Claims (23)
- 表面に圧縮応力層を有し、ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 45〜75%、Al2O3 0〜30%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0〜30%を含有し、未研磨の表面を有し、β‐OH値が0.3〜1/mmであり、且つ溶融ガラスの成形後イオン交換処理前に、熱加工により変形されてなることを特徴とする強化ガラス。
- ガラス組成として、Li2O+Na2O+K2Oを0.1質量%以上含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化ガラス。
- 更に、ガラス組成として、B2O3を0〜5質量%含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の強化ガラス。
- 表面に圧縮応力層を有し、且つ圧縮応力層の圧縮応力値が50MPa以上、圧縮応力層の厚みが10μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス。
- 軟化点が900℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス。
- 歪点が400℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス。
- 液相粘度が104dPa・s以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス。
- 熱膨張係数が50〜110×10−7/℃であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス。
- 平板形状のガラスから熱加工により変形されてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス。
- 熱加工により平板形状以外の形状に変形されてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス。
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 45〜75%、Al2O3 0〜30%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0〜30%を含有し、未研磨の表面を有し、β‐OH値が0.3〜1/mmであり、且つ溶融ガラスの成形後に、熱加工により変形されてなることを特徴とする強化用ガラス。
- ガラス組成として、Li2O+Na2O+K2Oを0.1質量%以上含有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の強化用ガラス。
- 更に、ガラス組成として、B2O3を0〜5質量%含有することを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の強化用ガラス。
- 軟化点が900℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項11〜13のいずれかに記載の強化用ガラス。
- 歪点が400℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項11〜14のいずれかに記載の強化用ガラス。
- 液相粘度が104dPa・s以上であることを特徴とする請求項11〜15のいずれかに記載の強化用ガラス。
- 熱膨張係数が50〜110×10−7/℃であることを特徴とする請求項11〜16のいずれかに記載の強化用ガラス。
- 平板形状のガラスから熱加工により変形されてなることを特徴とする請求項11〜17のいずれかに記載の強化用ガラス。
- 熱加工により平板形状以外の形状に変形されてなることを特徴とする請求項11〜18のいずれかに記載の強化用ガラス。
- 溶融ガラスを成形して、ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO 2 45〜75%、Al 2 O 3 0〜30%、Li 2 O+Na 2 O+K 2 O 0〜30%を含有し、且つβ−OH値が0.3〜1/mmである強化用ガラスを作製し、未研磨の表面を有する状態で、該強化用ガラスを熱加工により変形させた後、イオン交換処理により表面に圧縮応力層を形成して、強化ガラスを得ることを特徴とする強化ガラスの製造方法。
- 溶融ガラスを平板形状に成形することを特徴とする請求項20に記載の強化ガラスの製造方法。
- 強化用ガラスを熱加工により平板形状以外の形状に変形させることを特徴とする請求項20又は21に記載の強化ガラスの製造方法。
- オーバーフローダウンドロー法により溶融ガラスを成形し、平板形状の強化用ガラスを得ることを特徴とする請求項20〜22の何れかに記載の強化ガラスの製造方法。
