Abstract

Disclosed is a method of providing an item category page in an electronic apparatus, the method including acquiring a first input of a user for a first item category in an item category list related to a delivery mediating service provided by the electronic apparatus, identifying, in response to the first input, information on a first keyword list for the first item category, and providing an item category page including a first area displaying the item category list, a second area displaying the first keyword list and one or more filter options for filtering stores shown in a store list, and a third area displaying a first store list including information on a store corresponding to the first item category.

Provides operation methods for item classification pages and electronic equipment that supports such operation methods

The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for providing an item category page, and more particularly, to a method for providing an item category page including information about a keyword corresponding to an item category and a store and an electronic apparatus used in the method.

With the development of electronic technology, e-commerce has become a shopping field. Customers can buy items online without going to a shopping mall or market in person. Items purchased online are delivered to the delivery destination requested by the customer.

In the context of e-commerce, providing detailed and accurate information about items has a significant impact on customer satisfaction with a service. Therefore, various methods for providing customers with more detailed and accurate information are discussed.

[Technical objectives]

According to one aspect, an electronic device may provide an item category page including information about a keyword corresponding to an item category and a store.

The technical objectives to be achieved in the present invention are not limited to the technical objectives described above, and those familiar with this technology will clearly understand other technical objectives not mentioned in this article from the following description. [Technical Solution]

Each exemplary embodiment may provide a method of operating an electronic device for providing an item classification page and an electronic device for supporting the method.

According to various exemplary embodiments, a method for providing an item classification page in an electronic device is provided, the method comprising: obtaining a first input from a user for a first item classification in an item classification list related to a delivery intermediary service provided by the electronic device; in response to the first input, identifying information about a first keyword list for the first item classification; and providing an item classification page, the item classification page comprising a first area displaying the item classification list, a second area displaying the first keyword list and one or more filter options for filtering stores displayed in a store list, and a third area displaying a first store list containing information about a store corresponding to the first item classification.

Information indicating that the first item category is selected from the item category list may be set in the first area.

The method may further include: obtaining a second input from the user corresponding to a second item category in the item category list included in the first area; in response to the second input, setting the second area to display the one or more filter options and a second keyword list for the second item category; and in response to the second input, setting the third area to display a second store list including information about a store corresponding to the second item category.

The method may further include: obtaining a third input from the user corresponding to a first keyword in the first keyword list included in the second area; and in response to the third input, providing a store search page, the store search page including information about one or more stores included in a first store sub-list corresponding to the first keyword.

The one or more stores may include a store in which at least one item corresponding to the first keyword is sold or a store having a store name corresponding to the first keyword.

The one or more stores may be displayed on the store search page based on a store display priority of the first item category.

The store display priority may be determined based on a first priority related to a conversion rate of a purchase rate of visitors corresponding to the one or more stores, a second priority related to a rating of the one or more stores, and a third priority related to a delivery time of the one or more stores.

The store display priority may be determined based on the first priority in a high conversion rate order, and when a conversion rate of a first store is higher than a conversion rate of a second store, the first store may be displayed above the second store on the store search page, and the first store and the second store are included in the one or more stores.

In a case where the first priorities are equal, the store display priority may be determined based on the second priority in a high ranking order. When a rating of the first store is higher than a rating of a third store, the first store may be displayed above the third store on the store search page, and the first priorities of the first store and the third store are equal among the one or more stores.

In a case where the first priority and the second priority are equal, the store display priority may be determined based on the third priority in a short delivery time order. When a delivery time of the first store is less than a delivery time of a fourth store, the first store may be displayed above the fourth store on the store search page, and the first priority and the second priority of the first store and the fourth store are equal among the one or more stores.

When the user's order history for an item corresponding to the first store is longer than the user's order history for an item corresponding to a fifth store, the first store may be displayed above the fifth store on the store search page, and all the first priority, the second priority and the third priority of the first store and the fifth store are equal among the one or more stores.

The method may further include: setting a first time period for determining a delivery time of the first store; identifying a plurality of first delivery orders placed to the first store during the first time period; and determining a first average delivery time calculated for the plurality of first delivery orders as the delivery time of the first store.

The method may further include, for a first delivery order included in the plurality of first delivery orders, identifying a second average delivery time calculated for a plurality of second delivery orders placed with the first store during a second time period before the first time period; when a first delivery time identified for the first delivery order is less than the second average delivery time, determining the identified first delivery time as a delivery time of the first delivery order used for calculating the first average delivery time; when the When the identified first delivery time is greater than the second average delivery time, a difference between the identified first delivery time and the second average delivery time is compared with a critical time value; when the difference is less than the critical time value, the identified first delivery time is determined as the delivery time of the first delivery order used to calculate the first average delivery time; and when the difference is greater than the critical time value, the first delivery order is excluded from the plurality of first delivery orders used to calculate the first average delivery time.

A keyword included in the first keyword list may be displayed in the second area based on a keyword display priority, and the keyword display priority may be determined based on information about a conversion rate of the keyword included in the first keyword list.

The information about a conversion rate of a second keyword included in the first keyword list may be set based on an average conversion rate corresponding to an average purchase rate of visitors included in one or more stores in a second store sub-list corresponding to the second keyword.

The one or more filter options and the first keyword list may be displayed based on a scroll input by the user in the second area.

According to various exemplary embodiments, an electronic device for providing an item classification page is also provided, the electronic device comprising a processor and one or more memories storing one or more instructions, wherein when executed, the one or more instructions control the processor to perform: obtaining a first input of a user for a first item classification in an item classification list related to a delivery intermediary service provided by the electronic device; responding to the first input of a user for a first item classification in the first item classification list; An input that identifies information about a first keyword list for the first item category; and provides an item category page, the item category page comprising a first area displaying the item category list, a second area displaying the first keyword list and one or more filter options for filtering stores displayed in a store list, and a third area displaying a first store list containing information about a store corresponding to the first item category.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a page providing system for implementing an operating method of an electronic device for providing an item classification page according to various exemplary embodiments.

Referring to FIG. 1 , according to various exemplary embodiments, the page providing system can be implemented using various types of electronic devices. For example, the page providing system can be implemented in a server device 100 and a user device 200. In other words, each of the server device 100 and the user device 200 can perform operations according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention based on a page providing system implemented in each device. However, according to various exemplary embodiments, the page providing system is not limited to the page providing system shown in FIG. 1 , but can be implemented using various other types of electronic devices and servers.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the server device 100 may be a device that performs wired and wireless communications with a plurality of user devices 200 and includes a large capacity storage. For example, the server device 100 may be a cloud device that interlocks with a plurality of user devices 200.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the user device 200 may be a device that can be used by an individual user, such as a desktop personal computer (PC), a tablet PC, a mobile terminal, or the like. In addition, other electronic devices that perform similar functions may be used as the user device 200.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the page providing system may include various operation modules. The modules included in the page providing system may be computer program codes or one or more instructions that are implemented to enable a physical device (e.g., server device 100 and user device 200) that implements the page providing system (or included in the physical device) to execute an operation assigned to it. In other words, in the physical device that implements the page providing system, a plurality of modules may be stored in a memory in the form of computer program codes. When the plurality of modules stored in the memory are executed by a computer, they may be configured to enable the physical device to execute the assigned operations corresponding to the plurality of modules.

FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a configuration of a server device and a user device according to various exemplary embodiments.

2 , the server device 100 and the user device 200 may each include an input/output portion 210 , a communication portion 220 , a storage 230 , and a processor 240 .

The input/output portion 210 may be various interfaces, various ports, or the like that receive a user input or output information to the user. The input/output portion 210 may include an input module and an output module. The input module receives a user input from a user. The user input may have various forms of input, including key input, touch input, and voice input. Examples of input modules that receive user input may include a traditional keypad or keyboard, a mouse, and a touch sensor that senses a user's touch, a microphone that receives an audio signal, a camera that recognizes a gesture or the like through image recognition, a proximity sensor that senses the approach of a user including at least one of an illumination sensor or an infrared sensor, a motion sensor that recognizes a user's movement through an accelerometer or a gyroscope sensor, and various forms of input portions that sense or input various forms of user input, and according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the input module may include at least one of the devices listed above. Here, the touch sensor may be implemented using a piezoelectric or capacitive touch sensor that senses a touch via a touch panel or a touch film attached to a display panel, an optical touch sensor that senses a touch by an optical method, or the like. In addition, instead of a device that senses user input by itself, the input module may be implemented in the form of an input interface (USB port, PS/2 port, or the like) connected to an external input device that receives user input. In addition, the output module may output a number of various information. The output module may include at least one of a display for outputting an image, a speaker for outputting a sound, a tactile device for generating a vibration, and various other forms of output parts. In addition, the output module can also be implemented in the form of an output interface of one of the port types connected to the individual output parts mentioned above.

As an example, an output module in the form of a display can display a text, a static image, and a moving image. The display can include at least one of a liquid crystal display (LCD), a light emitting diode (LED) display, an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display, a flat panel display (FPD), a transparent display, a curved display, a flexible display, a three-dimensional display, a holographic display, a projector, and other types of devices capable of performing image output functions. Such a display can have the form of a touch display configured integrally with the touch sensor of the input module.

The communication portion 220 can communicate with another device. Therefore, each of the server device 100 and the user device 200 can transmit information to another device or receive information from another device via the communication portion 220. For example, the server device 100 and the user device 200 can communicate with each other or with another device using the communication portion 220.

Here, communication (i.e., transmission and reception of data) can be performed in a wired or wireless manner. For this purpose, the communication portion may include a wired communication module connected to the Internet or the like via a local area network (LAN), a mobile communication module connected to a mobile communication network via a mobile communication base station to transmit and receive data, a near field communication module using a wireless local area network (WLAN) series communication scheme (such as Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi)) or a wireless personal area network (WPAN) series communication scheme (such as Bluetooth or Zigbee), a satellite communication module using a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) (such as a global positioning system), or a combination thereof.

The memory 230 can store various pieces of information. The memory 230 can store data temporarily or semi-permanently. For example, an operating system (OS) for driving the server device 100, data for hosting a website, data about a program or application for generating Braille (e.g., a web application), or the like can be stored in the memory of the server device 100. In addition, the memory can store modules in the form of computer program code, as described above.

Examples of the memory 230 may include a hard disk drive (HDD), a solid state drive (SSD), a flash memory, a read-only memory (ROM), a random access memory (RAM), and the like. Such a memory may be provided as a built-in type or a removable type.

The processor 240 controls the overall operation of the server device 100 and the user device 200. To this end, the processor 240 can perform calculations and processing of various information and control the operation of the components of the server device 100 and the user device 200. For example, the processor 240 can execute a program or application for providing page information. The processor 240 can be implemented using a computer or a device similar thereto depending on hardware, software, or a combination thereof. The processor 240 can be implemented in hardware in the form of an electronic circuit that processes electrical signals to perform control functions, and can be implemented in software in the form of a program that drives the hardware processor 240. At the same time, it can be explained that the operations of the server device 100 and the user device 200 are performed under the control of the processor 240, unless otherwise specifically stated in the following description. That is, when the modules implemented in the page providing system described above are executed, it can be explained that the processor 240 controls the server device 100 and the user device 200 to perform the following operations.

In general, the exemplary embodiments can be implemented in various ways. For example, the exemplary embodiments can be implemented by hardware, firmware, software, a combination thereof, or the like.

In the case of hardware implementation, according to various exemplary embodiments, a method can be implemented by one or more application specific integrated circuits (ASICs), digital signal processors (DSPs), digital signal processing devices (DSPDs), programmable logic devices (PLDs), field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs), processors, controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors, or the like.

In the case of implementation by firmware or software, according to various exemplary embodiments, a method can be implemented in the form of a module, a program or a function that performs the functions or operations to be described below. For example, the software code can be stored in a memory and driven by a processor. The memory can be located inside or outside the processor, and data can be transmitted to the processor or received from the processor by various known devices.

In the following, an exemplary embodiment will be described in more detail based on the technical concept as described above. The above content can be applied to each exemplary embodiment to be described below. For example, operations, functions, terms or the like that are not defined in each exemplary embodiment to be described below can be performed and described based on the content described above.

Some exemplary embodiments of performing an item classification page providing operation based on the server device 100 will be described below. According to various exemplary embodiments, the user device 200 that has obtained an item classification page from the server device 100 can output the item classification page.

FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating an operation method of a server device 100 for providing an item classification page according to various exemplary embodiments.

3 , the server device 100 provides an item classification page. To perform an operation of providing the item classification page, the server device 100 obtains a first input from a user for a first item classification in an item classification list related to a delivery intermediary service provided by the server device 100 in operation 301, identifies information about a first keyword list of the first item classification in response to the first input in operation 303, and provides an item classification page in operation 305, the item classification page including a first area displaying the item classification list, a second area displaying the first keyword list and one or more filter options for filtering stores displayed in a store list, and a third area displaying a first store list including information about a store corresponding to the first item classification.

Hereinafter, a service related to the server device 100 or a delivery intermediary service provided by the server device 100 according to FIG. 3 may correspond to the service for intermediating an item pickup order and a delivery order between various stores registered in a service and a plurality of users using the service. In addition, an item for which a pickup order and a delivery order are processed may correspond to a food item. Food items may be understood to have the same meaning as various other terms indicating food-related items (such as a dish, a food menu, or a meal). A store associated with the delivery intermediary service may correspond to a store that sells and delivers food items, and may be understood to have the same meaning as various other terms indicating a location of food items to be sold (such as a store, a shop, and a restaurant).

That is, through the service for mediating item pickup orders and delivery orders provided by the server device 100, a plurality of users can input an order request to order an item through a store in the corresponding service, and the store can recognize the order request input through the corresponding service and prepare the ordered item according to the order request. If the store supports both the pickup order and the delivery order, then with respect to the pickup order for which the user visits the store to take away or pick up the item based on a user's selection, the store can input item preparation completion information in the corresponding service when preparing the ordered item, and thereafter, the user can visit the store to pick up the item. Alternatively, regarding a delivery order for a courier to deliver an item to an address of a user based on a user's selection, the store may input delivery request information in the corresponding service when preparing the ordered item. Upon recognizing the delivery request information, the courier may visit the store, pick up the item, and deliver the item to the user's address information.

According to various exemplary embodiments, in operation 301, the server device 100 may obtain a first input from a user regarding a first item category in an item category list related to a delivery intermediary service.

For example, the first input of the user obtained by the server device 100 according to operation 301 may correspond to an input of selecting an item category from an item category list including a plurality of item categories displayed on a homepage of a service related to the server device 100. That is, the item category list including a plurality of item categories may be displayed on the homepage of the service related to the server device 100, and when the user clicks on the first item category, the server device 100 may confirm that the first item category is selected from the item category list.

Here, the item category list may be understood as a list including or corresponding to a plurality of item categories, and may include one or more item categories. In addition, an item category included in the item category list may include one or more corresponding stores. A user may perform a search in a manner that displays a store corresponding to an item category when selecting an item category.

According to various exemplary embodiments, in operation 303, the server device 100 may identify information about a first keyword list of a first item category in response to the first input.

For example, the first keyword list identified by the server device 100 according to operation 303 may include a keyword corresponding to a menu item with high sales volume in the first item category. In other words, a menu item in the first item category determined to have high sales volume may be identified as a keyword of the first item category and included in the first keyword list.

In this example, a menu item corresponding to the first item category may be identified among all menu items with relatively high sales volume in a plurality of item categories in the item category list included in the service associated with the server device 100. The first keyword list identified for the first item category may include a keyword corresponding to the menu item identified as corresponding to the first item category. That is, the first keyword list identified by the server device 100 according to operation 303 may include a portion of the keywords determined to correspond to the first item category among the keywords for all popular menu items identified for a plurality of item categories in the item category list included in the service associated with the server device 100. Since a keyword determined to be a predetermined item category among the keywords of all popular menu items identified for multiple item categories is only identified for the predetermined item category, the number of keywords corresponding to each item category in the multiple item categories included in the item category list may be different.

The keywords for all popular menu items may be keywords identified for a plurality of users in a service associated with the server device 100. That is, keywords or keywords corresponding to search words frequently used by a plurality of users searching in the service or keywords corresponding to items ordered in large quantities may be identified as keywords for all popular menu items. In this example, the plurality of users for whom all popular menu items are identified for a plurality of item categories may correspond to all users of the service or a portion of the users determined to correspond to a characteristic of the users.

As an example, multiple users for identifying all popular menu items may be set based on an age characteristic of the user to include users in the same or similar age group as the user. As another example, multiple users for identifying all popular menu items may be set based on a gender characteristic of the user to include users corresponding to the same gender as the user. Thus, multiple users for identifying all popular menu items may be identified based on the user's personal characteristics. In such cases, the keywords displayed on the item classification page may be understood as being identified as a keyword specific to the user.

For example, the first keyword list identified by the server device 100 according to operation 303 may include a keyword corresponding to a brand with high sales volume in the first item classification. That is, a name of a brand determined to have relatively high sales volume in the first item classification may be identified as a keyword of the first item classification and, therefore, included in the first keyword list.

According to various exemplary embodiments, in operation 305, the server device 100 may provide an item classification page, which includes a first area displaying an item classification list, a second area displaying a first keyword list and one or more filter options for filtering stores displayed in a store list, and a third area displaying a first store list including information about a store corresponding to the first item classification.

For example, the first area included in the item classification page provided by the server device 100 according to operation 305 may correspond to an area in which an item classification list in a service related to the server device 100 is displayed. That is, a plurality of item classifications included in the item classification list may be displayed in the first area. In this example, since the item classification page provided by the server device 100 according to operation 305 corresponds to a page provided in response to an input of the user selecting the first item classification, information indicating that the first item classification is selected from the item classification list may be set in the first area.

For example, in the item category list displayed in the first area included in the item category page provided by the server device 100 according to operation 305, the user may apply an input to select a second item category to replace the currently selected first item category, and the server device 100 may obtain the corresponding input. In this example, the server device 100 may change the setting so that a second keyword list and one or more filter options for the second item category are displayed in the second area, and change the setting so that a second store list including information about another store corresponding to the second item category is displayed in the third area. Thus, in the item category page provided by the server device 100 according to operation 305, in response to an input of another item category by the user, a keyword and a store corresponding to the input can be changed and displayed, and in terms of a filter option, the same filter option for filtering stores can be maintained.

For example, in the first keyword list displayed in the second area included in the item classification page provided by the server device 100 according to operation 305, the user may apply an input to select a first keyword included in the first keyword list, and the server device 100 may obtain the corresponding input. In this example, the server device 100 may provide a store search page including information about one or more stores included in the first store sub-list corresponding to the first keyword. Here, a store sub-list corresponding to a keyword may indicate a list of stores identified as corresponding to a keyword included in a store list including stores corresponding to the item classification, which is included in the store list including stores corresponding to the item classification.

That is, the server device 100 may identify and manage a store sub-list of one or more stores included in each keyword included in the first keyword list of the first item category. When obtaining an input corresponding to a first keyword included in the first keyword list from a user, the server device 100 may provide a store search page configured to display information about one or more stores included in the first store sub-list corresponding to the first keyword. In this example, the provided store search page may correspond to a search page in which the first keyword is set as a search word.

FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating a method of providing a store search page by the server device 100 in response to an input of a keyword displayed on a product category page according to various exemplary embodiments.

In operation 401, the server device 100 may identify a store sub-list each including one or more stores corresponding to each keyword included in a first keyword list of a first item category. In this example, one or more stores included in each store sub-list may be stores pre-set for each keyword.

In operation 403, an input corresponding to a first keyword included in a first keyword list displayed on an item classification page provided by the server device 100 may be obtained from a user. In this case, the server device 100 may provide a store search page including information about one or more stores included in a first store sub-list corresponding to the first keyword in operation 405. According to various exemplary embodiments as described below, one or more stores included in the first store sub-list may be displayed on the store search page provided in operation 405.

For example, one or more stores included in the first store sub-list corresponding to the first keyword may include a store in which at least one item corresponding to the first keyword is sold or a store having a store name corresponding to the first keyword. When the first keyword corresponds to a name of a menu item, a store in which a menu item having the same name is sold may be included in the one or more stores. When the first keyword corresponds to a name of a brand, a store corresponding to the same brand may be included in the one or more stores.

For example, one or more stores included in the first store sub-list corresponding to the first keyword may be displayed on a store search page provided in response to a user input of the first keyword based on a store display priority of a first item category related to the first keyword. A store display priority of each item category may be different for each item category. Therefore, one or more stores displayed on a store search page provided in response to a user input of a keyword related to each item category may be displayed on the store search page based on a reference different according to an item category related to the corresponding keyword.

For example, the store display priority of the first item category may be determined based on a first priority related to a conversion rate of a purchase rate of visitors corresponding to one or more stores included in a first store sub-list corresponding to a first keyword, a second priority related to a rating of one or more stores, and a third priority related to a delivery time of one or more stores. Here, a conversion rate of a store may indicate a ratio of visitors who complete an order for a menu item among visitors who visit a store detail page of a store among a plurality of users using a service. A rating of a store may indicate a review rating of a user who orders a menu item through the store. A delivery time of a store may indicate a period of time used to complete a delivery of a menu item when the store recognizes an order.

For example, the store display priority of the first item category may be determined based on a first priority in a high conversion rate order. As an example, with respect to a first store and a second store included in one or more stores, when a conversion rate of the first store is higher than a conversion rate of the second store, the first store may have a store display priority higher than a store display priority of the second store. In addition, based on these store display priorities, the first store may be displayed above the second store on a store search page provided in response to a user input of a first keyword.

For example, in a case where the first priority in the order of high conversion rate is equal, the store display priority of the first item category may be determined based on the second priority in the order of high rating. As an example, with respect to a first store and a third store included in one or more stores, when the conversion rate of the first store and a conversion rate of the third store are within a range determined to have the same first priority, the second priority in the order of high rating may be additionally considered. When a rating of the first store is higher than a rating of the third store, the first store may have a store display priority higher than the store display priority of the third store. In this case, based on these store display priorities, the first store may be displayed above the third store on a store search page provided in response to a user's input of the first keyword.

For example, in a case where a first priority in the order of high conversion rate and a second priority in the order of high rating are equal, a store display priority of the first item category may be determined based on a third priority in the order of short delivery time. As an example, with respect to a first store and a fourth store included in one or more stores, when a conversion rate of the first store and a conversion rate of the fourth store are within a range determined to have the same first priority, and when a rating of the first store and a rating of the fourth store are within a range determined to have the same second priority, the third priority in the order of short delivery time may be additionally considered. When a delivery time of the first store is shorter than a delivery time of the fourth store, the first store may have a store display priority higher than the store display priority of the fourth store. In this case, based on these store display priorities, the first store may be displayed above the fourth store on the store search page provided in response to the user's input of the first keyword.

For example, when there are stores that are all equal in terms of the first priority in order of high conversion rate, the second priority in order of high rating, and the third priority in order of short delivery time, the user's order history for items sold in the corresponding stores may be additionally considered. That is, among one or more stores, with respect to a first store and a fifth store that are all equal in terms of the first priority in order of high conversion rate, the second priority in order of high rating, and the third priority in order of short delivery time, when a user's order history for an item corresponding to the first store is longer than a user's order history for an item corresponding to the fifth store, the first store may be displayed above the fifth store on a store search page provided in response to the user's input of the first keyword.

Since the user is likely to select an item with a relatively long order history rather than an item with a relatively short order history, a store corresponding to the item with the relatively long order history may be displayed upward. Thus, determining a store display order on a store search page based on the user's order history may indicate that the provided store search page corresponds to a page personalized for the user.

For example, the third priority in the order of short delivery time may be determined based on an operation of the server device 100 to identify a store delivery time as described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6 .

FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating a method for determining a store delivery time by the server device 100 according to various exemplary embodiments.

According to an operation of the server device 100 shown in Fig. 5, a delivery time of a store may be determined based on an average delivery time calculated for a plurality of delivery orders placed to the store during a predetermined time period. That is, for a first store among one or more stores included in a first store sub-list corresponding to a first keyword, the server device 100 may set a first time period for determining a delivery time of the first store in operation 501, identify a plurality of first delivery orders placed to the first store during the first time period in operation 503, and determine a first average delivery time calculated for the plurality of first delivery orders as the delivery time of the first store in operation 505.

5, in a case where a third priority in a short delivery time order is determined based on the average delivery time of the store, when a deliveryman inputs delivery completion information while completing delivery, a delivery time can be correctly identified. However, when the deliveryman inputs delivery completion information after completing delivery, the delivery time can be identified as a delayed time even if the actual delivery has been completed quickly.

To prevent this, the server device 100 may identify a second average delivery time of the store in a second time period before the first time period and determine whether a difference between the second average delivery time and a delivery time of a scheduled delivery order placed in the first time period is less than or equal to a critical value. When the difference is greater than the critical value, the server device 100 may perform an operation of excluding the scheduled delivery order from the plurality of first delivery orders used to calculate the average delivery time as described with reference to FIG. 6 .

FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating a method of excluding a scheduled delivery order from a plurality of delivery orders used to calculate an average delivery time by the server device 100 according to various exemplary embodiments.

According to an operation of the server device 100 shown in Figure 6, in operation 601, the server device 100 can identify a second average delivery time calculated for a plurality of second delivery orders placed to a first store during a second time period before the first time period set according to operation 501. In this example, in operation 603, with respect to a scheduled first delivery order included in a plurality of first delivery orders for which the server device 100 determines a first average delivery time according to operation 505, when a first delivery time identified for the first delivery order is less than the second average delivery time, the server device 100 may confirm that the identified first delivery time corresponds to a normal delivery time and therefore, determine the identified first delivery time as a delivery time of the first delivery order used to calculate the first average delivery time.

When the first delivery time identified for the first delivery order is greater than the second average delivery time, the server device 100 may compare a difference between the identified first delivery time and the second average delivery time with a critical time value in operation 605. In operation 607, when the difference is less than the critical time value, the server device 100 may confirm that the identified first delivery time corresponds to a normal delivery time and therefore, determine the identified first delivery time as a delivery time of the first delivery order for calculating the first average delivery time. In contrast, in operation 609, when the difference is greater than the critical time value, the server device 100 may confirm that the identified first delivery time does not correspond to the normal delivery time and therefore exclude the first delivery order from the plurality of first delivery orders used to calculate the first average delivery time.

In addition, in a viewpoint similar to that of Figure 6, with respect to a first delivery order included in the plurality of first delivery orders for which the server device 100 determines the first average delivery time according to operation 505, when the first delivery order is automatically processed as completed after a predetermined time has passed rather than being processed as completed by delivery completion information input by a courier who performed the first delivery order, the server device 100 can exclude the first delivery order from the plurality of first delivery orders used to calculate the average delivery time.

Thus, although the delivery person is required to enter delivery completion information once the delivery is completed, the delivery may be automatically processed as completed in the service due to the lapse of a deadline. In this case, the delivery time may be identified as a deadline even though the actual delivery was completed quickly. To prevent this, this delivery order may be excluded from the plurality of first delivery orders used to calculate the average delivery time, so that the average delivery time for the store is calculated with increased accuracy.

The delivery time of the store determined based on the above examples of FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 may be considered to determine the third priority in the order of short delivery time among the store display priorities.

For example, when a user applies an input selecting a first keyword included in a first keyword list when selecting a filter option from one or more filter options displayed in a second area included in an item classification page provided by the server device 100 according to operation 305, and when the server device 100 obtains the input, a store search page provided by the server device 100 in response to the input may correspond to a store search page to which a filter option is applied. In addition, in this case, one or more stores corresponding to the first keyword included in the store search page may include a store selected based on a filter option. Therefore, when an input of a keyword is applied when a filter option is selected on an item classification page, the server device 100 can also apply the selected filter option and provide the user with a store search page including information about a store filtered according to the selected filter option.

For example, a keyword included in the first keyword list in the second area included in the item classification page provided by the server device 100 according to operation 305 may be displayed in the second area based on a keyword display priority. That is, a priority for displaying the keywords included in the first keyword list in the second area may be considered, and the keywords included in the first keyword list may be displayed in the second area based on the priority. For example, a keyword with a higher keyword display priority may be displayed from a left side of a screen.

The keyword display priority may be determined based on information about a conversion rate of the keywords included in the first keyword list. The higher the conversion rate of each keyword, the higher the keyword display priority. In this example, information about a conversion rate of a second keyword included in the first keyword list may be determined based on an average conversion rate corresponding to an average purchase rate of visitors included in one or more stores in a second store sub-list corresponding to the second keyword.

For example, the first keyword list and one or more filter options displayed in the second area included in the item classification page provided by the server device 100 according to operation 305 may correspond to information displayed based on a user's scroll input in the second area. For example, the user may identify the one or more filter options and the first keyword list by applying a horizontal scroll input to the second area.

For example, the first store list displayed in the third area included in the item classification page provided by the server device 100 according to operation 305 may include stores that are set to be displayed for the item classification page based on a situation in which an input of a user for the first item classification is obtained and the item classification page is provided in response to the input. Therefore, a store different from a store included in a page provided when the first item classification is identified through a different route in the service may be included in the first store list and displayed on the item classification page. For example, a store displayed on a store search page provided when a search input having a text corresponding to the first item classification as a search word is obtained may be different from a store included in the first store list in the third area included in the item classification page provided by the server device 100 according to operation 305.

For example, the item classification page provided by the server device 100 according to operation 305 may be a page provided by applying the various exemplary embodiments described above.

Obviously, several pieces of information associated with an item classification page provided by the server device 100 executing the operations of FIG. 3 to FIG. 6 according to the above exemplary embodiment can be provided in various forms through combinations thereof.

FIG. 7 to FIG. 9 are diagrams showing examples of a user interface (UI)/user experience (UX) for providing an item classification page according to various exemplary embodiments. For example, the examples of FIG. 7 to FIG. 9 may be UI/UX related to the user device 200 according to the exemplary embodiment described with reference to FIG. 3 to FIG. 6. The exemplary embodiment described with reference to the accompanying drawings may be implemented based on the operation of the server device 100 described with reference to FIG. 3 to FIG. 6.

Specifically, the exemplary embodiment mentioned below of the UI/UX of the user device 200 may be implemented in the following manner: the user device 200 receives input information from a user and transmits the input information to the server device 100, the server device 100 provides information corresponding to the input information to the user device 200 based on the operation described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 6, and then the user device 200 outputs the received information. However, the exemplary embodiment described below in association with the UI/UX is not limited thereto, and may be implemented in any form in which the exemplary embodiment of the UI/UX may be implemented.

FIG. 7 is a diagram showing an example of outputting an item classification page by the user device 200 based on an operation of the server device 100 according to various exemplary embodiments.

7, an item classification page output by the user device 200 may correspond to a page output in response to an input of selecting an item classification "Korean cuisine" from an item classification list displayed on an initial page of a service. This can also be seen from the item classification page of FIG. 7, in which an item classification list related to the service is displayed in a first area 701 and display information indicating that the item classification "Korean cuisine" is selected from the item classification list is set.

In a second area 703 of the item category page of FIG7 , one or more filter options for filtering stores and a keyword list for the item category “Korean cuisine” may be displayed. Here, the keyword list for the item category “Korean cuisine” may include a keyword corresponding to a popular menu item with high sales volume in the item category “Korean cuisine”.

In a third area 705 of the item classification page of FIG. 7 , a store list including information about a store corresponding to the item classification “Korean cuisine” may be displayed. Information about each store included in the store list displayed in the third area 705 may include representative store image information and representative menu item image information of each store, name information of each store, evaluation information of each store obtained by a plurality of users, distance information about a distance between a user and each store, information about a discount coupon provided to a user of each store in service, and/or information about a delivery fee charged to the user by each store and estimated delivery time information. When a first filter option is selected from one or more filter options displayed in the second area 703, the store list displayed in the third area 705 may include a store filtered based on the first filter option.

FIG. 8 is a diagram showing another example of outputting an item classification page by the user device 200 based on an operation of the server device 100 according to various exemplary embodiments.

In a first area 801 of an item classification page of FIG. 8 , an item classification list related to a service may be displayed, and display information indicating that an item classification “Korean cuisine” is selected from the item classification list may be set.

In a second area 803 of the item classification page of FIG8 , one or more filter options for filtering stores corresponding to the item classification “Korean cuisine” and a keyword list for the item classification “Korean cuisine” may be displayed. In this example, unlike the second area 703 of the item classification page of FIG7 , in which a plurality of filter options and a keyword are displayed, it can be seen that the remaining keywords are displayed by a horizontal scroll input by a user. That is, the second area 803 of the item classification page of FIG8 displays information different from the information displayed in the second area 703 of the item classification page of FIG7 in response to the user's scroll input. As shown in the second area 803 of the item classification page of Fig. 8 and the second area 703 of the item classification page of Fig. 7, one or more filter options and keyword lists can be displayed in a straight line from the left side. In this example, the keyword list can be displayed based on a keyword display priority according to the exemplary embodiment described above.

In a third area 805 of the item classification page of FIG8 , a store list including information about a store corresponding to the item classification “Korean cuisine” may be displayed. Information about each store included in the store list displayed in the third area 805 may include various information displayed in the third area 705 of the item classification page of FIG7 .

FIG. 9 is a diagram showing an example of a user device 200 outputting a store search page corresponding to a keyword based on an operation of the server device 100 according to various exemplary embodiments.

9, when a filter option "discount coupons" is selected from one or more filter options displayed in the second area 703 or 803 of FIG. 7 or FIG. 8, a store search page output by the user device 200 may correspond to a page provided in response to an input by a user applied to a keyword "cold noodles". This can also be seen from the store search page of FIG. 9, where the keyword "cold noodles" is set as a search word in a first area 901 and the filter option "discount coupons" is selected in a second area 903.

In a third area 905 of the store search page of FIG. 9 , information about one or more stores included in a store sub-list corresponding to the keyword “cold noodles” may be displayed. According to the exemplary embodiment described above, one or more stores displayed in the third area 905 may include a store where an item corresponding to the keyword “cold noodles” is sold or a store having a name including the keyword “cold noodles”, and may be displayed on the store search page based on a store display priority. Information about each store included in one or more stores displayed in the third area 905 may include various information displayed in the third area 705 of the item classification page of FIG. 7 .

The UI/UX of the user device 200 and the operation of the user device 200 described with reference to FIGS. 7 to 9 may be performed in association with the operation of the server device 100 described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 6 . The examples of the UI/UX of FIGS. 7 to 9 are only examples for implementing the present invention. The various exemplary embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the examples of the UI/UX of FIGS. 7 to 9 and may be applied to any form in which the exemplary embodiments of the present invention may be implemented.

The exemplary embodiments of the present invention disclosed in this specification and the drawings are only specific examples disclosed to easily illustrate the technical content of the present invention and further promote the overall understanding of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Claims (15)

A method for providing an item classification page in an electronic device, the method comprising: Obtaining a first input from a user for a first item classification in an item classification list related to a delivery intermediary service provided by the electronic device; Responsive to the first input, identifying information about a first keyword list of the first item classification; Providing an item classification page, the item classification page comprising a first area displaying the item classification list, a second area displaying the first keyword list and one or more filter options for filtering stores displayed in a store list, and a third area displaying a first store list containing information about a store corresponding to the first item classification; Wherein, based on at least one filter option selected from the one or more filter options in the second area, filter option application information for configuring the at least one filter option on a store search page to be consistent with the item classification page is configured to correspond to the first keyword list, and the store search page provides a store sub-list corresponding to a keyword included in the first keyword list. A method as claimed in claim 1, wherein information indicating that the first item classification is selected from the item classification list is set in the first area. The method of claim 1 further comprises: Obtaining a second input from the user corresponding to a second item category in the item category list included in the first area; In response to the second input, setting the second area so as to display the one or more filter options and a second keyword list for the second item category; and In response to the second input, setting the third area so as to display a second store list containing information about a store corresponding to the second item category. The method of claim 1 further comprises: Obtaining a third input from the user corresponding to a first keyword in the first keyword list included in the second area; In response to the third input, providing a first store search page, the first store search page including information about one or more stores included in a first store sub-list corresponding to the first keyword. The method of claim 4, wherein the one or more stores include a store that sells at least one item corresponding to the first keyword, or a store having a store name corresponding to the first keyword. A method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the one or more stores are displayed on the first store search page based on a store display priority of the first item category. A method as in claim 6, wherein the store display priority is determined based on a first priority related to a conversion rate of a purchase rate of visitors corresponding to the one or more stores, a second priority related to a rating of the one or more stores, and a third priority related to a delivery time of the one or more stores. The method of claim 7, wherein the store display priority is determined based on the first priority in a high conversion rate order, and when a conversion rate of a first store is higher than a conversion rate of a second store, the first store is displayed above the second store on the first store search page, and the first store and the second store are included in the one or more stores. The method of claim 8, wherein, in a case where the first priority is equal, the display priority of the store is determined based on the second priority in a high ranking order, and when a rating of the first store is higher than a rating of a third store, the first store is displayed above the third store on the first store search page, and the first priorities of the first store and the third store are equal among the one or more stores. The method of claim 9, wherein in a case where the first priority and the second priority are equal, the display priority of the store is determined based on the third priority in a short delivery time order, and when a delivery time of the first store is less than a delivery time of a fourth store, the first store is displayed above the fourth store on the first store search page, and the first priority and the second priority of the first store and the fourth store are equal among the one or more stores. A method as claimed in claim 10, wherein when the user's order history for an item corresponding to the first store is longer than the user's order history for an item corresponding to a fifth store, the first store is displayed above the fifth store on the first store search page, and all the first priority, the second priority and the third priority of the first store and the fifth store are equal among the one or more stores. A method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first keyword list includes a portion of keywords determined to correspond to the first item classification among all popular keywords identified for a plurality of item classifications included in the item classification list. The method of claim 12, wherein all of the popular keywords are identified for a plurality of users on the service, and the plurality of users are identified based on a characteristic of the user. The method of claim 1, wherein the one or more filter options and the first keyword list are displayed based on a scroll input by the user in the second area. An electronic device for providing an item classification page, the electronic device comprising: a processor; and one or more memories storing one or more instructions, wherein when executed, the one or more instructions control the processor to perform: obtaining a first input from a user for a first item classification in an item classification list associated with a delivery intermediary service provided by the electronic device; in response to the first input, identifying information about a first keyword list for the first item classification; and A product classification page is provided, the product classification page comprising a first area displaying the product classification list, a second area displaying the first keyword list and one or more filter options for filtering stores displayed in a store list, and a third area displaying a first store list containing information about a store corresponding to the first product classification; wherein, based on at least one filter option selected from the one or more filter options in the second area, filter option application information for configuring the at least one filter option on a store search page to be consistent with the product classification page is configured to correspond to the first keyword list, and the store search page provides a store sub-list corresponding to a keyword contained in the first keyword list.
