Claims (17)
1 PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI 1. Postopek za pripravo trde poliuretanske pene, ki ima krogelni odboj pod 40% pri gostoti jedra prostega dviga 3-27 kg/m1 2 (pri čemer krogelni odboj merimo po ISO 8307 pod pogojem, da ne uporabimo predhodnega upogibnega kondicioniranja, da merimo le eno odbojno vrednost na vzorec in da testne kose kondicioniramo pri 23°C
± 2°C pri relativni vlažnosti 50 ± 5%), označen s tem, da presnovimo poliizocianat (1), izocianatno reaktivno spojino (2) s povprečno ekvivalentno maso največ 374 in s povprečnim številom izocianatno reaktivnih atomov vodika od 2 do 8, izocianatno reaktivno spojino (3) s povprečno ekvivalentno maso več kot 374 in s povprečnim številom izocianatno reaktivnih atomov vodika od 2 do 6 in vodo, pri čemer je količina spojine (2), spojina (3) in vode (na 100 mas.delov poliizocianata, spojine (2), spojine (3) in vode) v območju od 2 do 20 mas.delov, 5 do 35 mas.delov oz. 1 do 17 mas.delov s pridržkom, da spojina (3) ne obstoji iz polioksialkilen poliola s funkcionalnostjo 2-3,5 hidroksilno vrednostjo 28-90 mg KOH/g in z vsebnostjo polioksietilenskih enot ne več kot 5 mas.%. 1 Postopek za pripravo trde poliuretanske pene, ki ima krogelni odboj pod 40% pri 2 gostoti jedra prostega dviga 3-27 kg/m2 (pri čemer krogelni odboj merimo po ISO 8307 pod pogojem, da ne uporabimo predhodnega upogibnega kondicioniranja, da merimo le eno odbojno vrednost na vzorec in da testne kose kondicioniramo pri 23 °C ± 2°C pri relativni vlažnosti 50 ± 5%), označen s tem, da presnovimo poliizocianat (1), poliol (2) s hidroksilnim številom vsaj 150 mg KOH/g in povprečno nominalno hidroksilno funkcionalnostjo od 2 do 8, poliol (3) s hidroksilnim številom od 10 do manj kot 150 in povprečno nominalno hidroksilno funkcionalnostjo od 2 do 6 in vodo, pri čemer je količina poliola (2), poliola (3) in vode (na 100 mas.delov poliizocianata, poliola (2), poliola (3) in vode) v območju 2 do 20 mas.delov, 5-35 mas.delov oz. 1-17 mas.delov, s pridržkom, da poliol (3) ne obstoji iz polioksialkilen poliola s funkcionalnostjo 2-3,5 hidroksilno vrednostjo 28-90 mg KOH/g in vsebnostjo polioksietilenskih enot ne več kot 5 mas.%. 2
3. Postopek po zahtevku 1 do 2, označen s tem, da je masno razmerje spojine (2): spojini (3) 0,1-4:1.
4. Postopek po zahtevku 1 do 3, označen s tem, daje gostota jedra prostega dviga pene 3-27 kg/m3.

Elastična pena po zahtevkih 10 do 14, označena s tem, da ima krogelni odboj vsaj 50 % v vsaj eni od tridimenzionalnih smeri (ISO 8307 pod pogojem, da ne uporabimo predhodnega upogibnega kondicioniranja, da merimo le eno odbojno vrednost na vzorec in da testne kose kondicioniramo pri 23°C ± 2°C pri relativni vlažnosti 50 ± 5%).
16. Elastična pena po zahtevkih 10 do 15, označena s tem, da ima krogelni odboj 55-85 % v vsaj eni od tridimenzionalnih smeri (ISO 8307 pod pogojem, da ne uporabimo predhodnega upogibnega kondicioniranja, da merimo le eno odbojno vrednost na vzorec in da testne kose kondicioniramo pri 23°C ± 2°C pri relativni vlažnosti 50 ± 5%).
17. Elastična pena po zahtevkih 10 do 16, označena s tem, da ima CLD histerezo pod 45 %.
