Claims (26)
1. Композиция смазочного масла, содержащая:
более 50 масс.% базового масла со смазочной вязкостью; и
композицию присадки, содержащую:
одну или более сверхосновных кальцийсодержащих моющих присадок с общим щелочным числом более 225 мг KOH/г, измеренным способом согласно ASTM D-2896, и
одно или более диалкилдитиофосфатных соединений цинка, где указанные одно или более диалкилдитиофосфатных соединений цинка обусловлены молярным отношением вторичного спирта к первичному спирту, равным от примерно 20:100 до примерно 100:0, и имеют среднее общее содержание углерода более 10 атомов углерода на моль фосфора,
при этом указанная композиция смазочного масла содержит сверхосновную кальцийсодержащую моющую присадку в количестве, достаточном для обеспечения от более 900 ppm по массе до менее 1800 ppm по массе кальция в композиции смазочного масла и по меньшей мере 0,01 масс. % диалкилдитиофосфата цинка, где оба указанных значения приведены в расчете на общую массу композиции смазочного масла; и
указанная композиция смазочного масла содержит 0,085 масс. % или менее фосфора относительно общей массы композиции смазочного масла, или
указанная композиция смазочного масла содержит количество маслорастворимого соединения молибдена, достаточное для обеспечения содержания молибдена от 0,5 ppm до 2000 ppm в композиции смазочного масла относительно общей массы композиции смазочного масла.
2. Композиция смазочного масла по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанная сверхосновная кальцийсодержащая моющая присадка выбрана из моющей присадки в виде сверхосновного сульфоната кальция и моющей присадки в виде сверхосновного фенолята кальция.
3. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из п.п. 1-2, эффективная для снижения числа случаев преждевременного воспламенения смеси при низких оборотах в двигателе внутреннего сгорания с наддувом, смазанном указанной композицией смазочного масла, по сравнению с числом случаев преждевременного воспламенения смеси в этом же двигателе, смазанном контрольным смазочным маслом R-1.
4. Композиция смазочного масла по п. 3, обеспечивающая снижение числа случаев преждевременного воспламенения смеси при низких оборотах на 75% или более, где число случаев преждевременного воспламенения смеси при низких оборотах представляет собой количество случаев преждевременного воспламенения смеси при низких оборотах за 25000 циклов работы двигателя, где двигатель работает при 2000 оборотах в минуту со средним эффективным тормозным давлением 18000 кПа.
5. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающаяся тем, что одно или более диалкилдитиофосфатных соединений цинка обусловлены молярным отношением вторичного спирта к первичному спирту от примерно 25:100 до примерно 100:0.
6. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающаяся тем, что одно или более диалкилдитиофосфатных соединений цинка обусловлены молярным отношением вторичного спирта к первичному спирту от примерно 35:100 до примерно 100:0.
7. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающаяся тем, что общее среднее содержание углерода составляет от более 10 до примерно 15 атомов углерода на моль фосфора, а содержание диалкилдитиофосфатного соединения цинка составляет от примерно 0,01 масс. % до примерно 15 масс. % относительно общей массы композиции смазочного масла.
8. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-7, отличающаяся тем, что содержание диалкилдитиофосфатного соединения цинка составляет от примерно 0,1 масс. % до примерно 3 масс. % относительно общей массы композиции смазочного масла.
9. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-8, отличающаяся тем, что указанная одна или более сверхосновных кальцийсодержащих моющих присадок обеспечивает содержание кальция от примерно 1100 до менее чем примерно 1800 ppm по массе в композиции смазочного масла относительно общей массы композиции смазочного масла.
10. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-9, дополнительно содержащая один или более компонентов, выбранных из группы, состоящей из модификаторов трения, противоизносных агентов, дисперсантов, антиоксидантов и увеличителей индекса вязкости.
11. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-10, содержащая не более 10 масс. % базового масла IV группы, базового масла V группы или их комбинации.
12. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-11, отличающаяся тем, что более 50% масс. базового масла в композиции смазочного масла выбрано из группы, состоящей из базовых масел II группы, III группы, IV группы и комбинации двух или более из вышеуказанного, и при этом более 50 масс. % базового масла отлично от разбавляющих масел, являющихся результатом включения в композицию присадочных компонентов или увеличителей индекса вязкости.
13. Композиция смазочного масла по любому из пп. 11-12, содержащая менее 5 масс. % базового масла V группы.
14. Способ обеспечения приемлемого числа случаев преждевременного воспламенения смеси при низких оборотах в двигателе внутреннего сгорания с наддувом, включающий:
смазывание двигателя внутреннего сгорания с наддувом композицией смазочного масла по любому из пп. 1-13 и
осуществление работы двигателя, смазанного указанной композицией смазочного масла.
15. Способ по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что композиция смазочного масла эффективна для снижения числа случаев преждевременного воспламенения смеси при низких оборотах в двигателе внутреннего сгорания с наддувом, смазанном указанной композицией смазочного масла, на 75% в сравнении с числом случаев преждевременного воспламенения смеси в этом же двигателе, смазанном контрольным смазочным маслом R-1.
16. Способ по любому из пп. 14-15, отличающийся тем, что на стадии смазывания смазывают камеру внутреннего сгорания или стенки цилиндра двигателя с прямым впрыском с искровым зажиганием или двигателя внутреннего сгорания с системой распределенного впрыска, снабженного турбонаддувом или нагнетателем.
17. Способ по любому из пп. 14-16, дополнительно включающий стадию измерения числа случаев преждевременного воспламенения смеси при низких оборотах в двигателе внутреннего сгорания, смазанном указанной композицией смазочного масла.
