (SSD), a flash memory, a read-only memory (ROM), a random access memory (RAM), etc. Such a memory may be provided in a built-in type or a removable type.

The processor 240 controls the overall operation of the server device 100 and the user device 200. To this end, the processor 240 can perform various information calculations and processing, and control the operation of the components of the server device 100. For example, the processor 240 can execute a program or application to provide information. The processor 240 can be implemented by a computer or a similar device through hardware, software, or a combination thereof. In terms of hardware, the processor 240 can be implemented in the form of an electronic circuit that processes electrical signals to perform control functions, and in terms of software, it can be implemented in the form of a program that drives the hardware processor 240. On the other hand, if not specifically mentioned in the following description, it can be interpreted that the actions of the server device 100 and the user device 200 are performed by the control of the processor 240. That is, when executing the module implemented in the above-mentioned information providing system, the module can be interpreted as the processor 240 controlling the server device 100 and the user device 200 to perform the following actions.

In summary, various embodiments can be implemented by various mechanisms. For example, various embodiments can be implemented by hardware, firmware, software, or a combination thereof.

In the case of hardware implementation, the methods of various embodiments can be implemented by one or more ASICs (application specific integrated circuits), DSPs (digital signal processors), DSPDs (digital signal processing devices), PLDs (programmable logic devices), FPGAs (field programmable gate arrays), processors, controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors, etc.

When implemented by firmware or software, the methods of various embodiments may be implemented in the form of modules, sequences, or functions that implement the functions or actions described below. For example, the software code may be stored in a memory and driven by a processor. The memory may be located inside or outside the processor and may exchange data with the processor through various well-known mechanisms.

Below, various embodiments are described in more detail based on the above technical ideas. The various embodiments described below can apply the contents described above. For example, actions, functions, terms, etc. that are not defined in the various embodiments described below can be implemented and described based on the contents described above.

In the following description, various embodiments are described on the premise that the server device 100 performs the information providing operation. According to various embodiments, the server device 100 or the user device 200 that receives the information of the recommended item from the server device 100 can output the information of the recommended item.

FIG. 3 is a diagram showing an operation method of the server device 100 for providing information according to various embodiments.

3 , the server device 100 can provide information about recommended items, and performs the following actions to provide the information about recommended items: obtaining information about a first order, the first order including a first item purchased by a user on the service (301); confirming information about a first set of recommended items, the first set of recommended items including at least one recommended item that can be delivered together on a first scheduled delivery date confirmed for the first item (303); and providing information about the first set of recommended items (305).

According to FIG. 3 , the action of the server device 100 providing information on recommended items may be performed for the service provided by the server device 100 or for services related to the server device 100. The above service may be equivalent to a service in which a plurality of users utilizing the service can order and purchase a plurality of items sold on the service. The plurality of items sold on the service are not limited by the types or categories of items, and may include various types or categories of items registered by the seller for the purpose of selling items.

According to various embodiments, in action 301, the server device 100 may obtain information including a first order for a first item purchased by a user on a service.

For example, the information of the first order obtained by the server device 100 through action 301 may be information corresponding to a purchase activity performed by a user on the service.

For example, the information of the first order obtained by the server device 100 through action 301 may include not only the first item when the user purchases the first item as a single item, but also items other than the first item when the user purchases multiple items including the first item together through a shopping cart or a shopping cart.

According to various embodiments, in action 303, the server device 100 may confirm information of a first recommended item set, where the first recommended item set includes at least one recommended item that can be delivered together with the first scheduled delivery date confirmed for the first item.

For example, at least one recommended item that can be delivered together with the first scheduled delivery date confirmed for the first item may include items in the recommended item list corresponding to the first item that are confirmed to be delivered together with the first scheduled delivery date. That is, a recommended item list may be pre-set for the first item, and the recommended item list includes recommended items that can be recommended based on the first item ordered by the user, and at least a part of the recommended items in the recommended item list set as described above that are confirmed to be delivered together with the first scheduled delivery date may be included in the first recommended item set.

For example, at least one recommended item that can be delivered together with the first delivery scheduled date confirmed for the first item may include an item that is determined to be related to the first item based on the characteristics of the first item. That is, items that can be purchased together with the first item based on the characteristics of the first item, or items that need to be purchased together with the first item based on the characteristics of the first item, can be included in the first recommended item set when they can be delivered on the first delivery scheduled date. For example, when the first item is a food item such as meat, a food source that can be purchased together with the first item can be included in the first recommended item set, and when the first item is a simple electronic product such as a remote control, a dry battery that needs to be purchased together with the first item can be included in the first recommended item set.

For example, at least one recommended item that can be delivered together with the first scheduled delivery date confirmed for the first item may include items that are determined to be related to the first item based on the purchase history of other users who purchased the first item. In other words, items purchased together with the first item when other users who use the service purchase the first item may be included in the first recommended item set if they can be delivered on the first scheduled delivery date. For example, when the first item is a food item such as meat, if other users often purchase the first item and a food source together, the food source may be included in the first recommended item set; when the first item is a simple electronic product such as a remote control, if other users often purchase the first item and dry batteries together, the dry batteries may be included in the first recommended item set.

For example, at least one recommended item that can be delivered together with the first delivery scheduled date confirmed for the first item may include other items that are confirmed as frequently purchased by the user on the service based on the purchase history of the user who purchased the first item. That is, other items that are confirmed as frequently purchased by the user on the service may be included in the first recommended item set when they can be delivered on the first delivery scheduled date.

For example, at least one recommended item that can be delivered together with the first delivery scheduled date confirmed for the first item may include other items that are confirmed to be recently searched or inquired by the user on the service based on the search history of the user who purchased the first item. That is, other items that are confirmed to be recently searched or inquired by the user on the service may be included in the first recommended item set if they can be delivered on the first delivery scheduled date.

For example, according to the page providing information of the recommended item set, at least one recommended item included in the recommended item set may be delivered together with the first delivery scheduled date confirmed for the first item. In addition, the information of the recommended item set may be provided in the following form, that is, an explanation of the criteria for determining the at least one recommended item is added. As an example, according to the criteria for determining the at least one recommended item, the at least one recommended item may be added with the following additional explanations: 1) recommended as an item suitable for purchase together with the first item; or 2) recommended based on the user's purchase history; or 3) recommended based on the user's search history.

Furthermore, the recommended item set may be configured to include a plurality of recommended item subsets determined based on a plurality of criteria. In this case, the information of the recommended item set includes information of a plurality of recommended item subsets, and each recommended item subset may include a description of the criteria for determining at least one recommended item included in each recommended item subset and information of each recommended item. As an example, an embodiment of providing the information of the recommended item set in a form including a plurality of recommended item subsets may be shown in FIG. 10 described later.

For example, the information of the first recommended item set confirmed by the server device 100 through action 303 may include information of an order deadline, which is used to receive the recommended items included in the first recommended item set on the first scheduled delivery date. That is, the information of the first recommended item set may include information of an order deadline, which indicates the time before which the recommended items included in the first recommended item set provided to the user need to be ordered in order to be delivered together with the first scheduled delivery date of the first item purchased by the user. At this time, when the first recommended item set includes multiple items, the order deadline information included and displayed in the information of the first recommended item set can be determined as the order deadline of the recommended item with the earliest order deadline in the first recommended item set.

For example, the information of the first recommended item set confirmed by the server device 100 through action 303 may include information of each recommended item included in the first recommended item set. The information of each recommended item as described above may include information such as the name, image and/or price of each recommended item.

For example, the first scheduled delivery date confirmed for the first item purchased by the user may be the date confirmed by the server device 100 receiving the information of the first scheduled delivery date from the distribution center, and the distribution center is determined for the purpose of delivering the first item to the user. That is, when the user purchases the first item, one or more distribution centers are confirmed based on the user's address information. If the server device 100 determines a first distribution center for delivering the first item to the user among the one or more distribution centers, the information of the first scheduled delivery date of the first item can be obtained from the determined first distribution center.

When determining the first distribution center for delivering the first item to the user, the recommended items that can be delivered together with the first item must also be able to be delivered from the first distribution center. Therefore, at least one recommended item that can be delivered together with the first item on the first delivery scheduled date confirmed for the first item is set to be included in the items confirmed to be in stock at the first distribution center.

When the first distribution center for delivering the first item to the user is determined, the first recommended item set corresponding to the first item is set, and at least one recommended item included in the first recommended item set is set to be displayed on the information of the first recommended item set based on the priority of the inventory of each recommended item in the first distribution center. That is, when the first distribution center for delivering the first item to the user is determined, the recommended items that can be delivered together with the first item must also be able to be delivered from the first distribution center, so when each recommended item is determined and displayed as information, the display priority can be determined based on the inventory of each recommended item in the first distribution center.

To this end, the server device 100 can set each recommended item included in the recommended item list to be displayed in the information of the first recommended item set in the order of the inventory quantity of each recommended item in the first distribution center at the current time from large to small. The recommended item list is pre-set to include recommended items that can be recommended corresponding to the first item. Each recommended item can be displayed in the information of the first recommended item set in the order of the current inventory quantity of each recommended item from large to small, so as to give priority to selling the recommended items with a larger inventory quantity in the distribution center.

Alternatively, when it is possible to confirm not only the current inventory order from most to least but also the scheduled start date of shipment of the first item, the server device 100 may set each recommended item to be displayed in the information of the first recommended item set in the order of the estimated inventory quantity of each recommended item at the scheduled start date of shipment from most to least. From the viewpoint of being able to preferentially sell the recommended items with a larger inventory quantity in the distribution center, it is easier to manage inventory by displaying each recommended item in the information of the first recommended item set based on the order of the inventory quantity of each recommended item at the scheduled start date of shipment of the first item purchased by the user from most to least. Therefore, the server device 100 may display each recommended item in the information of the first recommended item set in the order of the estimated inventory quantity of each recommended item at the scheduled start date of shipment of the first item from the largest to the smallest. In this case, even if the specific recommended item is out of stock at the current time of purchasing the first item, as long as the inventory of the specific recommended item at the scheduled start date of shipment of the first item can be ensured, the specific recommended item can be displayed in the information of the first recommended item set based on the estimated inventory quantity at the scheduled start date of shipment.

Alternatively, in order to implement the above embodiments in a comprehensive manner, when the stock of a specific recommended item included in the recommended item list that is preset to include recommended items that can be recommended based on the first item is not confirmed at the time when the user purchases the first item, the server device 100 may select one of the following option information: the first option information is set to exclude the above specific recommended item from the information of the first recommended item set; or the second option information is set to display the above specific recommended item in the information of the first recommended item set in the order of the expected stock quantity based on the scheduled start shipment date of the first item from the largest to the smallest if the expected stock quantity is confirmed based on the scheduled start shipment date of the first item.

That is, for a specific recommended item whose stock in the distribution center has not been confirmed at the time of purchasing the first item, if the first option information is selected, the above-mentioned specific item will not be displayed in the information of the first recommended item set. If the second option information is selected, the above-mentioned specific item may also be displayed in the information of the first recommended item set based on the estimated stock quantity at the scheduled start date of shipment of the first item.

According to various embodiments, in action 305, the server device 100 may provide information of the first recommended item set.

For example, the information of the first recommended item set provided by the server device 100 through action 305 may include the recommended items determined through the various embodiments described above in actions 301 to 303 .

For example, when the first item is initially delivered to the user, the recommended items included in the first recommended item set can no longer be delivered together with the first item. Therefore, the server device 100 can continue to provide information on the first recommended item set provided by action 305 until the first item is shipped from the first distribution center. The first distribution center is determined for the purpose of delivering the first item to the user. After the first item is shipped from the first distribution center, there is no need to provide information on the first recommended item set to the user.

For example, the information of the first recommended item set provided by the server device 100 through action 305 may be provided to the purchase completion page where the user completes the settlement of the first item according to the first order, or to a gateway corresponding to the initial connection page on the service, or to an intermediate page provided when the user switches from the purchase completion page to another page in order to continue shopping on the service, and other pages on the service.

In addition, in the case where a second order for a user to purchase a second item on a service associated with the server device 100 is obtained before a first order for a user to purchase a first item on a service associated with the server device 100 is obtained, if the second item has not yet been delivered to the user, the server device 100 may also provide the user with guidance information on whether to deliver the first item and the second item of different orders together, as shown in FIG. 4 .

FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an operation method of the server device 100 according to various embodiments for providing guidance information on whether to deliver a plurality of items of different orders together.

4 , when the server device 100 obtains the first order from the user to purchase the first item on the service, it confirms the information of the second order and the second item, the second order being obtained on the service before the first order, and the second item being included in the second order (401); confirms whether the second item is shipped from the distribution center, the distribution center is determined in order to deliver the second item to the user (403); when the first item can be shipped from the above distribution center and the second item has not yet been shipped from the above distribution center, it can provide the user with guidance information on whether to deliver the first item and the second item together (405).

For example, according to FIG. 4 , the guidance information provided by the server device 100 may include information indicating the following content: when the first item and the second item are to be delivered together, the first item and the second item are delivered together according to the scheduled delivery date of the item with a later scheduled delivery date among the first item and the second item.

For example, in the case where the second scheduled delivery date confirmed for the second item purchased first by the user is earlier than the first scheduled delivery date confirmed for the first item currently purchased by the user, according to FIG. 4 , the guidance information provided by the server device 100 may include information indicating that the first item and the second item can be delivered together on the first scheduled delivery date. On the contrary, in the case where the second scheduled delivery date confirmed for the second item purchased first by the user is later than the first scheduled delivery date confirmed for the first item currently purchased by the user, according to FIG. 4 , the guidance information provided by the server device 100 may include information indicating that the first item and the second item can be delivered together on the second scheduled delivery date.

As shown in FIG. 4 , when a user purchases multiple items through different multiple orders, but the multiple items have not yet been delivered, the server device 100 can expand the action method of FIG. 3 when providing information of a recommended item set, and provide information of a recommended item set corresponding to an item selected from the multiple items, or can also set up each recommended item set corresponding to each item included in the multiple items, and provide information of each recommended item set corresponding to each item based on the user's input.

First, if the user purchases multiple items through multiple orders, and the multiple orders have been obtained by the server device 100, but the multiple items have not yet been delivered to the user, the server device 100 can select one of the multiple items and provide information of the recommended item set of the selected item. In this case, the first item corresponding to the information of the first recommended item set provided by the server device 100 through action 305 can be an item corresponding to one of the multiple items selected based on a fixed criterion. Alternatively, the first item corresponding to the information of the first recommended item set provided by the server device 100 through action 305 can also be an item corresponding to one of the multiple items selected arbitrarily.

That is, the server device 100 may confirm a plurality of items purchased by the user through a plurality of orders on the service, and provide a set of recommended items corresponding to one item selected from the plurality of items. The one item selected from the plurality of items may be selected based on a fixed criterion or arbitrarily selected. For example, the one item selected from the plurality of items may correspond to an item selected as the most recently purchased item from the plurality of items. Or, for another example, the one item selected from the plurality of items may correspond to an item selected arbitrarily from the plurality of items.

Furthermore, if a user purchases multiple items through multiple orders, and the multiple orders have been obtained by the server device 100, but the multiple items have not yet been delivered to the user, the server device 100 can also be set up and confirm each recommended item set corresponding to each item included in the multiple items, and provide information of each recommended item set corresponding to each item according to the user's input as shown in Figure 5.

FIG. 5 is a diagram showing an operation method of the server device 100 according to various embodiments for providing information of a recommended item set corresponding to each item included in a plurality of items based on user input.

The server device 100 may provide the user with information about a plurality of items (505); when obtaining the user's input (507) of selecting a specific item from the plurality of items provided as described above, the server device 100 provides information about a specific set of recommended items corresponding to the specific item based on the obtained input (509).

According to FIG5 , the server device 100 provides information on a plurality of items, obtains a user's input for selecting a specific item from the plurality of items, and provides information on a specific set of recommended items corresponding to the specific item based on the obtained input. This can be implemented on pages on various services such as a gateway corresponding to an initial connection page on the service. As an example, an embodiment of providing information on a specific set of recommended items corresponding to a specific item based on a user's input on an initial connection page can be shown in FIG7 described later.

In addition, in FIG. 3 , when the server device 100 obtains the user's first order, when the user purchases the first item as a single item, the first order only includes the first item, but when the user purchases multiple items including the first item through the first order, the first order may include multiple items.

In the situation as described above, that is, if the user purchases multiple items including the first item using a shopping cart or a shopping cart with a first order, the at least one recommended item included in the information of the recommended item set provided by the server device 100 is not limited to items related to the first item, and can also be determined based on the user's wish list or wish list, etc., which is a list of items selected by the user. Among the various items included in the wish list or wish list, items that can be confirmed to be delivered together with the scheduled delivery date of the multiple items included in the first order can be included in the information of the recommended item set as recommended items.

According to FIG. 3 to FIG. 5 , it is obvious that the information provided in the process of the server device 100 implementing the method for providing information can be provided in combination in various forms.

6 to 10 are diagrams showing an example of UI/UX (user interface/user experience) for providing a page in various embodiments. For example, the examples of FIG. 6 to FIG. 10 may be UI/UX for a user device 200, and each embodiment described in the following figures may be implemented based on the actions of the server device 100 described above with respect to FIG. 3 to FIG. 5.

Specifically, in each embodiment of UI/UX for user device 200 described in the following figures, if user device 200 receives input information from a user and transmits it to server device 100, server device 100 provides information corresponding to the input information to user device 200 based on the actions described above with respect to FIGS. 3 to 5, and then implements it as a form output by user device 200. However, each embodiment of UI/UX described in the following figures is not limited to being implemented in the form described above, and can be implemented in all forms that can implement each embodiment of UI/UX.

FIG. 6 is a diagram showing an example of the user device 200 outputting information of a recommended item set on an initial connection page of a service based on an action of the server device 100 according to various embodiments.

The initial connection page of FIG. 6 may be equivalent to the page output on the user device 200 when the user first connects to the service, and the information of the recommended item set may be displayed on the initial connection page as described above.

On the initial connection page of FIG. 6 , information 601 of a set of recommended items to be delivered together with the items purchased by the user may be displayed. The information of the set of recommended items may include information 603 indicating that the recommended items can be delivered together with the scheduled delivery date of the items purchased by the user.

Furthermore, the information of the recommended item set may include information of each recommended item included in the recommended item set, and the information of each recommended item may include the name, image and/or price of each recommended item, etc. 605.

FIG. 7 is a diagram showing another example of the user device 200 of various embodiments outputting information of a recommended item set on an initial connection page of a service based on an action of the server device 100. As shown in FIG.

The initial connection page of FIG. 7 may correspond to the page output on the user device 200 when the user first connects to the service, and the information of the recommended item set may be displayed on the initial connection page as described above. Different from FIG. 6 , the initial connection page of FIG. 7 is in a state where the user has purchased multiple items through multiple orders and is about to receive the items, and the recommended item set corresponding to each item included in the multiple items may be displayed.

On the initial connection page of FIG. 7 , information 701 of a recommended item set to be delivered together with each item included in the multiple items purchased by the user may be displayed. The information of the recommended item set may include information 703 indicating that the recommended items can be delivered together with the scheduled delivery date of the items purchased by the user.

At this time, since the user has purchased multiple items through multiple orders and is about to receive the items, information of the multiple items is displayed to the user, and if the user selects a specific item, a specific recommended item set 705 corresponding to the selected specific item can be displayed.

The information of the specific recommended item set corresponding to the specific item selected by the user may include information of each recommended item included in the specific recommended item set, and the information of each recommended item may include the name, image and/or price of each recommended item 707.

FIG. 8 is a diagram showing an example of the user device 200 of various embodiments outputting information of a recommended item set on a purchase completion page of a service based on an action of the server device 100.

The purchase completion page of FIG. 8 may be equivalent to the page output on the user device 200 when the user purchases an item on the service, and the information of the recommended item set may be displayed on the purchase completion page as described above.

On the purchase completion page of FIG. 8 , information 801 of a set of recommended items to be delivered together with the items purchased by the user may be displayed. The information of the set of recommended items may include information 803 indicating that the recommended items can be delivered together with the scheduled delivery date of the items purchased by the user.

Furthermore, the information of the recommended item set may include information of each recommended item included in the recommended item set, and the information of each recommended item may include the name, image and/or price of each recommended item 805.

It can be confirmed that the recommended item set displayed on the purchase completion page of FIG. 8 includes the following recommended items: based on the characteristics of the items purchased by the user or the purchase history of other users who purchased the items purchased by the user, etc., the recommended items are recommended as suitable for purchase together with the items purchased by the user.

The information of the recommended item collection can be provided to the user not only in the form of being displayed on the purchase completion page as shown in FIG. 8 , but also in the form of being displayed on a middle page provided in the middle as shown in FIG. 10 when transitioning from the purchase completion page shown in FIG. 9 to other pages of the service.

9 and 10 are diagrams showing examples of the user device 200 of various embodiments outputting information of a recommended item set on a middle page of a service based on an action of the server device 100.

The purchase completion page of FIG. 9 may be equivalent to the page output on the user device 200 when the user purchases items on the service. When the user inputs the above-mentioned purchase completion page to switch to other pages in order to continue shopping on the service (901), before providing the above-mentioned other pages, an intermediate page as shown in FIG. 10 may be provided, and information of the recommended item set may be displayed on the intermediate page.

The middle page of FIG. 10 displays information about a set of recommended items that can be delivered together with the items purchased by the user. The information about the set of recommended items may include information 1001 indicating that the recommended items can be delivered together with the scheduled delivery date of the items purchased by the user.

Furthermore, the information of the recommended item set may include information of each recommended item included in the recommended item set, and the information of each recommended item may include the name, image and/or price of each recommended item 1003.

It can be confirmed that the recommended item set displayed on the middle page of Figure 10 1) includes recommended item 1005, which is recommended as suitable for purchase together with the item purchased by the user based on the characteristics of the item purchased by the user or the purchase history of other users who purchased the item purchased by the user; or 2) includes recommended item 1007 that can be recommended based on the user's purchase history; or 3) includes recommended item 1009 that can be recommended based on the user's search history.

The UI/UX for the user device 200 and the actions of the user device 200 in Figures 6 to 10 can be implemented in association with the actions of the server device 100 described above with respect to Figures 3 to 5. The UI/UX examples in Figures 6 to 10 are used as an example to disclose the present invention. Various embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the UI/UX forms of Figures 6 to 10, and can be implemented by all forms of UI/UX that can implement various embodiments of the present invention.

The embodiments of the present invention disclosed in this specification and the attached drawings are only specific examples for the purpose of explaining the technical content of the present invention and helping to understand the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
