Claims (34)
1. Каталитическое изделие, содержащее каталитическое покрытие, расположенное на подложке, где каталитическое покрытие содержит нижний покрывающий слой на подложке, и верхний покрывающий слой на нижнем покрывающем слое, где:
нижний покрывающий слой содержит оксид церия содержащее молекулярное сито, а верхний покрывающий слой содержит металл платиновой группы на носителе на основе тугоплавкого оксида металла; или
нижний покрывающий слой содержит металл платиновой группы на носителе на основе тугоплавкого оксида металла, а верхний покрывающий слой содержит оксид церия содержащее молекулярное сито.
2. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где оксид церия содержащее молекулярное сито представляет собой мелкопористое молекулярное сито.
3. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где оксид церия содержащее молекулярное сито включает мелкопористое молекулярное сито с типом каркасной структуры, выбранным из группы, состоящей из ACO, AEI, AEN, AFN, AFT, AFX, ANA, APC, APD, ATT, CDO, CHA, DDR, DFT, EAB, EDI, EPI, ERI, GIS, GOO, IHW, ITE, ITW, LEV, KFI, MER, MON, NSI, OWE, PAU, PHI, RHO, RTH, SAT, SAV, SIV, THO, TSC, UEI, UFI, VNI, YUG, ZON, и их смесей или срастаний.
4. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где оксид церия содержащее молекулярное сито содержит молекулярное сито с типом каркасной структуры, выбранным из группы, состоящей из CHA, LEV, AEI, AFX, ERI, SFW, KFI, DDR, ITE, и их смесей или срастаний.
5. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где оксид церия содержащее молекулярное сито представляет собой CeCHA.
6. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где оксид церия содержащее молекулярное сито включает молекулярное сито со средним размером пор с типом каркасной структуры, выбранным из группы, состоящей из AEL, AFO, AHT, BOF, BOZ, CGF, CGS, CHI, DAC, EUO, FER, HEU, IMF, ITH, ITR, JRY, JSR, JST, LAU, LOV, MEL, MFI, MFS, MRE, MTT, MVY, MWW, NAB, NAT, NES, OBW, PAR, PCR, PON, PUN, RRO, RSN, SFF, SFG, STF, STI, STT, STW, SVR, SZR, TER, TON, TUN, UOS, VSV, WEI, WEN и их смесей или срастаний.
7. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где оксид церия содержащее молекулярное сито включает молекулярное сито с типом каркасной структуры, выбранным из группы, состоящей из FER, MEL, MFI, STT, и их смесей или срастаний.
8. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где оксид церия содержащее молекулярное сито содержит молекулярное сито ZSM-5.
9. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где оксид церия в оксид церия содержащем молекулярном сите присутствует в количестве от около 1% до около 50 мас.%, на основе общей массы оксид церия содержащего молекулярного сита.
10. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где оксид церия содержащее молекулярное сито присутствует при загрузке от около 0,05 г/дюйм3 до около 5,0 г/дюйм3, на основе общего объема подложки.
11. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где нижний слой дополнительно содержит молекулярное сито для адсорбции углеводородов.
12. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где оксид церия содержащее молекулярное сито дополнительно содержит один или более каталитически активных металлов, выбранных из группы, состоящей из меди, железа, марганца, магния, кобальта, никеля, платины, палладия и родия.
13. Каталитическое изделие по п. 12, где один или более каталитически активных металлов присутствуют при загрузке от около 3 г/фут3 до около 100 г/фут3, на основе общего объема подложки.
14. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где носитель на основе тугоплавкого оксида металла содержит оксид алюминия, оксид титана, оксид циркония; смесь оксида алюминия с одним или более из оксида титана, оксида циркония и оксида церия; оксид церия, нанесенный на оксид алюминия; оксид титана, нанесенный на оксид алюминия; диоксид кремния-оксид алюминия; алюмосиликаты; оксид алюминия-оксид циркония; оксид алюминия-оксид хрома; или оксид алюминия-оксид церия.
15. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где металл платиновой группы присутствует при загрузке от около 2 г/фут3 до около 200 г/фут3, на основе общего объема подложки.
16. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где подложкой является фильтр с пористыми проточными стенками.
17. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где подложкой является проточный монолит.
18. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где нижний покрывающий слой находится в прямом контакте с подложкой.
19. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где верхний покрывающий слой находится в прямом контакте с нижним покрывающим слоем.
20. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где каталитическое покрытие содержит подслой.
21. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где каталитическое покрытие содержит покрывающий слой.
22. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где каталитическое покрытие содержит промежуточный слой между верхним и нижним покрывающими слоями.

26. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где нижний покрывающий слой простирается по всей длине оси подложки.
27. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где верхний покрывающий слой простирается по всей длине оси подложки.
28. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где нижний покрывающий слой простирается на от около 10% до около 95% от длины оси подложки, либо от входного, либо от выходного конца.
29. Каталитическое изделие по любому из пп. 1-26, или 28, где верхний покрывающий слой простирается на от около 10% до около 95% от длины оси подложки, либо от входного, либо от выходного конца.
30. Система обработки выхлопного газа, содержащая каталитическое изделие по любому из пп. 1-29, расположенное ниже по ходу потока и в сообщении по текучей среде с двигателем внутреннего сгорания.
31. Система обработки выхлопного газа по п. 30, дополнительно содержащая каталитическое изделие, выбранное из группы, состоящей из инжектора мочевины, катализатора селективного каталитического восстановления, дизельного катализатора окисления, сажевого фильтра, катализатора окисления аммиака, и катализатора-ловушки обедненных оксидов азота.
32. Способ обработки потока выхлопного газа, содержащего углеводороды и/или монооксид углерода и/или NOx, причем способ включает пропускание потока выхлопного газа через каталитическое изделие по любому из пп. 1-29 или систему по п. 30 или 31.
