Claims (1)

  1. Способ сушеной плодово-ягодной продукции, характеризующийся тем, что используются свежие или замороженные ягоды (целые) или плоды (вишня половинки, яблоки кубик 8 мм3), обезвоживали в растворе сахарозы с концентрацией 65°Brix (свежие), 75°Brix (замороженные) с добавлением 0,5% лимонной кислоты, приготовленный горячим способом, обезвоживали (20-150 мин) до содержания влаги от 12 до 45% и высушивали конвекционным способом при двух температурных режимах при 40°С (60 мин) и 60°С до содержания влаги 85% и активности воды 0,587.
