Claims (14)
1. Ортопедический имплантат, содержащий металлическую поверхность и слой фосфата кальция, нанесенный на по меньшей мере часть металлической поверхности, причем слой фосфата кальция при проведении рентгеновской дифракции образует дифракционный пик (002) и дифракционный пик (112), и при этом дифракционный пик (002) имеет интенсивность, которая в 1,5-10 раз больше интенсивности дифракционного пика (112).
2. Ортопедический имплантат по п. 1, в котором слой фосфата кальция представляет собой гидроксиапатит.
3. Ортопедический имплантат по п. 2, в котором слой фосфата кальция имеет средний размер кристаллита от около 50 нм до около 100 нм в направлении [001].
4. Ортопедический имплантат по п. 2, в котором слой фосфата кальция непрерывно растворяется в течение более 24 часов in vitro.
5. Ортопедический имплантат по п. 2, в котором слой фосфата кальция содержит от около 0% масс. до около 5% масс. карбоната.
6. Ортопедический имплантат по п. 2, в котором покрытие находится в контакте с металлической поверхностью.
