Claims (158)
1. Упаковочное устройство, содержащее
упаковочный узел, сконфигурированный на плотное крепление пленки к подложке и содержащий
нижнее приспособление с заданным числом гнезд, сконфигурированное на размещение, по меньшей мере, одной подложки с упаковываемым продуктом (Р),
верхнее приспособление, обращенное в сторону нижнего приспособления и взаимодействующее с ним,
верхнее приспособление и нижнее приспособление способны перемещаться, по меньшей мере, между первым рабочим состоянием, в котором верхнее приспособление и нижнее приспособление отстоят друг от друга и обеспечивают размещение, по меньшей мере, одного участка пленки над одной или несколькими, по меньшей мере, из одной подложки, и вторым рабочим состоянием, в котором верхнее приспособление и нижнее приспособление приближены друг к другу и обеспечивают термосваривание участка пленки, по меньшей мере, с одной подложкой, помещающейся в одном или нескольких гнездах,
внутренний нагреватель, установленный на верхнем приспособлении и имеющий поверхность нагрева, сконфигурированную на нагрев, по меньшей мере, части участка пленки,
внешний нагреватель, установленный на верхнем приспособлении и расположенный в радиальном направлении снаружи внутреннего нагревателя, при этом внешний нагреватель имеет поверхность нагрева, сконфигурированную на термосваривание, по меньшей мере, внешней области участка пленки, по меньшей мере, с одной подложкой,
блок питания, сконфигурированный на регулирование энергии, подаваемой во внешний нагреватель и внутренний нагреватель, и
управляющее устройство, воздействующее на блок питания и сконфигурированное на управление блоком питания и регулирование электропитания внешнего нагревателя независимо от электропитания внутреннего нагревателя, при этом управляющее устройство сконфигурировано на управление блоком питания для выполнения цикла нагрева, включающего следующие стадии
повышения температуры поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя до первой температуры, поддержания температуры поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя на уровне, по меньшей мере, первой температуры в течение первого дискретного временного интервала, снижения температуры поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя до уровня ниже первой температуры,
повышения температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя до второй температуры, предпочтительно отличающейся от первой температуры, поддержания температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя на уровне, по меньшей мере, второй температуры в течение второго дискретного временного интервала, снижения температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя до уровня ниже второй температуры.
2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором
управляющее устройство сконфигурировано на управление блоком питания для последовательного повторения выполнения цикла нагрева множество раз, при этом во время каждого из последовательных циклов нагрева, происходит термосваривание, по меньшей мере, одного из участков пленки, по меньшей мере, с одной соответствующей подложкой,
управляющее устройство сконфигурировано на управление блоком питания таким образом, что во время каждого цикла нагрева блок питания подает энергию во внешний нагреватель только в течение дискретного периода времени, за которым следует период времени, когда во внешний нагреватель не подается энергия, для повышения температуры поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя и ее поддержания, по меньшей мере, на уровне первой температуры в течение первого дискретного временного интервала и последующего снижения температуры поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя до уровня ниже первой температуры,
управляющее устройство сконфигурировано на управление блоком питания таким образом, что во время каждого цикла нагрева блок питания подает энергию во внутренний нагреватель только в течение дискретного периода времени, за которым следует период времени, когда во внутренний нагреватель не подается энергия для повышения температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя и ее поддержания, по меньшей мере, на уровне второй температуры в течение второго дискретного временного интервала, и последующего снижения температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя до уровня ниже второй температуры.
3. Устройство по п. 1, в котором цикл нагрева сконфигурирован таким образом, что вторая температура является более низкой, чем первая температура, и в котором
первая температура составляет от 150°C до 300°C, предпочтительно 180-240°C, более предпочтительно 200-220°C;
вторая температура составляет от 150°C до 300°C, предпочтительно 180-240°C, более предпочтительно 200-220°C;
первый дискретный период времени имеет длительность от 0,2 до 5 с, в частности, от 0,5 до 1,5 с;
второй дискретный период времени имеет длительность от 0,2 до 5 с, в частности, от 0,5 до 1,5 с.
4. Устройство по п. 1, в котором управляющее устройство дополнительно сконфигурировано на управление блоком питания для резкого повышения температуры поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя от соответствующей исходной температуры до первой температуры со скоростью более 1°C/мс, опционально более 5°C/мс, и/или при этом управляющее устройство сконфигурировано на управление блоком питания для резкого повышения температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя от соответствующей исходной температуры до второй температуры со скоростью более 1°C/мс, опционально более 5°C/мс.
5. Устройство по п. 1, в котором каждый цикл нагрева сконфигурирован таким образом, что повышение температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя до второй температуры начинается после повышения температуры внешнего нагревателя до первой температуры, при этом второй дискретный временной интервал начинается с задержкой относительно начала первого временного интервала, второй дискретный временной интервал необязательно начинается немедленно по окончании первого временного интервала, длительность первого дискретного временного интервала необязательно превышает длительность второго дискретного временного интервала.
6. Устройство по п. 1, в котором
поверхность нагрева внешнего нагревателя имеет кольцевую форму и окружает поверхность нагрева внутреннего нагревателя, и
при нахождении верхнего и нижнего приспособлений во втором рабочем состоянии, внешний нагреватель сконфигурирован на нагрев внешней полосы участка пленки, а внутренний нагреватель сконфигурирован на нагрев, по меньшей мере, части внутренней области того же участка пленки, расположенного в радиальном направлении внутри внешнюю полосу,
при этом поверхность нагрева внешнего нагревателя и поверхность нагрева внутреннего нагревателя являются плоскими, и
по меньшей мере, при нахождении верхнего и нижнего приспособлений во втором рабочем состоянии поверхность нагрева внутреннего нагревателя
лежит в одной плоскости с поверхностью нагрева внешнего нагревателя, или
углублена относительно поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя, в результате чего при контакте поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя с верхней поверхностью участка пленки поверхность нагрева внутреннего нагревателя отстоит на заданное расстояние от верхней поверхности того же участка пленки,
при этом поверхность нагрева внутреннего нагревателя находится на определенном расстоянии по радиусу от поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя и достигает области, окруженной поверхностью нагрева внешнего нагревателя, при этом поверхностью нагрева внутреннего нагревателя является поверхность, выбранная из группы, включающей
поверхность нагрева кольцевой формы,
непрерывную поверхность нагрева, ограниченную единой замкнутой контурной линией, необязательно дискообразную или многоугольную непрерывную поверхность нагрева, при этом непрерывная поверхность нагрева занимает преимущественно всю или большую часть площади, окруженной поверхностью нагрева внешнего нагревателя,
поверхность нагрева, содержащую множество параллельных разнесенных полос, концы которых соединены соединительными участками.
7. Устройство по п. 1, в котором
внешний нагреватель содержит первый электропроводящий элемент, проходящий вдоль поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя, при этом первым электропроводящим элементом является электропроводящий кольцевой элемент, необязательно электропроводящий кольцевой плоский элемент, и
внутренний нагреватель содержит второй электропроводящий элемент, проходящий вдоль поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя, при этом вторым электропроводящим элементом является элемент, выбранный из группы, включающей
электропроводящий кольцевой элемент, необязательно электропроводящий кольцевой плоский элемент,
непрерывную электропроводящую пластину,
электропроводящий меандр, необязательно электропроводящий плоский меандр.
8. Устройство по п. 7, в котором
первый электропроводящий элемент содержит
направляющую подложку, установленную на верхнем приспособлении,
металлическую электропроводящую полосу, прикрепленную к направляющей подложке, и
необязательный защитный слой, покрывающий металлическую электропроводящую полосу и образующий поверхность нагрева внешнего нагревателя,
или первый электропроводящий элемент содержит
направляющую подложку, установленную на верхнем приспособлении,
изолирующий слой, соприкасающийся с направляющей подложкой,
проводящий слой в форме металлического стекла, соприкасающийся с изолирующим слоем, и
защитный слой, покрывающий электропроводящий слой и образующий поверхность нагрева,
или первый электропроводящий элемент содержит несущую подложку, на которой находится соответствующая углеродная структура, и, по меньшей мере, один защитный слой, покрывающий углеродную структуру со стороны, противоположной стороне несущей подложки, при этом углеродная структура необязательно помещается между двумя противоположными защитными слоями, защитный слой, противоположный несущей подложке, образует поверхность нагрева внешнего нагревателя, необязательно углеродная структура первого электропроводящего элемента внешнего нагревателя имеет поперечное сечение толщиной, по меньшей мере, 5 мкм и шириной, по меньшей мере, 2 мм и среднее удельное сопротивление более 5Ω⋅мм2/м,
при этом второй электропроводящий элемент содержит
направляющую подложку, установленную на верхнем приспособлении,
металлическую электропроводящую структуру, выбранную и группы, включающей полосу, пластину и меандр, при этом металлическая электропроводящая структура прикреплена к направляющей подложке, и
необязательный защитный слой, покрывающий металлическую электропроводящую структуру и образующий поверхность нагрева внешнего нагревателя,
или второй электропроводящий элемент содержит
направляющую подложку, установленную на верхнем приспособлении, изолирующий слой, соприкасающийся с направляющей подложкой, электропроводящую структуру из слоя металлического стекла в форме полосы, пластины или меандра, при этом электропроводящая структура соприкасается с изолирующим слоем, и защитный слой, покрывающий электропроводящий слой и образующий поверхность нагрева,
второй электропроводящий элемент содержит несущую подложку, на которой находится соответствующая углеродная структура, и, по меньшей мере, один защитный слой, покрывающий углеродную структуру со стороны, противоположной стороне несущей подложки, при этом углеродная структура необязательно помещается между двумя противоположными защитными слоями, защитный слой, противоположный несущей подложке, образует поверхность нагрева внутреннего нагревателя; необязательно углеродная структура второго электропроводящего элемента внутреннего нагревателя имеет поперечное сечение толщиной, по меньшей мере, 5 мкм и шириной, по меньшей мере, 5 мм и среднее удельное сопротивление более 2Ω⋅мм2/м.
9. Устройство по п. 1, содержащее контур охлаждения, связанный с верхним приспособлением и сконфигурированный на охлаждение внутреннего нагревателя и внешнего нагревателя, при этом контуром охлаждения управляет управляющее устройство, которое дополнительно сконфигурировано на обеспечение циркуляции охлаждающей жидкости в контуре охлаждения и регулирование температуры охлаждающей жидкости.
10. Устройство по любому из пп. 7-9, в котором блоком питания является блок электропитания, содержащий
по меньшей мере, один импульсный трансформатор,
по меньшей мере, одну электрическую цепь, соединяющую импульсный трансформатор с первым электропроводящим элементом и/или вторым электропроводящим элементом,
или в котором блоком питания является блок электропитания, содержащий
по меньшей мере, первый импульсный трансформатор первую электрическую цепь, соединяющую первый импульсный трансформатор с первым электропроводящим элементом, и
по меньшей мере, второй импульсный трансформатор и вторую электрическую цепь, соединяющую второй импульсный трансформатор со вторым электрическим импедансом,
при этом управляющее устройство сконфигурировано на воздействие на блок электропитания для независимой подачи электрического тока заданного напряжения, соответственно, в первый и второй электропроводящие элементы.
11. Устройство по п. 1, содержащее
первый датчик температуры, сконфигурированный на обнаружение температуры поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя и передачу сигнала первой температуры, соответствующего обнаруженной температуре,
при этом с первым датчиком температуры соединено управляющее устройство, сконфигурированное на
прием сигнала первой температуры и управление блоком питания для электропитания внешнего нагревателя на основании сигнала первой температуры и желаемой величины первой температуры,
или содержащее
первый датчик температуры, сконфигурированный на обнаружение температуры поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя и передачу сигнала первой температуры, соответствующего обнаруженной температуре,
второй датчик температуры для обнаружения температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя и передачи сигнала второй температуры, соответствующего обнаруженной температуре,
при этом с первым датчиком температуры и вторым датчиком температуры соединено управляющее устройство, сконфигурированное на
прием сигнала первой температуры и управление блоком питания для электропитания внешнего нагревателя на основании сигнала первой температуры и желаемой величины первой температуры,
прием сигнала второй температуры и управление блоком питания для электропитания внутреннего нагревателя на основании сигнала второй температуры и желаемой величины второй температуры.
12. Устройство по п. 1, содержащее
по меньшей мере, один электрический датчик, электрически соединенный или соединяемый с первым электропроводящим элементом и сконфигурированный на обнаружение электрического параметра первого электропроводящего элемента и передачу соответствующего сигнала электрического параметра, при этом электрический параметр представляет собой одно из следующего
электрический импеданс фиксированного сегмента первого электропроводящего элемента,
электрический ток через фиксированный сегмент первого электропроводящего элемента при приложении фиксированного электрического напряжения к концам фиксированного сегмента,
электрическое напряжение, обнаруженное на концах фиксированного сегмента первого электропроводящего элемента при протекании фиксированного электрического тока через фиксированный сегмент,
при этом с электрическим датчиком соединено управляющее устройство, сконфигурированное на
прием сигнала электрического параметра и управление блоком питания для электропитания первого электропроводящего элемента, необязательно путем регулирования напряжения, прилагаемого к первому электропроводящему элементу, и/или длительности приложения напряжения на основании сигнала электрического параметра и желаемой величины температуры поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя.
13. Устройство по п. 12, в котором управляющее устройство сконфигурировано на прием сигнала электрического параметра и расчет величины реальной температуры первого электропроводящего элемента на основании
величины электрического параметра и
калибровочной кривой или калибровочной таблицы, которая хранится в управляющем устройстве и в которой величины электрического параметра сопоставлены с соответствующими величинами температуры первого электропроводящего элемента,
при этом управляющее устройство сконфигурировано на управление блоком питания для электропитания первого электропроводящего элемента, необязательно путем регулирования напряжения, прилагаемого к первому электропроводящему элементу, и/или длительности приложения напряжения на основании рассчитанной величины реальной температуры и желаемой величины температуры поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя.
14. Устройство по п. 1, содержащее
по меньшей мере, один второй электрический датчик, электрически соединенный или соединяемый со вторым электропроводящим элементом и сконфигурированный на обнаружение электрического параметра второго электропроводящего элемента и передачу соответствующего сигнала электрического параметра, при этом электрический параметр представляет собой одно из следующего
электрический импеданс фиксированного сегмента второго электропроводящего элемента,
электрический ток через фиксированный сегмент второго электропроводящего элемента при приложении фиксированного электрического напряжения к концам фиксированного сегмента,
электрическое напряжение, обнаруженное на концах фиксированного сегмента второго электропроводящего элемента при протекании фиксированного электрического тока через фиксированный сегмент,
при этом со вторым электрическим датчиком соединено управляющее устройство, сконфигурированное на
прием сигнала электрического параметра и управление блоком питания для электропитания второго электропроводящего элемента, необязательно путем регулирования напряжения, прилагаемого ко второму электропроводящему элементу, и/или длительности приложения напряжения на основании сигнала электрического параметра и желаемой величины температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя.
15. Устройство по п. 14, в котором управляющее устройство сконфигурировано на прием сигнала электрического параметра и расчет величины реальной температуры второго электропроводящего элемента на основании
величины электрического параметра и
калибровочной кривой или калибровочной таблицы, которая хранится в управляющем устройстве и в которой величины электрического параметра сопоставлены с соответствующими величинами температуры второго электропроводящего элемента,
при этом управляющее устройство сконфигурировано на управление блоком питания для электропитания второго электропроводящего элемента, необязательно путем регулирования напряжения, прилагаемого ко второму электропроводящему элементу, и/или длительности приложения напряжения на основании рассчитанной величины реальной температуры и желаемой величины температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя.
16. Устройство по п. 1, в котором
верхнее приспособление содержит нагревательную головку, имеющую соответствующую активную поверхность,
внешний нагреватель и внутренний нагреватель установлены на нагревательной головке,
нагревательная головка сконфигурирована занимать положение термосваривания пленки, предпочтительно соответствующее второму рабочему состоянию верхнего и нижнего приспособлений, при этом в положении термосваривания пленки, по меньшей мере, поверхность нагрева внешнего нагревателя сконфигурирована на прижатие соответствующей верхней поверхности участка пленки и обеспечение термосваривания участка пленки с нижележащей, по меньшей мере, одной подложкой, и необязательно в положении термосваривания пленки поверхность нагрева внутреннего нагревателя сконфигурирована на вхождение в контакт с верхней поверхностью участка пленки или нахождение на заданном расстоянии от нее, при этом управляющее устройство сконфигурировано на управление упаковочным узлом таким образом, что во время каждого цикла нагрева нагревательная головка остается в положении термосваривания пленки, по меньшей мере, в течение первого дискретного временного интервала, предпочтительно до окончания первого дискретного временного интервала.
17. Устройство по п. 1, в котором
верхнее приспособление содержит нагревательную головку, имеющую соответствующую активную поверхность,
внешний нагреватель и внутренний нагреватель установлены на нагревательной головке,
поверхность нагрева внутреннего нагревателя и поверхность нагрева внешнего нагревателя имеют кольцевую форму и являются частью активной поверхности, при этом поверхность нагрева внешнего нагревателя находится на определенном расстоянии по радиусу от поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя и окружает ее,
в положении в радиальном направлении внутри поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя нагревательная головка имеет центральное углубление фиксированного объема, которое при нахождении верхнего и нижнего приспособлений во втором рабочем состоянии по вертикали отходит от нижнего приспособления и образует пространство, в котором может помещаться, по меньшей мере, часть продукта, находящегося на подложке, помещающейся в одном из гнезд;
или в котором
верхнее приспособление содержит нагревательную головку с соответствующей активной поверхностью,
внешний нагреватель и внутренний нагреватель установлены на нагревательной головке,
поверхность нагрева внешнего нагревателя и поверхность нагрева внутреннего нагревателя лежат в общей плоскости и являются частью активной поверхности, и
поверхность нагрева внешнего нагревателя находится на определенном расстоянии по радиусу от поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя и окружает ее;
или в котором
верхнее приспособление содержит нагревательную головку с соответствующей активной поверхностью,
внешний нагреватель и внутренний нагреватель установлены на нагревательной головке,
поверхность нагрева внешнего нагревателя и поверхность нагрева внутреннего нагревателя являются частью активной поверхности,
нагревательная головка содержит центральный корпус, в котором помещается внутренний нагреватель, и внешний корпус, в котором помещается внешний нагреватель и который окружает центральный корпус, внешний корпус и центральный корпус сконфигурированы на относительное движение и образование центрального углубления, объем которого определяется положением внешнего корпуса относительно центрального корпуса, при этом центральное углубление расположено таким образом, что при нахождении верхнего и нижнего приспособлений во втором рабочем состоянии по вертикали отходит от вверх от нижнего приспособления и образует пространство, в котором, по меньшей мере, может помещаться часть продукта, находящегося на подложке.
18. Устройство по п. 16 или п.17, в котором
нагревательная головка содержит средство, сконфигурированное приведение в действие в зависимости от активной поверхности, для удержания одного или нескольких участков пленки в контакте с активной поверхностью;
или устройство содержит удерживающее средство, сконфигурированное на воздействие на продольные противоположные границы пленки для удержания одного или нескольких участков пленки в положении, совмещенном с нагревательной головкой и одним или несколькими гнездами.
19. Устройство по п. 1, в котором каждое из гнезд сконфигурировано на размещение соответствующей подложки, имеющей основание, боковую стенку, отходящую вверх от основания, и верхний край, отходящий в радиальном направлении от боковой стенки,
при этом устройство дополнительно содержит
опорную раму,
узел подачи пленки, сконфигурированный на подачу непрерывной пленки;
блок резки пленки, воздействующий на непрерывную пленку и сконфигурированный, по меньшей мере, на поперечную резку непрерывной пленки, при этом блок резки пленки находится снаружи упаковочного узла или внутри упаковочного узла,
узел привода, который при нахождении блока резки снаружи упаковочного узла сконфигурирован на перемещение отрезанных листов пленки из блока резки внутрь упаковочного узла в положение над одной или несколькими соответствующими подложками, помещающимися в соответствующих гнездах, или при нахождении блока резки внутри упаковочного узла сконфигурирован на перемещение непрерывной пленки из узла подачи пленки внутрь упаковочного узла в положение над одной или несколькими соответствующими подложками, помещающимися в соответствующих гнездах,
при этом управляющее устройство соединено с упаковочным узлом и сконфигурировано на управление упаковочным узлом для его перемещения из первого рабочего состояния во второе рабочее состояние и наоборот, при этом верхнее приспособление и нижнее приспособление во взаимодействии образуют упаковочную камеру, которая закрыта, необязательно герметично закрыта при нахождении упаковочного узла во втором рабочем состоянии;
и по меньшей мере, одно из следующего
вакуумную установку, соединенную с упаковочной камерой и сконфигурированную на удаление газа из упаковочной камеры, при этом вакуумная установка необязательно содержит, по меньшей мере, один вакуумный насос и, по меньшей мере, одну выпускную трубу, соединяющую внутреннее пространство упаковочной камеры с вакуумным насосом,
при этом управляющее устройство дополнительно сконфигурировано на управление вакуумной установкой для отвода газа из упаковочной камеры, по меньшей мере, при нахождении упаковочного узла во втором рабочем состоянии и при герметичной закрытой упаковочной камере; и
средство обеспечения регулируемой газовой среды, соединенное с упаковочной камерой и сконфигурированное на нагнетание потока в упаковочную камеру газа, при этом средство обеспечения регулируемой газовой среды необязательно содержит, по меньшей мере, один нагнетатель и, по меньшей мере, одну нагнетательную трубу, соединяющую внутреннее пространство упаковочной камеры с нагнетателем,
указанное управляющее устройство дополнительно сконфигурировано на управление средством обеспечения регулируемой газовой среды для нагнетания потока газа, по меньшей мере, при нахождении упаковочного узла во втором рабочем состоянии и при герметичной закрытой упаковочной камере; средство обеспечения регулируемой газовой среды сконфигурировано на нагнетание в упаковочную камеру определенного количества одного или нескольких газов, включающих N2, O2 и СО2, которое отличается от количества этих же газов, присутствующих в атмосферном воздухе при температуре 20°C на уровне моря (при давлении 1 атмосфера), устройство необязательно содержит как вакуумную установку, так и средство обеспечения регулируемой газовой среды, и управляющее устройство сконфигурировано на управление средством обеспечения регулируемой газовой среды для начала нагнетания потока газа с заданной задержкой после приведения в действие вакуумной установки или после достижения заданного уровня вакуума внутри упаковочной камеры,
опционально управляющее устройство сконфигурировано на управление средством обеспечения регулируемой газовой среды для начала нагнетания потока газа в то время, как продолжается отвод газа из упаковочной камеры.
20. Устройство по п. 1, в котором управляющее устройство сконфигурировано на
получение желаемой величины первой температуры и желаемой величины второй температуры, необязательно посредством пользовательского интерфейса, соединенного с управляющим устройством, или
прием информации, идентифицирующей тип пленки, которую предполагается использовать, необязательно посредством пользовательского интерфейса, соединенного с управляющим устройством, и определение желаемой величины первой температуры и второй температуры на основании этой информации,
управление блоком питания для электропитания внешнего нагревателя на основании желаемой величины первой температуры,
управление блоком питания для электропитания внутреннего нагревателя на основании желаемой величины второй температуры.
21. Применение устройства по любому из предшествующих пунктов для упаковывания продукта (Р) в или на подложку путем термосваривания термоусадочной пленки с подложкой, при этом опционально доводят температуру внутреннего нагревателя до второй температуры после контакта внешнего нагревателя с пленкой в то время, как пленка находится в контакте с подложкой, после чего доводят температуру поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя до первой температуры.
22. Способ упаковывания продукта (Р) находящегося на подложке, с использованием устройства по любому из пп. 1-20, включающий стадии
помещения одной или нескольких подложек в соответствующее одно или несколько гнезд,
помещения, по меньшей мере, одного участка пленки или, по меньшей мере, одного листа пленки над соответствующей одной или несколькими подложками, помещающимися в одной или нескольких гнездах,
удержания первого и второго приспособлений в первом рабочем состоянии в течение времени, достаточного для установки подложек и соответствующего участка или листа пленки в надлежащее положение,
перемещения верхнего и нижнего приспособлений во втором рабочем состоянии при нахождении участка или листа пленки в положении над соответствующей подложкой или подложками, необязательно на определенном расстоянии, достаточном для циркуляции газа внутри подложки,
при этом во втором рабочем состоянии верхнее и нижнее приспособления опционально образуют герметично закрытую упаковочную камеру, а способ включает отвод газа из герметично закрытой упаковочной камеры и/или нагнетание в упаковочную камеру газовой смеси регулируемого состава,
термосваривания участка пленки или листа пленки с подложкой, при этом стадия термосваривания включает следующие подстадии
введения поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя в контакт с участком или листом пленки и тем самым с верхней поверхностью подложки или подложек, помещающихся в гнезде или гнездах,
повышения температуры поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя до первой температуры,
поддержания температуры поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя на уровне, по меньшей мере, первой температуры в течение первого дискретного временного интервала,
снижения температуры поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя до уровня ниже первой температуры,
введения поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя в контакт с верхней поверхностью участка пленки или ее помещения на заданном расстоянии от нее,
повышения температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя до второй температуры, отличающейся от первой температуры, поддержания температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя на уровне, по меньшей мере, второй температуры в течение второго дискретного временного интервала, снижения температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя до уровня ниже второй температуры,
помещения верхнего и нижнего приспособлений в первое рабочее состояние,
удаления нескольких подложек с плотно зафиксированной пленкой из упаковочного узла.
23. Способ по п. 22, в котором термосваривание включает нагрев внешним нагревателем внешней полосы участка или листа пленки и нагрев внутренним нагревателем внутренней области того же участка или листа пленки, расположенного в радиальном направлении внутри внешней полосы,
в котором этом пленка не является термоусадочной, а первая температура равна второй температуре, или
в котором пленка является термоусадочной, а вторая температура является более низкой, чем первая температура.
24. Способ по п. 22 или 23, в котором первый дискретный период времени имеет длительность от 0,2 до 5 с, в частности, от 0,5 до 1,5 с, а второй дискретный период времени имеет длительность от 0,2 до 5 с, в частности, от 0,5 до 1,5 с.
25. Способ по п. 22 или п. 23, в котором повышение температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя до второй температуры на стадии термосваривания начинается после повышения температуры внешнего нагревателя до первой температуры, при этом второй дискретный временной интервал начинается с задержкой относительно начала первого временного интервала, а длительность первого дискретного временного интервала опционально превышает длительность второго дискретного временного интервала.
