Claims (17)
1. Катализатор для очистки отработавшего газа, содержащий нагруженный металлом цеолит с каркасом АFХ и кремнеземным модулем (КМ) от примерно 15 до примерно 50.
2. Катализатор по п.1, в котором нагруженный металлом цеолит содержит от примерно 0,1 до примерно 8 массовых процентов по меньшей мере одного металла, выбранного из группы, состоящей из Cu, Fe, Zn, Ni, Mn, Ce, V, W, Ru, Rh, Pd, Pt, Ag, Au и Re.
3. Катализатор по п.2, в котором нагруженный металлом цеолит содержит от примерно 0,5 до примерно 5 массовых процентов Cu.
4. Катализатор по п.3, в котором упомянутая Cu представляет собой некаркасную медь.
5. Катализатор по п.1, в котором КМ составляет от примерно 20 до примерно 40.
6. Катализатор по п.1, в котором КМ составляет от примерно 20 до примерно 30.
7. Катализатор по п.1, в котором бóльшая часть кристаллической фазы цеолита имеет каркас АFХ.
8. Катализатор по п.1, в котором цеолит имеет средний размер частиц примерно от 0,1 до 15 микрон.
9. Катализатор по п.1, причем катализатор является эффективным для способствования реакции NН3 с NОх с селективным образованием азота и воды.
10. Катализатор по п.1, причем упомянутый катализатор экструдирован в сотовый монолит.
11. Пористое покрытие с катализатором, содержащее нагруженный металлом цеолит с каркасом АFХ и кремнеземным модулем (КМ) от примерно 15 до примерно 50 и одно или более связующих, выбранных из оксида алюминия, оксида кремния, оксида церия, оксида циркония, оксида титана и их сочетаний.
12. Система очистки отработавшего газа, содержащая:
а. подложку, выбранную из прямопроточных сотовых монолитов и стенопроточных фильтров; и
b. каталитическое покрытие, расположенное на и/или в подложке, причем каталитическое покрытие содержит композицию катализатора по п.1.
13. Система очистки отработавшего газа по п.12, причем система дополнительно содержит катализатор окисления ниже по потоку от по меньшей мере части каталитического покрытия.
14. Система очистки отработавшего газа по п.12, причем система дополнительно содержит катализатор захвата NОх или поглощения NОх, расположенный выше по потоку от упомянутого каталитического покрытия.
15. Способ очистки отработавшего газа, содержащий этап контактирования смеси восстановителя СКВ и содержащего NОх отработавшего газа с катализатором, содержащим нагруженный металлом цеолит с каркасом АFХ и кремнеземным модулем (КМ) от примерно 15 до примерно 50, причем при упомянутом контактировании восстанавливают по меньшей мере часть NОх до азота и воды.
