Claims (25)
1. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера для обработки выхлопного газа из работающего на обедненной смеси двигателя, включающий:
молекулярно-ситовый катализатор, содержащий благородный металл и молекулярное сито, причем молекулярное сито содержит благородный металл;
кислородсодержащий материал для защиты молекулярно-ситового катализатора; и
подложку, имеющую впускной конец и выпускной конец.
2. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по п.1, в котором благородный металл включает палладий.
3. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором молекулярное сито выбрано из мелкопористого молекулярного сита, среднепористого молекулярного сита и крупнопористого молекулярного сита.
4. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором молекулярное сито представляет собой мелкопористое молекулярное сито, имеющее каркас типа, выбранного из группы, состоящей из ACO, AEI, AEN, AFN, AFT, AFX, ANA, APC, APD, ATT, CDO, CHA, DDR, DFT, EAB, EDI, EPI, ERI, GIS, GOO, IHW, ITE, ITW, LEV, KFI, MER, MON, NSI, OWE, PAU, PHI, RHO, RTH, SAT, SAV, SIV, THO, TSC, UEI, UFI, VNI, YUG, ZON, и смеси или сростки любых двух или более из них.
5. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по п.4, в котором мелкопористое молекулярное сито имеет тип каркаса, который представляет собой AEI или CHA.
6. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором молекулярное сито имеет алюмосиликатный каркас, и молярное отношение оксида кремния к оксиду алюминия от 10 до 200.
7. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором кислородсодержащий материал для защиты молекулярно-ситового катализатора включает оксид церия и/или соединение марганца, причем соединение марганца включает оксид марганца или алюминат марганца.
8. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по п.7, в котором кислородсодержащий материал включает оксид церия.
9. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по п.8, в котором кислородсодержащий материал включает палладий, и, необязательно, платину, нанесенные на оксид церия.
10. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из предшествующих пунктов, который включает смесь кислородсодержащего материала и молекулярно-ситового катализатора.
11. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из пп. 1-9, который включает первую область, размещенную выше по потоку относительно второй области, причем первая область включает кислородсодержащий материал, и вторая область включает молекулярно-ситовый катализатор.
12. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по п.11, в котором первая область представляет собой первую зону, и вторая область представляет собой вторую зону.
13. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по п.11, в котором часть первой области размещается на второй области.
14. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по п.11, в котором часть второй области размещается на первой области.
15. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из пп. 1-9, который включает первый слой и второй слой, причем первый слой включает кислородсодержащий материал, и второй слой включает молекулярно-ситовый катализатор, и причем первый слой размещен на втором слое.
16. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно включающий область ловушки обедненного NOx (LNT).
17. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором подложка представляет собой проточный монолит или фильтрующий монолит.
18. Выхлопная система, включающая катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из пп. 1-17, и устройство регулирования выбросов.
19. Выхлопная система по п.18, в которой устройство регулирования выбросов выбрано из группы, состоящей из устройства регулирования выбросов, выбранного из группы, состоящей из дизельного сажевого фильтра (DPF), ловушки обедненненного NOx (LNT), катализатора обедненненного NOx (LNC), катализатора селективного каталитического восстановления (SCR), дизельного катализатора окисления (DOC), каталитического сажевого фильтра (CSF), катализатора фильтра селективного каталитического восстановления (SCRFTM), катализатора для предотвращения проскока аммиака (ASC), и комбинации двух или более из них.
20. Транспортное средство, включающее работающий на обедненной смеси двигатель и катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из пп. 1-17 или выхлопную систему по п. 18 или 19.
21. Транспортное средство по п.20, в которой работающий на обедненной смеси двигатель выполнен с возможностью работы на дизельном топливе, содержащем ≤50 млн-1 серы.
22. Способ обработки выхлопного газа из работающего на обедненной смеси двигателя, включающий этап, на котором приводят в контакт выхлопной газ с катализатором NOx-абсорбера по любому из пп. 1-17, или пропускают выхлопной газ через выхлопную систему по п.18 или 19.
