Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种新型轻量化药用玻璃瓶,属于专用于医学或医药目的包装容器领域,包括加工有瓶口、瓶颈及瓶底的药用玻璃瓶的瓶体,本技术要点在于瓶颈表面光滑,瓶颈与瓶体联接部位为圆滑的弧形过渡,同时,瓶底的断面为向内凹陷的弧形结构。本实用新型在对现有技术进行上述改进后,由于对现有技术的药用玻璃瓶进行了结构改进,使其可以实现轻量化,因此玻璃瓶的轻量化可使瓶壁变薄的同时,保持或增加玻璃瓶强度,材料耗费低,成本大大降低,同时提高性能,而且能源消耗小的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型属于专用于医学或医药目的包装容器领域,具体涉及一种新型轻量化药用玻璃瓶。
背景技术
近年以来,由于玻璃容器生产成本上升,加上玻璃容器较重、易碎,一些领域被金属容器、塑料瓶、复合材料软包装等取代,玻璃包装市场正在面临严峻的考验,特别是药用玻璃行业,随着抗生素类粉针剂分装的大容量化,传统80单位的抗生素的比重逐步下降,由于用量大,因此受上述影响更大,药用玻璃轻量化是已成为行业发展的必然趋势,提高现有药用模制瓶外观光洁度、透明度及清洁度已经成为行业发展趋势。因为玻璃瓶的轻量化可使瓶壁变薄的同时,保持或增加玻璃瓶强度,材料耗费低,成本大大降低,同时提高外观质量性能,而且能源消耗小,极其符合绿色包装的要求,因此,玻璃包装轻量化是绿色包装的迫切要求,但如何在产品结构上实现该目的,成为相关技术人员亟待解决的课题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是解决上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种结构合理,保持或增加玻璃瓶强度,便于大批量工业化生产,并且还能够大幅度的降低生产成本的新型轻量化药用玻璃瓶。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
即一种新型轻量化药用玻璃瓶,包括加工有瓶口、瓶颈及瓶底的药用玻璃瓶的瓶体,本技术要点在于瓶颈表面光滑,瓶颈与瓶体联接部位为圆滑的弧形过渡,同时,瓶底的断面为向内凹陷的弧形结构。
所述的瓶颈、瓶底及瓶体的壁厚为2~2.5毫米。
本实用新型在对现有技术进行上述改进后,由于对现有技术的药用玻璃瓶进行了结构改进,使其可以实现轻量化,因此玻璃瓶的轻量化可使瓶壁变薄的同时,保持或增加玻璃瓶强度,材料耗费低,成本大大降低,同时提高性能,而且能源消耗小的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本新型轻量化药用玻璃瓶,包括加工有瓶口1、瓶颈2及瓶底5的药用玻璃瓶的瓶体4,本技术要点在于瓶颈2表面光滑,瓶颈2与瓶体4联接部位为圆滑的弧形过渡3,同时,瓶底5的断面为向内凹陷的弧形结构。
所述的瓶颈2、瓶底5及瓶体4的壁厚为2~2.5毫米。
本实用新型对现有技术进行改进后,因取消了传统玻璃瓶颈上的环状加强筋,并将瓶颈2与瓶体4联接部位设计为圆滑的弧形过渡3,瓶底5也设计为了内陷的弧形结构,因此消除了传统玻璃瓶受结构影响造成的应力集中问题,提高了强度,避免了玻璃瓶在运输过程中易受应力集中破损等现象,此外,由于本实用新型壁厚大大降低,仅为传统同规格产品的1/2左右,用料少,因此还大大降低了生产成本。本实用新型可广泛应用于5ml、7ml、10ml、20ml到100ml规格系列药用模制瓶,其主要应用于抗生素类粉针剂的盛装。
综上所述,本实用新型在对现有技术进行上述改进后,由于对现有技术的药用玻璃瓶进行了结构改进,使其可以实现轻量化,因此玻璃瓶的轻量化可使瓶壁变薄的同时,保持或增加玻璃瓶强度,材料耗费低,成本大大降低,同时提高性能,而且能源消耗小的优点。
Claims (2)
1、一种新型轻量化药用玻璃瓶,包括加工有瓶口、瓶颈及瓶底的药用玻璃瓶的瓶体,其特征在于瓶颈表面光滑,瓶颈与瓶体联接部位为圆滑的弧形过渡,同时,瓶底的断面为向内凹陷的弧形结构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的新型轻量化药用玻璃瓶,其特征在于瓶颈、瓶底及瓶体的壁厚为2~2.5毫米。
