Claims (15)
1. Каталитическое изделие, содержащее подложку, имеющую вход и выход, и покрытую первым покрытием, содержащим смесь платины на носителе с низким накоплением аммиака и первого катализатора СКВ; вторым покрытием, содержащим второй катализатор СКВ; где второе покрытие, по меньшей мере, частично перекрывает первое покрытие, и где первый катализатор СКВ представляет собой катализатор Сu-СКВ или Fе-СКВ.
2. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором второе покрытие полностью перекрывает первое покрытие.
3. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором носитель с низким накоплением аммиака представляет собой кремнистый носитель, содержащий диоксид кремния или цеолит при отношении диоксида кремния к оксиду алюминия, по меньшей мере, ≥100.
4. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором смесь, содержащая платину на носителе с низким накоплением аммиака, дополнительно содержит, по меньшей мере, один элемент из палладия (Рd), золота (Аu), серебра (Аg), рутения (Ru) или родия (Rh).
5. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором первый катализатор СКВ содержит Сu или Fе, нанесенные на молекулярное сито, выбранное из группы типов структур, состоящей из ACO, AEI, AEN, AFN, AFT, AFX, ANA, APC, APD, ATT, CDO, CHA, DDR, DFT, EAB, EDI, EPI, ERI, GIS, GOO, IHW, ITE, ITW, LEV, KFI, MER, MON, NSI, OWE, PAU, PHI, RHO, RTH, SAT, SAV, SIV, THO, TSC, UEI, UFI, VNI, YUG, ZON, BEA, MFI и FER и их смесей и/или сростков.
6. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором второй катализатор СКВ представляет собой неблагородный металл, нанесенный на молекулярное сито, где данный неблагородный металл выбран из группы, состоящей из ванадия (V), молибдена (Мо) и вольфрама (W), хрома (Сr), церия (Се), марганца (Мn), железа (Fе), кобальта (Со), никеля (Ni) и меди (Сu), и их смесей.
7. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором данный катализатор обеспечивает увеличение выхода N2 из аммиака при температуре от приблизительно 200°С до приблизительно 300°С по сравнению с катализатором, имеющим сравнимый состав, в котором первый катализатор СКВ присутствует в виде первого слоя, а платина присутствует во втором слое, и газ, содержащий NН3 и NО, проходит сквозь первый слой до прохода сквозь второй слой, где данное увеличение выхода N2 составляет, по меньшей мере, 10%.
8. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором данный катализатор обеспечивает снижение образования N2О из NН3 и NOx при температуре от приблизительно 200°С до приблизительно 350°С по сравнению с катализатором, имеющим сравнимый состав, в котором первый катализатор СКВ присутствует в виде первого слоя, а платина присутствует во втором слое, и газ, содержащий NН3 и NО, проходит сквозь первый слой до прохода сквозь второй слой.
9. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором данная подложка представляет собой кордиерит, высокопористый кордиерит, металлическую подложку, экструдированные соты или фильтр.
10. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором второй катализатор СКВ расположен на входной стороне катализатора, содержащего смесь платины на носителе с низким накоплением аммиака и первого катализатора СКВ.
11. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором второй катализатор СКВ расположен на выходной стороне катализатора, содержащего смесь платины на носителе с низким накоплением аммиака и первого катализаторы СКВ.
12. Каталитическое изделие по п. 11, в котором второй катализатор СКВ содержит промотированный Се-Zr или промотированный МnО2.
13. Каталитическое изделие по любому из пп. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 и 11, в котором второе покрытие перекрывает, по меньшей мере, 20% длины первого покрытия вдоль оси от входа до выхода.
14. Способ увеличения выхода N2 из аммиака и NOx в выхлопном газе при температуре от приблизительно 200°С до приблизительно 350°С, в котором осуществляют взаимодействие выхлопного газа, содержащего аммиак, с каталитическим изделием по п. 1.
15. Способ очистки выхлопного газа, содержащего аммиак и NOx, в котором осуществляют взаимодействие выхлопного газа, содержащего аммиак, с каталитическим изделием по п. 1.
