Claims (26)
1. Каталитическая композиция, содержащая молекулярное сито, содержащее палладий и оксид церия.
2. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, где молекулярное сито представляет собой мелкопористое молекулярное сито или молекулярное сито со средним размером пор.
3. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, где молекулярное сито представляет собой мелкопористое молекулярное сито.
4. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, где молекулярное сито представляет собой мелкопористое молекулярное сито, выбранное из группы, состоящей из типов каркасной структуры АСО, AEI, AEN, AFN, AFT, AFX, ANA, АРС, APD, ATT, CDO, СНА, DDR, DFT, EAB, EDI, EPI, EPJ, GIS, GOO, IHW, ITE, ITW, LEV, KFI, MER, MON, NSI, OWE, PAU, PHI, RHO, RTH, SAT, SAV, SIV, THO, TSC, UEI, UFI, VNI, YUG, ZON и их смесей или срастаний.
5. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, где молекулярное сито представляет собой мелкопористое молекулярное сито, выбранное из группы типов каркасной структуры СНА, LEV, AEI, AFX, ERI, SFW, KFI, DDR и ITE.
6. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, где молекулярное сито представляет собой СНА.
7. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, где молекулярное сито представляет собой молекулярное сито со средним размером пор, выбранное из группы, состоящей из типов каркасной структуры AEL, AFO, АНТ, BOF, BOZ, CGF, CGS, CHI, DAC, EUO, FER, HEU, IMF, ITH, ITR, JRY, JSR, JST, LAU, LOV, MEL, MFI, MFS, MRE, MTT, MVY, MWW, NAB, NAT, NES, OBW, PAR, PCR, PON, PUN, RRO, RSN, SFF, SFG, STF, STI, STT, STW, SVR, SZR, TER, TON, TUN, UOS, VSV, WEI, WEN и их смесей или срастаний.
8. Каталитическая композиция по п. 7, где молекулярное сито со средним размером пор выбрано из группы, состоящей из типов каркасной структуры FER, MEL, MFI и STT.
9. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, где молекулярное сито имеет соотношение диоксида кремния и оксида алюминия от около 1 до около 1000.
10. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, где оксид церия присутствует в количестве от около 1% до около 50 мас. %, на основе общей массы каталитической композиции.
11. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, где палладий присутствует в количестве от около 0,1% до около 5,0 мас. %, на основе общей массы каталитической композиции.
12. Каталитическая композиция по любому из пп. 1-11, где молекулярное сито дополнительно содержит один или более каталитически активных металлов, выбранных из группы, состоящей из меди, железа, марганца, магния, кобальта, никеля, платины и родия.
13. Каталитическая композиция по п. 12, где молекулярное сито дополнительно содержит один или более каталитически активных металлов, выбранных из группы, состоящей из марганца, магния и платины.
14. Каталитическая композиция по любому из пп. 1-11, где молекулярное сито не содержит дополнительно каталитически активные металлы.
15. Каталитическое изделие, содержащее каталитическое покрытие, расположенное на подложке, где каталитическое покрытие содержит один или более покрывающих слоев,
где по меньшей мере один покрывающий слой представляет собой слой каталитического покрытия, содержащий каталитическую композицию по любому из пп. 1-14.
16. Каталитическое изделие по п. 15, где каталитическая композиция присутствует в качестве нижнего покрывающего слоя.
17. Каталитическое изделие по п. 15, где каталитическая композиция присутствует в качестве верхнего покрывающего слоя.
18. Каталитическое изделие по п. 15, где каталитическая композиция присутствует в количестве от около 0,05 г/дюйм3 до около 7,0 г/дюйм3, на основе объема подложки.
19. Каталитическое изделие по п. 15, где металлы платиновой группы в общем присутствуют в количестве от около 2 г/фут3 до около 200 г/фут3, на основе подложки.
20. Каталитическое изделие по п. 15, где подложка представляет собой проточный монолит.
21. Каталитическое изделие по п. 16, где нижний покрывающий слой находится в прямом контакте с подложкой.
22. Каталитическое изделие по любому из пп. 15-20, где каталитическое покрытие содержит подслой.
23. Система для обработки выхлопного газа, содержащая каталитическое изделие по любому из пп. 15-22, где каталитическое изделие находится ниже по ходу потока и в сообщении по текучей среде с двигателем внутреннего сгорания.
24. Система для обработки выхлопного газа по п. 23, дополнительно содержащая второе каталитическое изделие, выбранное из группы, состоящей из инжектора мочевины, катализатора селективного каталитического восстановления, сажевого фильтра, катализатора окисления аммиака и катализатора-ловушки обедненных оксидов азота.
25. Способ обработки потока выхлопного газа, содержащего углеводороды, и/или монооксид углерода, и/или NOx, причем способ включает пропускание выхлопного потока через каталитическое изделие по любому из пп. 15-22 или через систему для обработки выхлопного газа по п. 23 или 24.
