Claims (7)
1. Композиция для получения глюкозного сиропа из ожиженного крахмала, содержащая фермент альфа-амилазу, пуллуланазу и глюкоамилазу, где альфа-амилаза содержит или состоит из аминокислотной последовательности, выбранной из группы, состоящей из аминокислотной последовательности, которая имеет по меньшей мере 90% тождественность последовательности SEQ ID NO: 5 или ее зрелого полипептида, где пуллуланаза содержит или состоит из аминокислотной последовательности, выбранной из группы, состоящей из аминокислотной последовательности, которая имеет по меньшей мере 90% тождественность последовательности SEQ ID NO: 16 или ее зрелого полипептида, и где глюкоамилаза содержит или состоит из аминокислотной последовательности, выбранной из группы, состоящей из аминокислотной последовательности, которая имеет по меньшей мере 90% тождественность последовательности SEQ ID NO: 4 или ее зрелого полипептида.
2. Композиция по п. 1, где альфа-амилаза выбрана из альфа-амилаз Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus stearothermophilus, Aspergillus niger или Rhizomucor pusillus, глюкоамилаза выбрана из глюкоамилаз Aspergillus niger, Talaromyces emersonii, Trametes cingulata или Gloeophyllum trabeum и пуллуланаза выбрана из пуллуланаз Bacillus deramificans или Bacillus acidopullulyticus.
3. Композиция по любому из пп. 1 или 2, где композиция содержит глюкоамилазу, выбранную из глюкоамилаз, раскрытых под SEQ ID NO: 4 или глюкоамилазы с тождественностью последовательности со зрелым полипептидом SEQ ID NO: 4, составляющей по меньшей мере 91%, по меньшей мере 92%, по меньшей мере 93%, по меньшей мере 94%, по меньшей мере 95%, по меньшей мере 96%, по меньшей мере 97%, по меньшей мере 98%, по меньшей мере 99% или 100%, альфа-амилазу, выбранную из альфа-амилазы, раскрытой под SEQ ID NO: 5, или альфа-амилазы с тождественностью последовательности со зрелым полипептидом SEQ ID NO: 5, составляющей по меньшей мере 91%, по меньшей мере 92%, по меньшей мере 93%, по меньшей мере 94%, по меньшей мере 95%, по меньшей мере 96%, по меньшей мере 97%, по меньшей мере 98%, по меньшей мере 99% или 100%, и пуллуланазу, выбранную из пуллуланазы, раскрытой под SEQ ID NO: 16, или пуллуланазы с тождественностью последовательности со зрелым полипептидом SEQ ID NO: 16, составляющей по меньшей мере 91%, по меньшей мере 92%, по меньшей мере 93%, по меньшей мере 94%, по меньшей мере 95%, по меньшей мере 96%, по меньшей мере 97%, по меньшей мере 98%, по меньшей мере 99% или 100%.
4. Способ получения глюкозного сиропа из ожиженного крахмала, включающий приведение ожиженного крахмала в контакт с композицией по любому из пп. 1-3.
5. Способ получения глюкозного сиропа из ожиженного крахмала, включающий приведение ожиженного крахмала в контакт с глюкоамилазой, пуллуланазой и альфа-амилазой, где альфа-амилаза содержит или состоит из аминокислотной последовательности, выбранной из группы, состоящей из аминокислотной последовательности, которая имеет по меньшей мере 90% тождественность последовательности SEQ ID NO: 5 или ее зрелого полипептида, где пуллуланаза содержит или состоит из аминокислотной последовательности, выбранной из группы, состоящей из аминокислотной последовательности, которая имеет по меньшей мере 90% тождественность последовательности SEQ ID NO: 16 или ее зрелого полипептида, и где глюкоамилаза содержит или состоит из аминокислотной последовательности, выбранной из группы, состоящей из аминокислотной последовательности, которая имеет по меньшей мере 90% тождественность последовательности SEQ ID NO: 4 или ее зрелого полипептида.
6. Способ по п. 5, где первоначальное содержание сухих твердых веществ (DS) в ожиженном крахмальном субстрате составляет по меньшей мере 25%, в частности, по меньшей мере 30%, конкретнее, по меньшей мере 35%, еще конкретнее, по меньшей мере 40%.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 5 или 6, где время осахаривания составляет по меньшей мере 24 ч, по меньшей мере 30 ч, по меньшей мере 36 ч, по меньшей мере 48 ч, по меньшей мере 54 ч, по меньшей мере 60 ч, по меньшей мере 72 ч.
