Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para preparar jarabe de glucosa a partir de almidón licuado que comprende, (a) poner en contacto el almidón licuado con una glucoamilasa, una pululanasa, y, opcionalmente una alfa-amilasa en la que la relación de la dosis de pululanasa expresada como NPUN/gDS, a la dosis de alfa amilasa expresada como AFAU/gDS es al menos de 60, particularmente al menos 75, particularmente al menos 100, más particularmente al menos 150, más particularmente al menos 200, más particularmente al menos 250, más particularmente al menos 300, más particularmente al menos 400, más particularmente al menos 500, más particularmente al menos 600, más particularmente al menos 800 o si no está presente alfa-amilasa, la pululanasa está presente en una dosis de al menos 0.5, particularmente al menos 0.75, particularmente al menos 1.0, particularmente al menos 1.5 de NPUN/gDS, y (b) sacarificar el almidón licuado.
