本創作係一種杯子(2)新設計，其乃係具造型新穎美觀而可供盛用飲水之容器。This creation is a new design of a cup (2), which is a container for holding drinking water with a novel and beautiful shape.

本設計承襲母案外型的創作特徵風格，其設計特點及與母案的區別在於：相較於母案而具有較高、長之大圓口徑之雙層杯身；具內、外層杯身相互對襯及外層杯身環飾複數的上端圓弧、且由上深而下漸淺之長形槽溝之特徵仍與母案相同，而為部份外觀變化之設計，視覺效果與原設計係屬近似，而符合衍生設計專利之申請要件，爰依法提出衍生設計專利申請。This design inherits the creative characteristics and style of the mother design.
