Claims (16)
1. Ортопедический имплантат, содержащий металлическую поверхность и слой гидроксиапатита, нанесенный на по меньшей мере часть металлической поверхности, причем слой гидроксиапатита содержит ионы галлия, причем слой гидроксиапатита является кристаллическим.
2. Ортопедический имплантат по п. 1, в котором слой гидроксиапатита при проведении XRD образует пик (002) XRD, который сдвинут на угол 2θ от около 0,001° до около 0,5° по сравнению с пиком (002) XRD кристаллического гидроксиапатита без галлия.
3. Ортопедический имплантат по п. 1, в котором слой гидроксиапатита при проведении XRD образует пик (002) XRD, который соответствует сдвигу на d-расстояние от около 0,001 Å до около 0,05 Å по сравнению с пиком (002) XRD кристаллического гидроксиапатита без галлия.
4. Ортопедический имплантат по п. 1, в котором слой гидроксиапатита имеет средний размер кристаллита менее около 75 нм.
5. Ортопедический имплантат по п. 1, в котором слой гидроксиапатита имеет средний размер кристаллита менее около 75 нм в направлении [001].
6. Ортопедический имплантат по п. 1, в котором слой гидроксиапатита при проведении XRD образует пик (002) XRD и пик (112) XRD, и при этом пик (002) XRD имеет интенсивность, которая в 1,5-10 раз превышает интенсивность пика (112) XRD.
7. Ортопедический имплантат по п. 1, в котором слой гидроксиапатита непрерывно растворяется в течение более 24 часов in vitro.
8. Ортопедический имплантат по п. 1, в котором слой гидроксиапатита содержит от около 0% масс. до около 5% масс. карбоната.
9. Ортопедический имплантат по п. 1, в котором ионы галлия составляют от около 0,01% масс. до около 10% масс. слоя гидроксиапатита.
10. Ортопедический имплантат по п. 1, в котором слой гидроксиапатита находится в контакте с металлической поверхностью.
11. Ортопедический имплантат по п. 10, в котором металлическая поверхность содержит титанат.
12. Ортопедический имплантат по п. 11, в котором металлическая поверхность содержит титанат натрия.
13. Ортопедический имплантат по п. 1, в котором металлическая поверхность представляет собой титановую поверхность, обработанную гидроксидом.
14. Ортопедический имплантат по п. 1, в котором слой гидроксиапатита имеет кристалличность от около 70% масс. до около 100% масс.
15. Ортопедический имплантат по п. 1, в котором слой гидроксиапатита имеет фазовую чистоту кристаллического гидроксиапатита более 90%.
16. Ортопедический имплантат по п. 1, в котором слой гидроксиапатита имеет площадь поверхности от около 15 м2/г до около 200 м2/г.
