Abstract

Operation methods for providing information related to the service and electronic equipment that supports such operation methods

The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for providing service-related information and, more particularly, to a method for providing banner information associated with a predetermined store that satisfies a predetermined condition among stores that can be used to deliver an item through a delivery intermediary service and an electronic device used in the method.

With the development of electronic technology, e-commerce has been established as a shopping field. Customers can purchase items online without having to go to a shopping mall or market in person. Items purchased online are delivered to the delivery destination requested by the customer.

In the case of e-commerce, providing detailed and accurate information about an item in a service has a significant impact on customer service satisfaction. Therefore, various methods for providing customers with more detailed and accurate information are discussed.

In this regard, relevant documents (such as KR101756594B1, KR101500849B1 and similar) may be incorporated by reference.

[Technical objectives]

According to one aspect, an electronic device for providing information associated with a delivery intermediary service may provide banner information including information about the number of stores that meet a predetermined condition among stores available for delivery of an item through a service.

The technical objectives to be achieved in the present invention are not limited to the technical objectives described above, and from the following description, those familiar with this technology will clearly understand other technical objectives not mentioned in this article. Various exemplary embodiments may provide a method of operating an electronic device for providing service-related information and an electronic device supporting the method.

According to various exemplary embodiments, a method for providing information associated with a service for mediating a delivery in an electronic device is provided, the method comprising obtaining address information of a user, identifying a plurality of stores determined based on the address information among stores corresponding to a reserved store that satisfies one or more conditions associated with the service, and providing first banner information including icon information associated with the reserved store and number information of the plurality of stores to a terminal of the user.

The plurality of stores may include stores located within a predetermined distance from a location corresponding to the address information, and the predetermined distance may be determined based on a delivery available distance.

The one or more conditions may include a first condition based on a store's acceptance rate determination of order requests from a plurality of users using the service.

The one or more conditions may include a second condition determined based on feedback information provided to a store by a plurality of users utilizing the service.

The one or more conditions may include a third condition based on an order preparation time determination by a store for order requests from a plurality of users utilizing the service.

The providing the first banner information to the terminal of the user may include providing the first banner information to the terminal of the user when the number of the plurality of stores is greater than or equal to a predetermined number.

The first banner information may be provided via a first page, and the displayed first banner information may disappear when a first input from a user is obtained, the first input corresponding to a remaining area on the first page except an area in which the first banner information is displayed.

The method may further include obtaining a second input including keyword information from the user, identifying at least a portion of the stores corresponding to the keyword information among the plurality of stores, and providing a store search page corresponding to the keyword information including second banner information including the icon information associated with the predetermined store and number information of the at least a portion of the stores to the terminal of the user. The keyword information may include information about an item category.

The method may further include providing a store search page in which a search filter option for searching for the predetermined store is selected to the terminal of the user based on a third input of the user corresponding to the first banner information. The store search page may include information about at least a portion of stores selected from the plurality of stores based on the search exposure rankings of the plurality of stores.

The method may further include identifying one or more item categories associated with one or more items included in an order history of the user within a predetermined time period from among a plurality of item categories corresponding to the plurality of stores, and determining the search exposure rankings based on the order history of the user when the number of the one or more item categories is less than or equal to a predetermined number.

The method may further include identifying one or more store groups corresponding to the one or more item categories for one or more stores among the multiple stores corresponding to the one or more categories, determining a first category priority of a first item category among the one or more item categories and a first store priority of a first store among at least one store in a first store group corresponding to the first item category included in the one or more store groups, and determining a first search exposure ranking of the first store based on the first category priority and the first store priority.

The first category priority may be determined based on the number of orders for the first category of items among the one or more categories of items by a plurality of users utilizing the service within a predetermined time period that includes a time point at which the third input is obtained.

Among the one or more item categories, the first category priority is higher than a second category priority of a second item category, and the first search exposure ranking is higher than a second search exposure ranking of a second store in a second store group corresponding to the second item category included in the one or more store groups.

The first store priority may be determined based on the fact that, among the at least one store, the first store satisfies the one or more conditions and corresponds to a first time period of the predetermined store. When the first time period is greater than a second time period in which a third store included in the first store group satisfies the one or more conditions and corresponds to the predetermined store, the first search exposure ranking may be higher than a third search exposure ranking of the third store.

A fourth search exposure ranking of a fourth store among the remaining stores included in the plurality of stores excluding the one or more stores may be lower than the search exposure ranking of the one or more stores.

The method may further include determining the search exposure rankings based on the number of orders placed by the plurality of users using the service for the plurality of stores when the number of the one or more item categories is greater than the predetermined number.

The method may further include identifying discount information applicable to the user, and when the discount information is identified, providing third banner information including the discount information and information for purchasing an item based on the discount information to the terminal of the user.

The third banner information is provided at an upper layer compared to the first banner information. When the first banner information and the third banner information are displayed as overlapping, the third banner information may be superimposed on the first banner information.

According to various exemplary embodiments, an electronic device for providing information associated with a service for mediating a delivery is provided, the electronic device comprising: a processor; and one or more memories in which one or more instructions are stored, wherein when executed, the one or more instructions control the processor to perform: obtaining address information of a user; identifying a plurality of stores determined based on the address information among stores corresponding to a reserved store that meets one or more conditions associated with the service; and providing first banner information including icon information associated with the reserved store and number information of the plurality of stores to a terminal of the user.

The present invention has a technical effect, in which the convenience of using a delivery intermediary service can be enhanced by proposing the following method: an electronic device for providing information related to a delivery intermediary service provides banner information containing information about the number of stores that meet a predetermined condition among stores that can be used to deliver an item through the service.

The effects to be obtained in the present invention are not limited to the effects mentioned above, and from the following description, those skilled in the art will clearly understand other effects not mentioned herein.

FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a service-related information providing system for implementing an operating method of an electronic device for providing service-related information according to various exemplary embodiments.

Referring to FIG. 1 , the service-related information providing system according to each exemplary embodiment may be implemented using various types of electronic devices. For example, the service-related information providing system may be implemented in a server device 100 and a user device 200. In other words, each of the server device 100 and the user device 200 may perform operations according to each exemplary embodiment of the present invention based on a service-related information providing system implemented in each device. However, the service-related information providing system according to each exemplary embodiment is not limited to the service-related information providing system shown in FIG. 1 , but may be implemented using other various types of electronic devices and servers.

The server device 100 according to various exemplary embodiments may be a device that performs wired and wireless communications with a plurality of user devices 200 and includes a large capacity storage. For example, the server device 100 may be a cloud device linked with a plurality of user devices 200.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the user device 200 may be a device that can be used by an individual user, such as a desktop personal computer (PC), a tablet PC, a mobile terminal, or the like. In addition, other electronic devices that perform similar functions may be used as the user device 200.

The service-related information providing system according to each exemplary embodiment may include various operation modules. The module included in the service-related information providing system may be a computer program code or one or more instructions that are implemented so that a physical device (e.g., server device 100 and user device 200) that implements the service-related information providing system (or included in the physical device) executes an operation assigned to it. In other words, in the physical device that implements the service-related information providing system, a plurality of modules may be stored in a memory in the form of computer program codes. When the plurality of modules stored in the memory are executed by a computer, they may be configured so that the physical device executes the assigned operations corresponding to the plurality of modules.

FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a configuration of a server device and a user device according to various exemplary embodiments.

2 , the server device 100 and the user device 200 may each include an input/output portion 210 , a communication portion 220 , a storage 230 , and a processor 240 .

The input/output portion 210 may be various interfaces, various ports, or the like that receive a user input or output information to the user. The input/output portion 210 may include an input module and an output module. The input module receives a user input from a user. The user input may have various forms of input, including key input, touch input, and voice input. Examples of input modules that receive user input may include a traditional keypad or keyboard, a mouse, and a touch sensor that senses a user's touch, a microphone that receives an audio signal, a camera that recognizes a gesture or the like through image recognition, a proximity sensor that senses the approach of a user including at least one of an illumination sensor or an infrared sensor, a motion sensor that recognizes a user's movement through an accelerometer or a gyroscope sensor, and various forms of input portions that sense or input various forms of user input, and an input module according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may include at least one of the devices listed above. Here, the touch sensor may be implemented using a piezoelectric or capacitive touch sensor that senses a touch via a touch panel or a touch film attached to a display panel, an optical touch sensor that senses a touch by an optical method, or the like. In addition, instead of a device that senses user input by itself, the input module may be implemented in the form of an input interface (USB port, PS/2 port, or the like) connected to an external input device to which user input is received. In addition, the output module may output a number of various types of information. The output module may include at least one of a display for outputting an image, a speaker for outputting a sound, a tactile device for generating a vibration, and various other forms of output parts. In addition, the output module can also be implemented in the form of an output interface of one of the port types connected to the individual output parts mentioned above.

As an example, an output module in the form of a display can display a text, a static image, and a moving image. The display can include at least one of a liquid crystal display (LCD), a light emitting diode (LED) display, an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display, a flat panel display (FPD), a transparent display, a curved display, a flexible display, a three-dimensional display, a holographic display, a projector, and other types of devices capable of performing image output functions. Such a display can have the form of a touch display configured integrally with the touch sensor of the input module.

The communication portion 220 can communicate with another device. Therefore, each of the server device 100 and the user device 200 can transmit information to another device or receive information from another device via the communication portion 220. For example, the server device 100 and the user device 200 can communicate with each other or with another device using the communication portion 220.

Here, communication (i.e., transmission and reception of data) may be performed in a wired or wireless manner. For this purpose, the communication portion may include a wired communication module connected to the Internet or the like via a local area network (LAN), a mobile communication module connected to a mobile communication network via a mobile communication base station to transmit and receive data, a near field communication module using a wireless local area network (WLAN) family of communication solutions (such as wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi)) or a wireless personal area network (WPAN) family of communication solutions (such as Bluetooth or Zigbee), a satellite communication module using a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) (such as a global positioning system), or a combination thereof.

The memory 230 can store various pieces of information. The memory 230 can store data temporarily or semi-permanently. For example, an operating system (OS) for driving the server device 100, data for hosting a website, data about a program or application for generating braille (e.g., a web application), or the like can be stored in the memory of the server device 100. In addition, the memory can store modules in the form of computer program code, as described above.

Examples of the memory 230 may include a hard disk drive (HDD), a solid state drive (SSD), a flash memory, a read-only memory (ROM), a random access memory (RAM), and the like. Such a memory may be provided as a built-in type or a removable type.

The processor 240 controls the overall operation of the server device 100 and the user device 200. To this end, the processor 240 can perform calculations and processing of various information, and control the operation of the components of the server device 100. For example, the processor 240 can execute a program or application for providing service-related information. The processor 240 can be implemented using a computer or a device similar thereto along with hardware, software, or a combination thereof. The processor 240 can be implemented in hardware in the form of an electronic circuit that processes electrical signals to perform control functions, and can be implemented in software in the form of a program that drives the hardware processor 240. At the same time, it can be interpreted that the operations of the server device 100 and the user device 200 are performed under the control of the processor 240, unless otherwise specifically stated in the following description. That is, when the module implemented in the service-related information providing system described above is executed, it can be interpreted that the processor 240 controls the server device 100 and the user device 200 to perform the following operations.

In general, the exemplary embodiments can be implemented in various ways. For example, the exemplary embodiments can be implemented by hardware, firmware, software, a combination thereof, or the like.

In the case of hardware implementation, a method according to each exemplary embodiment may be implemented by one or more application specific integrated circuits (ASICs), digital signal processors (DSPs), digital signal processing devices (DSPs), programmable logic devices (PLDs), field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs), processors, controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors, or the like.

In the case of implementation by firmware or software, a method according to each exemplary embodiment may be implemented in the form of a module, a program or a function that performs the functions or operations to be described below. For example, the software code may be stored in a memory and driven by a processor. The memory may be located inside or outside the processor, and data may be transmitted to or received from the processor by various known devices.

In the following, exemplary embodiments will be described in more detail based on the technical concepts described above. The above content can be applied to each exemplary embodiment to be described below. For example, operations, functions, terms or the like that are not defined in each exemplary embodiment to be described below can be performed and described based on the content described above.

In the following description, an exemplary embodiment in which the server device 100 performs a service-related information providing operation will be described. According to each exemplary embodiment, the user device 200 that has received the service-related information from the server device 100 can output the service-related information.

FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating an operating method of a server device 100 for providing service-related information according to various exemplary embodiments.

3, the server device 100 provides a service for mediating a delivery. To perform an operation of providing information associated with the service, the server device 100 may obtain address information of a user in operation 301, identify a plurality of stores determined based on the address information among stores corresponding to a reserved store that satisfies one or more conditions associated with the service in operation 303, and provide first banner information including icon information associated with the reserved store and information on the number of the plurality of stores to a terminal of the user in operation 305.

According to various exemplary embodiments, in operation 301, the server device 100 may obtain address information of a user.

For example, the address information of the user obtained by the server device 100 according to operation 301 may be obtained based on one of the circumstances in which the user is identified on the service. When the user logs into the service provided by the server device 100, the server device 100 may verify whether the user is connected and obtain the address information that has been entered for the user. Alternatively, the server device 100 may identify the location information of the user and obtain the location information of the user as the address information corresponding to the service for mediating the delivery.

For example, the address information of the user obtained by the server device 100 according to operation 301 may correspond to the delivery address information for delivering an item sold by a store linked to the service. Here, the item to be delivered may correspond to a food. Food may be understood to have the same meaning as various other terms indicating food-related items (such as a dish, a food menu, or a meal). The store linked to the service may correspond to a store that sells and delivers food, and may be understood to have the same meaning as various other terms indicating a place to be sold food (such as a store, a shop, and a restaurant). That is, through the delivery intermediary service provided by the server device 100, a plurality of users can input an order request for ordering an item through a store in the corresponding service, and the store can recognize the order request input through the corresponding service and prepare the ordered items in response to the order request. When the preparation of the ordered items is completed, the store can input a delivery request in the corresponding service. When recognizing the order request, a delivery agent can deliver the ordered items to the delivery address information of the user.

According to various exemplary embodiments, in operation 303, the server device 100 may identify a plurality of stores determined based on the address information among stores corresponding to a predetermined store satisfying one or more conditions associated with the service.

For example, a reserved store that satisfies one or more conditions related to the service may be a store that satisfies one or more conditions related to a convenience provided to multiple users of the service, such as a store that satisfies conditions related to order requests from users on the service, a store that satisfies conditions related to user evaluations, or a store that satisfies conditions related to responses to order requests from users. Thus, a reserved store that satisfies one or more conditions related to the service may be determined by the server device 100 as a top store among multiple stores linked to the service.

For example, one or more conditions for determining whether a store linked to a service corresponds to a reserved store may include a condition based on a determination of an acceptance rate of the store for order requests from a plurality of users using the service. A plurality of users using the service can order an item in the store through the service, and the store can recognize an order request including information about the item, accept the order request and prepare the item. When the store rejects an order request from a user, the corresponding order request can be canceled. In order to prevent a store from rejecting an order request from a user without any special reason, a store can be determined to correspond to a reserved store when it is verified that the acceptance rate of the store for order requests for the item is greater than or equal to a threshold value.

For example, one or more conditions for determining whether a store linked to a service corresponds to a predetermined store may include a condition determined based on feedback information provided to the store by a plurality of users using the service. Here, the feedback information provided by the user to the store may include review information or rating information created or given by a user who has sent a request order to the corresponding store and received an item when considering matters related to the service (such as a disposal method relative to the user or an item provided by the corresponding store). For example, when the number of review information of the store linked to the service is greater than or equal to a predetermined number or when the rating information of the store linked to the service is greater than or equal to a predetermined score, the server device 100 may determine that the store linked to the service corresponds to the predetermined store.

For example, one or more conditions for determining whether a store linked to the service corresponds to a predetermined store may include a condition based on an average order preparation time of the store for order requests from a plurality of users using the service. Here, the average order preparation time may indicate an average value of the time required for the store to prepare items corresponding to a plurality of order requests obtained from a plurality of users, and may be a value obtained by averaging the time required to prepare the requested items in response to order requests made within a predetermined time period or number of times. For example, when the average order preparation time of the store linked to the service is within a predetermined time period, the server device 100 may determine that the store linked to the service corresponds to the predetermined store.

In addition to the average order preparation time of the store, the server device 100 may also obtain information about a delivery time from when the store prepares a requested item and makes a delivery request until the corresponding item is delivered to the user and average the delivery time corresponding to the delivery requests made within a predetermined time period or number of times, thereby obtaining an average delivery time of the store. The server device 100 may determine a total estimated delivery time by adding the average delivery time and the average order preparation time described above and consider the information about the total estimated delivery time as one or more conditions for determining whether it corresponds to a predetermined store. For example, the server device 100 may include a condition that the total estimated delivery time must be within a predetermined time period in one or more conditions, and may also include information indicating that multiple stores identified according to operation 303 correspond to a total estimated delivery time that is less than or equal to the predetermined time period in the banner information to be provided to the user according to operation 305.

For example, in response to fully satisfying one or more conditions, the store linked to the service may correspond to the reserved store. In other words, the store linked to the service may be determined as the reserved store only when all one or more conditions related to the reserved store are satisfied.

For example, the plurality of stores identified by the server device 100 according to operation 303 may include a store located within a predetermined distance from a location corresponding to the address information of the user obtained by the server device 100 according to operation 301. The predetermined distance may be determined based on a delivery available distance. When identifying a store corresponding to a predetermined store that satisfies one or more conditions associated with the service, the server device 100 may identify, among the identified stores, a plurality of stores located within a distance determined to be available for delivery from a location corresponding to the previously obtained address information of the user. In other words, the plurality of stores identified by the server device 100 according to operation 303 may include stores that can be used for item delivery to the address information of the user while satisfying one or more conditions of the predetermined store.

According to various exemplary embodiments, in operation 305, the server device 100 may provide first banner information including icon information associated with a predetermined store and number information of a plurality of stores to a user's terminal.

For example, the first banner information provided by the server device 100 according to operation 305 may be information provided when the number of the plurality of stores identified by the server device 100 according to operation 303 is greater than or equal to a predetermined number. That is, an operation of the server device 100 providing the first banner information according to operation 305 may include an operation of providing the first banner information when the number of the plurality of stores identified by the server device 100 according to operation 303 is greater than or equal to the predetermined number. The server device 100 may determine the predetermined number before performing an operation according to FIG. 3 .

For example, the first banner information provided by the server device 100 according to operation 305 may disappear in response to an input from a user corresponding to a remaining area other than an area displaying the first banner information on a page displaying the first banner information. In other words, on a page providing the first banner information, when an input from a user corresponding to a remaining area other than an area displaying the first banner information is obtained, the displayed first banner information may disappear.

In contrast, on a page providing the first banner information, when an input of a user corresponding to the first banner information or an input of a user corresponding to an area displaying the first banner information is obtained, the server device 100 may provide a store search page in which a search filter option for searching for a predetermined store is selected to the user's terminal. The store search page provided on the service may include various filter options to be used by the user to sort or search for a store. For example, the store search page may include a filter option for searching for a store that provides free delivery, a filter option for searching for a store where a discount promotion is ongoing, or a filter option for searching for a store in descending order of the number of orders or in descending order of ratings.

The store search page provided in response to the user's input corresponding to the first banner information or the user's input corresponding to the area where the first banner information is displayed may include information about a plurality of stores identified by the server device 100 as predetermined stores corresponding to the user's address information according to operation 303. Specifically, the store search page may include information about at least a portion of stores selected from a plurality of stores based on the search exposure rankings of the plurality of stores. In other words, since the first banner information provides information about the number of predetermined stores corresponding to the user's address information in response to one of the user's inputs corresponding thereto, the server device 100 may provide the user with a store search page in which a filtering option is selected so that only information about predetermined stores is displayed. The store search page provided in this manner may be configured to include information about a plurality of stores identified as predetermined stores or to include information about at least a portion of a store selected from a plurality of stores based on search exposure rankings of the plurality of stores.

Here, the search exposure rankings of a plurality of stores (which are used as a reference for selecting at least a portion of the stores provided through the store search page) may be determined according to the following exemplary embodiment.

For example, information about an order history of a user related to various items sold in various stores linked to the service may be used to determine the search exposure ranking of a plurality of stores. That is, the server device 100 may identify information about items ordered by the user within a predetermined period of time, and identify one or more item categories related to one or more items included in the order history of the user from among a plurality of item categories corresponding to a plurality of stores corresponding to the predetermined store and identified as corresponding to the address information of the user according to operation 303 or a plurality of item categories to which the plurality of stores are to be classified.

In this example, when the number of one or more identified item categories is less than or equal to a predetermined number, it can be determined that a category of items mainly ordered by the user is biased toward a part of the item category among the entire item category. Therefore, if the search exposure ranking is determined to expose a store corresponding to a part of the item category to a top of a store search page, the user searches with increased convenience. Therefore, when the number of item categories corresponding to items included in the user's order history within a predetermined time period is less than or equal to a predetermined number, the server device 100 can be configured to determine the search exposure ranking of a plurality of stores by reflecting the user's order history.

To this end, the server device 100 may identify one or more stores corresponding to one or more item categories associated with one or more items included in the user's order history from among a plurality of stores and may identify one or more store groups corresponding to one or more item categories of the one or more stores. Each store group may include at least one store determined to correspond to each item category or classified into each item category.

In this example, the server device 100 may determine a category priority of each item category among one or more item categories and a store priority of a store among at least one store in each store group corresponding to each item category in one or more store groups. Furthermore, the server device 100 may determine a search exposure ranking of a store based on the category priority and the store priority.

For example, the server device 100 may determine a first category priority of a first item category among one or more item categories, identify a first store group corresponding to the first item category among one or more store groups corresponding to the one or more item categories, and determine a first store priority of a first store among at least one store included in the first store group. A search exposure ranking of the first store may be determined based on the first category priority and the first store priority determined in this manner. In contrast, it can be understood that a first store priority for determining a priority of the first store among at least one store in a first store group including the first store and a first category priority for determining a priority of a first item category corresponding to the first store group among one or more item categories are required to determine the search exposure ranking of the first store included in the first store group corresponding to the first item category.

The first category priority for determining the priority of the first item category corresponding to the first store group among one or more item categories may be determined based on the number of orders placed by a plurality of users in one or more item categories for stores included in the first item category within a time period including a time point when an input of a user corresponding to the first banner information is obtained. In other words, the first category priority may be determined based on the number of orders placed by a plurality of users of the service in one or more item categories for the first item category within a predetermined time period including a time point when an input of the user corresponding to the first banner information is obtained. An item category having a large number of orders within the predetermined time period may have a high category priority. Additionally, as the number of orders placed to the store corresponding to the first item category during a predetermined time period increases, the first category priority of the first item category may be set higher.

When, among one or more item categories, a first category priority of a first item category is higher than a second category priority of a second item category, a search exposure ranking of a first store included in a first store group corresponding to the first item category may be set to be higher than a search exposure ranking of a second store included in a second store group corresponding to the second item category. Thus, a priority of each store group may be determined based on a priority of a corresponding item category. In addition, a search exposure ranking of a store included in a store group having a relatively high priority may be set to be higher than a search exposure ranking of a store included in a store group having a relatively low priority.

The first store priority for determining the priority of the first store among at least one store included in the first store group may be determined based on a time period during which the first store satisfies one or more conditions and corresponds to a predetermined store among the at least one store. Specifically, as the time period during which the first store satisfies one or more conditions and corresponds to the predetermined store increases, the first store priority of the first store in the first store group may be set higher. For example, the time period during which the first store satisfies one or more conditions and corresponds to the predetermined store may be greater than the time period during which a third store in the first store group satisfies one or more conditions and corresponds to the predetermined store. In this example, the search exposure ranking of the first store may be set higher than the search exposure ranking of the third store.

Among a plurality of stores corresponding to a reserved store and identified as corresponding to the user's address information according to operation 303, a search exposure ranking of a store included in the remaining stores excluding the store corresponding to one or more item categories may be set to be lower than the search exposure ranking of the store corresponding to the one or more item categories.

According to the above exemplary embodiment, the server device 100 may determine the search exposure rankings of the plurality of stores corresponding to the predetermined store and identified as corresponding to the address information of the user according to operation 303. In addition, the server device 100 may select at least a portion of the stores based on the determined search exposure rankings, and expose information about the selected stores on a store search page provided in response to one of the user's inputs corresponding to the first banner information.

Meanwhile, when the number of one or more identified item categories is greater than a predetermined number, it may be difficult to determine the category of items mainly ordered by the user to be biased toward a portion of the item categories among the entire item categories. In this case, the server device 100 may not additionally consider an item category corresponding to an item included in the user's order history, and may determine the search exposure ranking of the plurality of stores based on the number of orders placed by the plurality of users of the service for the plurality of stores corresponding to the predetermined store and identified as corresponding to the user's address information according to operation 303. Specifically, the server device 100 can select at least a portion of stores in descending order of the number of orders placed by a plurality of identified stores by a plurality of users of the service, and expose information about the selected stores on a store search page provided in response to the user's input corresponding to the first banner information.

FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating a method of providing a store search page including at least a portion of information about a store selected based on a search exposure ranking of a plurality of stores.

In operation 401, the server device 100 may obtain an input of a user corresponding to banner information provided to the user. When obtaining the user's input, the server device 100 may identify a plurality of item categories corresponding to a plurality of stores corresponding to a predetermined store and identified as corresponding to the user's address information and identify one or more item categories related to one or more items included in an order history of the user within a predetermined period of time among the plurality of item categories in operation 403. To perform this operation, the server device 100 may additionally perform an operation of identifying the user's order history when obtaining the user's input according to operation 401.

In operation 405, the server device 100 that has identified one or more item categories associated with one or more items included in the user's order history may identify the number of the one or more identified item categories. In operation 407, the server device 100 may determine a search exposure ranking of each store included in a plurality of stores based on whether the number of the one or more item categories is less than, equal to, or greater than a predetermined number.

When the search exposure ranking of each store is determined, in operation 409, the server device 100 may select at least a portion of stores from a plurality of stores based on the search exposure ranking and provide a store search page including information about the selected stores to the user.

FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating a method of determining a search exposure ranking of each store when a number of one or more item categories corresponding to one or more items included in an order history of a user is less than or equal to a predetermined number.

In operation 501, when the number of one or more item categories identified according to operation 405 of FIG4 is less than or equal to a predetermined number, the server device 100 may identify one or more store groups corresponding to the one or more item categories for one or more stores corresponding to the one or more item categories among the plurality of stores. In this example, each of the one or more store groups may include at least one store classified into each item category or determined to correspond to the corresponding item category.

In operation 503, the server device 100 may determine a category priority of each item category among the one or more item categories identified according to operation 403 and a store priority of at least one store included in each store group corresponding to each item category.

Thereafter, in operation 505, the server device 100 may determine a search exposure ranking of each store based on the category priority and the store priority determined according to operation 503. In order to perform operation 505, it can also be understood that in order to determine a search exposure ranking of a predetermined store included in a predetermined store group corresponding to a predetermined item category, in the predetermined store group including the predetermined store, a store priority for determining a priority of the predetermined store among at least one store included in the predetermined store group and a category priority for determining a priority of a predetermined item category corresponding to the predetermined store group among one or more item categories are required.

An operation of the server device 100 determining the search exposure ranking of each store according to FIG5 may be an operation included in operation 407 of FIG4 performed by the server device 100. The search exposure ranking of each store determined by the server device 100 according to operation 505 may be used to select information about at least a portion of the store included in the store search page provided by the server device 100 according to operation 409 of FIG4.

FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating a method of determining a search exposure ranking of each store when a number of one or more item categories corresponding to one or more items included in an order history of a user is greater than a predetermined number.

In operation 601, when the number of one or more item categories identified according to operation 405 of FIG. 4 is greater than a predetermined number, the server device 100 may identify a number of orders placed by a plurality of users using a delivery intermediary service for a plurality of stores corresponding to a predetermined store and identified as corresponding to address information of a user.

Thereafter, in operation 603, the server device 100 may determine a search exposure ranking of each store included in the plurality of stores based on the number of orders placed for the plurality of stores identified according to operation 601.

An operation of the server device 100 determining the search exposure ranking of each store according to FIG6 may be an operation included in operation 407 of FIG4 performed by the server device 100. The search exposure ranking of each store determined by the server device 100 according to operation 603 may be used to select information about at least a portion of the store included in the store search page provided by the server device 100 according to operation 409 of FIG4.

Meanwhile, banner information similar to the first banner information provided by the server device 100 according to operation 305 may be provided on another page on a service associated with the server device 100.

For example, when an input including keyword information is obtained from a user, the server device 100 may identify at least one store corresponding to the keyword information from among the multiple stores identified according to operation 303, and provide a store search page configured to include second banner information including icon information associated with a predetermined store corresponding to the keyword information and quantity information of at least one store to a terminal of the user.

In other words, the second banner information associated with the reserved store may be provided even on the store search page provided according to a search based on the user's keyword information. In this example, the store identified as corresponding to the reserved store may be at least a portion of the stores classified based on the keyword information among the plurality of stores identified according to operation 303. For example, the user's keyword information may include information about an item category. In addition, the second banner information provided to correspond to the keyword information on the store search page may include information about the number of at least a portion of the stores classified into the corresponding item category among the plurality of stores identified according to operation 303.

The server device 100 may also use the banner information to provide information other than information about the reserved store associated with the service.

For example, when the server device 100 is able to identify the user during one of the operations 301, the server device 100 may identify the preferential information applicable to the user based on the identification of the user. When the preferential information applicable to the user is identified, the server device 100 may provide the third banner information including the preferential information and information for purchasing an item based on the preferential information to the user's terminal.

In this example, depending on a user access state or a screen display state of a user's terminal, third banner information including discount information and information for purchasing an item based on the discount information may be displayed to overlap the first banner information described above including the number information of a plurality of stores corresponding to reserved stores or the second banner information including the number information of at least a portion of stores corresponding to the user's keyword information among the plurality of stores corresponding to the reserved stores. In such cases, the third banner information including the discount information and the information for purchasing an item based on the discount information may be set to be provided through an upper layer compared to the first banner information including the number information of the plurality of stores corresponding to the reserved stores or the second banner information including the number information of at least a part of the stores corresponding to the keyword information of the user among the plurality of stores corresponding to the reserved stores. Therefore, on the user's terminal, the third banner information including the discount information and the information for purchasing an item based on the discount information may be superimposed on the first banner information or the second banner information including the number information of at least a part of the stores corresponding to the keyword information of the user among the plurality of stores corresponding to the reserved stores.

Obviously, the pieces of information associated with a store linked to a delivery intermediary service provided by the server device 100 according to the above exemplary embodiment may be provided in various forms through combinations thereof.

FIG. 7 to FIG. 11 are diagrams showing examples of a user interface (UI)/user experience (UX) for providing item-related information according to various exemplary embodiments. For example, the examples of FIG. 7 to FIG. 11 may be UI/UX associated with a user device 200 of a pickup person according to the exemplary embodiments described with reference to FIG. 3 to FIG. 6 . The exemplary embodiments described with reference to the accompanying drawings may be implemented based on the operation of the server device 100 described with reference to FIG. 3 to FIG. 6 .

Specifically, the exemplary embodiment mentioned below for the UI/UX of the user device 200 can be implemented in a manner that the user device 200 receives input information from a user and transmits the input information to the server device 100, the server device 100 provides information corresponding to the input information to the user device 200 based on the operations described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 6, and then the user device 200 outputs the received information. However, the exemplary embodiment described below in association with the UI/UX is not limited thereto, and can be implemented in any form in which the exemplary embodiment of the UI/UX can be implemented.

7 and 8 are diagrams showing an example of a user device 200 outputting banner information associated with a predetermined store based on an operation of the server device 100 according to various exemplary embodiments.

As can be understood from Fig. 7, the user device 200 outputs an initial page on a service. In this example, referring to the banner information 701 output on a screen of the user device 200, the corresponding banner information may include an image of a cheetah and a text "cheetah" indicating that one or more conditions related to a reserved store are met and a quick service is available, and may also include information on the number of multiple stores corresponding to the reserved store and determined based on the address information of a user.

As can be understood from FIG8 , the user device 200 outputs a store search page corresponding to the keyword information “Korean food” on the service. In this example, referring to the banner information 801 output on the screen of the user device 200, the corresponding banner information may include an image of a cheetah and a text “cheetah” indicating that one or more conditions related to a predetermined store are met and a quick service is available, and may also include information on the number of at least a portion of stores corresponding to the keyword information “Korean food” among a plurality of stores corresponding to the predetermined store and determined based on the user's address information. That is, the banner information 801 outputted through the store search page of Fig. 8 may include the number information of at least a portion of the stores corresponding to the keyword information among the plurality of stores whose number information is provided in the banner information 701 outputted through the initial page of Fig. 7. Therefore, the number information of the stores included in the banner information 801 outputted through the store search page of Fig. 8 may be less than the number information of the stores included in the banner information 701 outputted through the initial page of Fig. 7.

FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating an example of a user device 200 outputting a store search page in which a search filter option for searching for a predetermined store is selected based on an operation of the server device 100 according to various exemplary embodiments.

The store search page output by the user device 200 in the example of FIG9 may be a store search page output in response to an input of a user corresponding to the banner information 701 of FIG7. In the store search page output in this manner, a search filter option for searching for a predetermined store may be basically selected, as indicated by element symbol 901. The search filter option for searching for a predetermined store may include an image of a cheetah indicating that one or more conditions related to the predetermined store are met and a fast service is available, and a text "Cheetah Delivery".

FIG. 10 and FIG. 11 are diagrams showing examples of the user device 200 outputting banner information associated with the promotion information based on an operation of the server device 100 according to various exemplary embodiments.

10 , when the server device 100 is capable of identifying a user, the server device 100 may identify the preferential information applicable to the user. When the preferential information applicable to the user is identified, banner information including the preferential information and information for purchasing an item based on the preferential information may be output by the user device 200, as indicated by element symbol 1001.

When the preferential information provided in the example of FIG. 10 is displayed on a screen of the user device 200 to overlap the banner information associated with the reserved store provided in the examples of FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 , the user device 200 may display the banner information associated with the preferential information to be superimposed, as indicated by the element symbol 1101 of FIG. 11 . That is, it can be understood that the banner information associated with the preferential information is provided through an upper layer compared to the banner information associated with the reserved store.

The UI/UX of the user device 200 and the operation of the user device 200 described with reference to FIGS. 7 to 11 may be associated with the operation execution of the server device 100 described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 6 . The examples of the UI/UX of FIGS. 7 to 11 are only examples for implementing the present invention. The various exemplary embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the examples of the UI/UX of FIGS. 7 to 11 and may be applicable to any form in which the exemplary embodiments of the present invention may be implemented.

The exemplary embodiments of the present invention disclosed in this specification and the drawings are only specific examples disclosed to easily explain the technical content of the present invention and further promote the overall understanding of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. That is, those skilled in the art will understand that other changes based on the technical concept of the present invention can be made. Claims (16)

A method for providing information associated with a service for brokering a delivery in an electronic device, the method comprising: obtaining address information of a user; identifying a plurality of stores determined based on the address information among stores corresponding to a reserved store that satisfies one or more conditions associated with the service; and providing first banner information including icon information associated with the reserved store and number information of the plurality of stores to the user; a terminal of a user; wherein the method further comprises: based on a third input of the user corresponding to the first banner information, providing a store search page in which a search filter option for searching for the predetermined store is selected to the terminal of the user, wherein the store search page includes information about at least a portion of stores selected from the plurality of stores based on the search exposure rankings of the plurality of stores; in the plurality of stores corresponding to the first banner information Among a plurality of item categories of a store, identify one or more item categories related to one or more items included in an order history of the user within a predetermined period of time; when the number of the one or more item categories is less than or equal to a predetermined number, determine the search exposure rankings based on the order history of the user; for one or more stores corresponding to the one or more categories among the plurality of stores, identify one or more store groups corresponding to the one or more item categories; determine a first category priority of a first item category among the one or more item categories and a first store priority of a first store among at least one store in a first store group corresponding to the first item category included in the one or more store groups; and determine a first search exposure ranking of the first store based on the first category priority and the first store priority. The method of claim 1, wherein the plurality of stores include stores located within a predetermined distance from a location corresponding to the address information, and the predetermined distance can be determined based on a delivery available distance. The method of claim 1, wherein the one or more conditions include a first condition determined based on a store's acceptance rate of order requests from a plurality of users using the service. The method of claim 1, wherein the one or more conditions include a second condition determined based on feedback information provided to a store by a plurality of users using the service. The method of claim 1, wherein the one or more conditions include a third condition determined based on an order preparation time of a store for order requests from a plurality of users using the service. The method of claim 1, wherein providing the first banner information to the user's terminal includes: when the number of the plurality of stores is greater than or equal to a predetermined number, providing the first banner information to the user's terminal. As in the method of claim 1, the first banner information is provided via a first page, and when a first input from a user is obtained, the displayed first banner information disappears, and the first input corresponds to a remaining area on the first page other than an area in which the first banner information is displayed. The method of claim 1 further comprises: obtaining a second input including keyword information from the user; identifying at least a portion of the stores corresponding to the keyword information among the plurality of stores; and providing a store search page corresponding to the keyword information including second banner information including the icon information associated with the predetermined store and the number information of the at least a portion of the store to the terminal of the user, wherein the keyword information includes information about an item category. The method of claim 1, wherein the first category priority is determined based on the number of orders for the first category of items obtained by a plurality of users using the service in the one or more categories of items within a predetermined time period including a time point at which the third input is obtained. The method of claim 1, wherein among the one or more item categories, the first category priority is higher than a second category priority of a second item category, and the first search exposure ranking is higher than a second search exposure ranking of a second store in a second store group corresponding to the second item category included in the one or more store groups. The method of claim 1, wherein the first store priority is determined based on a first time period in which the first store satisfies the one or more conditions and corresponds to the predetermined store among the at least one store, and when the first time period is greater than a second time period in which a third store included in the first store group satisfies the one or more conditions and corresponds to the predetermined store, the first search exposure ranking is higher than a third search exposure ranking of the third store. The method of claim 1, wherein a fourth search exposure ranking of a fourth store among the remaining stores in the plurality of stores other than the one or more stores is lower than the search exposure ranking of the one or more stores. The method of claim 1 further includes: when the number of the one or more item categories is greater than the predetermined number, determining the search exposure rankings based on the number of orders placed by the plurality of users using the service for the plurality of stores. The method of claim 1 further includes: identifying the discount information applicable to the user; and when the discount information is identified, providing third banner information including the discount information and information for purchasing an item based on the discount information to the terminal of the user. The method of claim 14, wherein the third banner information is provided at an upper layer relative to the first banner information, and when the first banner information and the third banner information are displayed as overlapping, the third banner information is superimposed on the first banner information. An electronic device for providing information associated with a service for mediating a delivery, the electronic device comprising: a processor; and one or more memories storing one or more instructions, wherein when executed, the one or more instructions control the processor to perform: obtaining address information of a user; identifying a plurality of stores determined based on the address information among stores corresponding to a reserved store that satisfies one or more conditions associated with the service; and The processor further executes: based on a third input of the user corresponding to the first banner information, providing a store search page in which a search filter option for searching for the reserved store is selected to the terminal of the user, wherein the store search page includes information about the ranking of the plurality of stores from the plurality of stores based on the search exposure amount. information of at least a portion of a store selected by the store selection; among a plurality of item categories corresponding to the plurality of stores, identifying one or more item categories associated with one or more items included in an order history of the user within a predetermined period of time; when the number of the one or more item categories is less than or equal to a predetermined number, determining the search exposure rankings based on the order history of the user; for one or more of the one or more categories corresponding to the plurality of stores, stores, identifying one or more store groups corresponding to the one or more item categories; determining a first category priority of a first item category among the one or more item categories and a first store priority of a first store among at least one store in a first store group corresponding to the first item category included in the one or more store groups; and determining a first search exposure ranking of the first store based on the first category priority and the first store priority.
