本設計承襲母案以雙層杯體及具內、外杯體線條相異弧度對比的創作特徵風格，衍生設計之特點及與母案的區別在於：沿襲於母案整體內、外層杯體之線條弧度相異之對比，以近似於原內、外層杯體對比之比例下，於向下擴圓弧之弧度，採為較為圓滑之弧度，而呈更圓潤之圓弧視覺效果，而為部份外觀變化之設計，視覺效果與原設計係屬近似，而符合衍生設計專利之申請要件，爰依法提出衍生設計專利申請。 This design inherits the creative characteristic style of the parent case with a double-layer cup body and the contrast of inner and outer cup body lines with different arcs.
