【物品用途】;本創作係一種杯子(2)新設計，其乃係具造型新穎美觀而可供盛用飲水之容器。;【設計說明】;本設計承襲母案外型的創作特徵風格，其設計特點及與母案的區別在於：相較於母案而具有較矮、較短杯身，其餘環設長形槽溝形體、杯身上擴下縮之特徵仍與母案相同，而為部份外觀變化之設計，視覺效果與原設計係屬近似，而符合衍生設計專利之申請要件，爰依法提出衍生設計專利申請。[Use of Article]; This creation is a new design of a cup (2), which is a container for holding drinking water with a novel and beautiful shape.; [Design Description]; This design inherits the creative characteristics and style of the original design. Its design features and differences from the original design are: compared with the original design, it has a shorter cup body, while the rest of the features of the long grooves around it and the cup body expanding and contracting are the same as the original design. It is a design with partial changes in appearance. The visual effect is similar to the original design and meets the application requirements for a derivative design patent. Therefore, an application for a derivative design patent is filed in accordance with the law.

本創作係一種杯子(2)新設計，其乃係具造型新穎美觀而可供盛用飲水之容器。This creation is a new design of a cup (2), which is a container for holding drinking water with a novel and beautiful shape.
本設計承襲母案外型的創作特徵風格，其設計特點及與母案的區別在於：相較於母案而具有較矮、較短杯身，其餘環設長形槽溝形體、杯身上擴下縮之特徵仍與母案相同，而為部份外觀變化之設計，視覺效果與原設計係屬近似，而符合衍生設計專利之申請要件，爰依法提出衍生設計專利申請。This design inherits the creative characteristics and style of the parent design.
