Claims (48)
1. Фармацевтическая упаковка, содержащая:
- стеклянную емкость, имеющую первую поверхность и вторую поверхность, противоположную первой поверхности, причем первая поверхность является наружной поверхностью стеклянной емкости, и
- покрытие, размещающееся на по меньшей мере одном участке первой поверхности стеклянной емкости, причем покрытие содержит:
- одну или более полиимидных композиций и
- одну или более металлоксидных композиций,
причем эти одна или более полиимидных композиций и одна или более металлоксидных композиций смешаны в покрытии.
2. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, в которой весовое отношение одной или более металлоксидных композиций к одной или более полиимидных композиций составляет от примерно 20/80 до примерно 95/5.
3. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, в которой полное количество одной или более металлоксидных композиций в покрытии составляет от примерно 20 вес.% до примерно 95 вес.%.
4. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, в которой полное количество одной или более полиимидных композиций в покрытии составляет от примерно 5 вес.% до примерно 80 вес.%.
5. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, в которой комбинация полиимидов и оксидов металлов в покрытии составляет по меньшей мере примерно 50 вес.% покрытия.
6. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, в которой по меньшей мере одна из указанных одной или более металлоксидных композиций является оксидом циркония, оксидом алюминия или оксидом титана.
7. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, в которой покрытие имеет толщину 100 нм или меньше.
8. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, в которой указанная, одна или более, полиимидная композиция является фторированной.
9. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, причем покрытие связано с по меньшей мере одним участком первой поверхности стеклянной емкости.
10. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, в которой указанный участок первой поверхности стеклянной емкости с покрытием имеет коэффициент трения меньше или равный примерно 0,7.
11. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 10, в которой участок первой поверхности стеклянной емкости с покрытием сохраняет коэффициент трения меньше или равный примерно 0,7 после термообработки при температуре по меньшей мере примерно 250°C в течение 30 минут.
12. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, причем светопропускание через фармацевтическую упаковку больше или равно примерно 55% от светопропускания через фармацевтическую упаковку без покрытия для всех длин волн из диапазона от примерно 400 нм до примерно 700 нм.
13. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 12, причем фармацевтическая упаковка сохраняет светопропускание через фармацевтическую упаковку больше или равную примерно 55% от светопропускания через фармацевтическую упаковку без покрытия для всех длин волн из диапазона от примерно 400 нм до примерно 700 нм после термообработки при температуре по меньшей мере примерно 250°C в течение 30 минут.
14. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, в которой весовое отношение одной или более металлоксидных композиций к одной или более полиимидных композиций составляет 90:10 или больше.
15. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, в которой весовое отношение одной или более металлоксидных композиций к одной или более полиимидных композиций составляет примерно 35/65 или больше.
16. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, в которой весовое отношение одной или более металлоксидных композиций к одной или более полиимидных композиций составляет примерно 50/50 или больше.
17. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, в которой весовое отношение одной или более металлоксидных композиций к одной или более полиимидных композиций составляет примерно 75/25 или больше.
18. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, в которой комбинация полиимидов и оксидов металлов в покрытии составляет по меньшей мере примерно 90 вес.% покрытия.
19. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, в которой комбинация полиимидов и оксидов металлов в покрытии составляет по меньшей мере примерно 95 вес.% покрытия.
20. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, в которой комбинация полиимидов и оксидов металлов в покрытии составляет по меньшей мере примерно 99 вес.% покрытия.
21. Способ получения фармацевтической упаковки, причем способ включает:
- осаждение смеси для покрытия на первую площадь наружной поверхности стеклянной емкости, причем смесь для покрытия содержит:
- один или более предшественников оксидов металлов и
- одну или более полимерных композиций, один или более предшественников полимеров или то и другое, и
- нагревание смеси для покрытия, чтобы образовать покрытие на наружной поверхности стеклянной емкости, причем покрытие содержит:
- одну или более полимерных композиций и
- одну или более металлоксидных композиций.
22. Способ по п. 21, в котором по меньшей мере один предшественник оксида металла выбран из титаната, цирконата, алюмината циркония, алюмината или их гидролизатов или олигомеров.
23. Способ по п. 21, в котором по меньшей мере один предшественник оксида металла выбран из тетраортотитаната, гексакоординированного хелатного титаната, полимерного титаната или их гидролизатов или олигомеров.
24. Способ по п. 21, в котором по меньшей мере один предшественник оксида металла является тетраортотитанатом или его гидролизатом или олигомером, выбранным из тетраэтилортотитаната, тетраметилортотитаната, тетраизопропилортотитаната, тетрапентилортотитаната, тетраоктилортотитаната, тетрадодецилортотитаната, тетра-2-этилгексилортотитаната тетрабензилортотитаната, тетрациклогексилортотитаната, тетрафенилортотитаната, тетраэтоксиэтилортотитаната, тетра-н-бутилтитаната, тетракис(2-этилгексил)титаната, тетра-β-нафтилортотитаната или их гидролизатов или олигомеров.
25. Способ по п. 21, в котором по меньшей мере один предшественник оксида металла представляет собой гексакоординированный хелатный титанат, его гидролизат или олигомер, выбранный из титанацетилацетоната, диизопропоксититан бис(ацетилацетонат)а, ацетилацетонат-бис(пентан-2,4-дионато-O,O')бис(алканолато)титана, диизопропокси-бис(этилацетоацетато)титаната, (триэтаноламинато)изопропоксида титана(IV) или их гидролизатов или олигомеров.
26. Способ по п. 21, в котором по меньшей мере один предшественник оксида металла является цирконий-содержащим предшественником оксида металла.
27. Способ по п. 26, в котором цирконий-содержащий предшественник оксида металла выбран из ацетилацетоната циркония трет-бутоксида циркония, гексафторацетилацетоната циркония, нафтената циркония, пропоксида циркония, изопропоксида циркония, алюминатов циркония, тетра-(2,2-диаллилоксиметил)бутил,ди(дитридецил)-фосфитоцирконата, неопентил(диаллил)окси,три(неодеканоил)цирконата, неопентил(диаллил)окси,три(додецил)бензолсульфоцирконата, неопентил(диаллил)окси,три(диоктил)фосфатоцирконата, неопентил(диаллил)окси,три(диоктил)пирофосфатоцирконата, неопентил(диаллил)окси,три(N-этилендиамино)этилцирконата, неопентил(диаллил)окси,три(м-амино)фенилцирконата, неопентил(диаллил)окси,триметакрилцирконата, неопентил(диаллил)окси,триакрилцирконата, динеопентил(диаллил)окси,дипараминобензоилцирконата, динеопентил(диаллил)окси,ди(3-меркапто)пропионового цирконата, или их гидролизатов или олигомеров.
28. Способ по п. 21, причем по меньшей мере один предшественник оксида металла является тетракоординированным алюминатным предшественником оксида металла.
29. Фармацевтическая упаковка, содержащая:
- стеклянную емкость, имеющую первую поверхность и вторую поверхность, противоположную первой поверхности, причем первая поверхность является наружной поверхностью стеклянной емкости, и
- покрытие, размещающееся на по меньшей мере одном участке первой поверхности стеклянной емкости, причем покрытие содержит:
- одну или более полимерных композиций и
- одну или более металлоксидных композиций,
причем эти одна или более полимерных композиций и одна или более металлоксидных композиций смешаны в покрытии,
причем весовое отношение одной или более металлоксидных композиций к одной или более полимерных композиций составляет от примерно 20/80 до примерно 95/5, и
причем комбинация полимеров и оксидов металлов в покрытии составляет по меньшей мере примерно 95 вес.% покрытия.
30. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 29, в которой одна или больше из указанной одной или более полимерных композиций является полиимидом.
