【物品用途】;本創作係一種杯子(2)新設計，其乃係具造型新穎美觀而可供盛用飲水之容器。;【設計說明】;本設計承襲母案外型的創作特徵風格，其設計特點及與母案的區別在於：相較於母案而具有較矮、較短杯身，其餘環設長形槽溝形體、杯身上擴下縮之特徵仍與母案相同，而為部份外觀變化之設計，視覺效果與原設計係屬近似，而符合衍生設計專利之申請要件，爰依法提出衍生設計專利申請。

本創作係一種杯子(2)新設計，其乃係具造型新穎美觀而可供盛用飲水之容器。
本設計承襲母案外型的創作特徵風格，其設計特點及與母案的區別在於：相較於母案而具有較矮、較短杯身，其餘環設長形槽溝形體、杯身上擴下縮之特徵仍與母案相同，而為部份外觀變化之設計，視覺效果與原設計係屬近似，而符合衍生設計專利之申請要件，爰依法提出衍生設計專利申請。
