Claims (117)
1. Упаковочное устройство, содержащее:
упаковочный узел, сконфигурированный на размещение упаковываемого продукта (Р) и, по меньшей мере, одной пленки для упаковывания продукта (Р),
нагреватель, связанный с упаковочным узлом и имеющий поверхность нагрева, сконфигурированную на термосваривание одной или нескольких частей пленки, при этом нагреватель содержит, по меньшей мере, один электропроводящий элемент, и
блок электропитания, соединенный с электропроводящим элементом нагревателя и сконфигурированный на подачу электроэнергии в нагреватель путем пропускания электрического тока через электропроводящий элемент,
при этом электропроводящий элемент представляет собой электропроводящую углеродную структуру.
2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором углеродная структура включает или содержит исключительно один или несколько аллотропов углерода из группы:
графитовой структуры,
однослойной или многослойной графеновой структуры,
фуллереновой структуры, в которой атомы углерода связаны друг с другом в сферические, трубчатые, волокнистые или эллипсоидные образования, в частности, фуллереновая структура может иметь форму углеродных нанотрубок или нановолокон,
опционально в котором электропроводящий элемент образован исключительно углеродной структурой.
3. Устройство по п. 1, в котором электропроводящий элемент содержит несущую подложку, на которой находится углеродная структура, и, по меньшей мере, один защитный слой, покрывающий углеродную структуру со стороны, противоположной стороне несущей подложки,
опционально в котором углеродная структура помещается между двумя противоположными защитными слоями, при этом защитный слой, противоположный несущей подложке, образует поверхность нагрева нагревателя.
4. Устройство по п. 1, в котором углеродная структура имеет удлиненную форму с поперечным сечением толщиной, по меньшей мере, 5 мкм и шириной, по меньшей мере, 2 мм, опционально поперечное сечение толщиной, по меньшей мере, 10 мкм и шириной, по меньшей мере, 5 мм, и в котором углеродная структура имеет среднее удельное сопротивление более 5 Ω⋅мм2/м, опционально от 15 до 25 Ω⋅мм2/м.
5. Устройство по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее управляющее устройство, воздействующее на блок электропитания и сконфигурированное на управление блоком электропитания и регулирование электропитания нагревателя, при этом управляющее устройство дополнительно сконфигурировано на управление блоком электропитания для выполнения цикла нагрева, включающего следующие стадии:
приложения электрического напряжения к электропроводящему элементу для повышения температуры поверхности нагрева нагревателя до первой температуры,
поддержания электрического напряжения для поддержания, по меньшей мере, первой температуры поверхности нагрева нагревателя в течение первого дискретного временного интервала,
снижения или доведения до нуля напряжения, прилагаемого к электропроводящему элементу, для снижения температуры поверхности нагрева нагревателя до температуры ниже первой температуры,
при этом первый дискретный период времени имеет длительность от 0,2 до 5 секунд, в частности, от 0,5 до 1,5 секунды, а к электропроводящему элементу продолжают прикладывать электрическое напряжение в течение времени, преимущественно равного первому дискретному периоду времени.
6. Устройство по п. 5, в котором нагреватель установлен на нагревательной головке упаковочного узла, которая способна перемещаться из исходного положения, в котором она отстоит от термосвариваемой пленки, в положение термосваривания пленки, в котором поверхность нагрева нагревателя соприкасается с термосвариваемой поверхностью пленки, при этом управляющее устройство дополнительно сконфигурировано на управление упаковочным узлом таким образом, что во время каждого цикла нагрева нагревательная головка остается в положении термосваривания пленки, по меньшей мере, в течение первого дискретного временного интервала, предпочтительно до окончания первого дискретного временного интервала.
7. Устройство по п. 1, в котором блок электропитания содержит:
по меньшей мере, один импульсный трансформатор, сконфигурированный на генерирование импульсов напряжения определенной длительности, под которой имеется в виду общая длительность последовательности импульсов, от 0,1 секунды до 5 секунд, опционально от 0,2 до 1,5 секунды,
по меньшей мере, одну электрическую цепь, соединяющую импульсный трансформатор с электропроводящим элементом, при этом управляющее устройство сконфигурировано на воздействие на блок электропитания для подачи электрического тока заданного напряжения в течение заданного времени в электропроводящий элемент.
8. Устройство по п. 1, в котором:
упаковочный узел сконфигурирован на размещение, по меньшей мере, одной подложки и плотное крепление пленки к подложке, при этом упаковочный узел содержит:
нижнее приспособление с заданным числом гнезд, сконфигурированных на размещение, по меньшей мере, одной подложки с упаковываемым продуктом (Р),
верхнее приспособление, обращенное в сторону нижнего приспособления и взаимодействующее с ним,
верхнее приспособление и нижнее приспособление способны перемещаться, по меньшей мере, между первым рабочим состоянием, в котором верхнее приспособление и нижнее приспособление отстоят друг от друга и обеспечивают размещение, по меньшей мере, одного участка пленки над одной или несколькими, по меньшей мере, из одной подложки, и вторым рабочим состоянием, в котором верхнее приспособление и нижнее приспособление приближены друг к другу и обеспечивают термосваривание участка пленки, по меньшей мере, с одной подложкой, помещающейся в одном или нескольких гнездах,
нагреватель содержит внешний нагреватель, установленный на верхнем приспособлении, а электропроводящий элемент содержит первый электропроводящий элемент, являющийся частью внешнего нагревателя, при этом внешний нагреватель сконфигурирован на термосваривание, по меньшей мере, внешней области участка пленки, по меньшей мере, с одной подложкой.
9. Устройство по п. 8, в котором нагреватель дополнительно содержит внутренний нагреватель, также установленный на верхнем приспособлении и имеющий поверхность нагрева, сконфигурированную на нагрев, по меньшей мере, части участка пленки, при этом внешний нагреватель окружает внутренний нагреватель, а электропроводящий элемент содержит второй электропроводящий элемент, являющийся частью внутреннего нагревателя,
при этом управляющее устройство дополнительно сконфигурировано на управление блоком электропитания для электропитания первого электропроводящего элемента независимо от электропитания второго электропроводящего элемента.
10. Устройство по п. 8 или п. 9, в котором управляющее устройство, воздействующее на блок электропитания, сконфигурировано на управление блоком электропитания для выполнения цикла нагрева, включающего следующие стадии:
приложения электрического напряжения к первому электропроводящему элементу для повышения температуры поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя до первой температуры,
поддержания электрического напряжения для поддержания, по меньшей мере, первой температуры поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя в течение первого дискретного временного интервала,
снижения или доведения до нуля напряжения, прилагаемого к электропроводящему элементу, для снижения температуры поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя до уровня ниже первой температуры.
11. Устройство по п. 10, в котором цикл нагрева включает следующие дополнительные стадии, выполняемые под управлением управляющего устройства, воздействующего на блок электропитания:
приложения электрического напряжения ко второму электропроводящему элементу для повышения температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя до второй температуры, отличающейся от первой температуры,
поддержания электрического напряжения, прилагаемого ко второму электропроводящему элементу, для поддержания температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя на уровне, по меньшей мере, второй температуры в течение второго дискретного временного интервала,
снижения или доведения до нуля напряжения, прилагаемого ко второму электропроводящему элементу, для снижения температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя до уровня ниже второй температуры.
12. Устройство по любому из пп. 5-9, 11, в котором:
управляющее устройство сконфигурировано на управление блоком электропитания для последовательного повторения выполнения цикла нагрева множество раз, при этом во время каждого из последовательных циклов нагрева, происходит термосваривание, по меньшей мере, одного из участков пленки, по меньшей мере, с одной соответствующей подложкой,
при этом управляющее устройство во время каждого цикла нагрева сконфигурировано на управление блоком электропитания для подачи энергии в первый электропроводящий элемент внешнего нагревателя только в течение дискретного периода времени, за которым следует период времени, когда энергия не подается, для повышения температуры поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя и ее поддержания, по меньшей мере, на уровне первой температуры в течение первого дискретного временного интервала и последующего снижения температуры поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя до уровня ниже первой температуры,
при этом управляющее устройство во время каждого цикла нагрева сконфигурировано на управление блоком электропитания для подачи энергии во второй электропроводящий элемент внутреннего нагревателя только в течение дискретного периода времени, за которым следует период времени, когда энергия не подается, для повышения температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя и ее поддержания, по меньшей мере, на уровне второй температуры в течение второго дискретного временного интервала, и последующего снижения температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя до уровня ниже второй температуры.
13. Устройство по п. 12, в котором цикл нагрева сконфигурирован таким образом, что вторая температура является более низкой, чем первая температура, при этом
первая температура составляет 150-300°C, опционально 180-240°C, опционально 200-220°C;
вторая температура составляет 150-260°C, опционально 180-240°C, опционально 200-220°C.
первый дискретный период времени имеет длительность от 0,2 до 5 секунд, в частности, от 0,5 до 1,5 секунды, и
при этом второй дискретный период времени имеет длительность от 0,2 от 5 секунд, в частности, от 0,5 до 1,5 секунды.
14. Устройство по п. 13, в котором управляющее устройство дополнительно сконфигурировано на управление блоком электропитания для резкого повышения температуры поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя от соответствующей исходной температуры до первой температуры со скоростью более 1°C/мс, опционально более 5°C/мс, и/или управляющее устройство дополнительно сконфигурировано на управление блоком электропитания для резкого повышения температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя от соответствующей исходной температуры до второй температуры со скоростью более 1°C/мс, опционально более 5°C/мс.
15. Устройство по любому пп. 11, 13, 14, в котором каждый цикл нагрева сконфигурирован таким образом, что повышение температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя до второй температуры начинается после повышения температуры внешнего нагревателя до первой температуры, при этом второй дискретный временной интервал начинается с задержкой относительно начала первого дискретного временного интервала, второй дискретный временной интервал опционально начинается немедленно по окончании первого временного интервала, длительность первого дискретного временного интервала опционально превышает длительность второго дискретного временного интервала.
16. Устройство по любому из предшествующих пп. 9, 11, 13, 14, в котором:
поверхность нагрева внешнего нагревателя имеет кольцевую форму и окружает поверхность нагрева внутреннего нагревателя, и
при нахождении верхнего и нижнего приспособлений во втором рабочем состоянии внешний нагреватель сконфигурирован на нагрев внешней полосы участка пленки, а внутренний нагреватель сконфигурирован на нагрев, по меньшей мере, части внутренней области того же участка пленки, находящегося в радиальном направлении внутри внешней полосы, при этом управляющее устройство дополнительно сконфигурировано на управление упаковочным узлом таким образом, что во время каждого цикла нагрева нагревательная головка остается в положении термосваривания пленки, а внешний нагреватель находится в контакте с внешней полосой участка пленки, по меньшей мере, в течение первого дискретного временного интервала, предпочтительно вплоть до окончания первого дискретного временного интервала,
при этом дополнительно:
поверхность нагрева внешнего нагревателя и поверхность нагрева внутреннего нагревателя являются плоскими, и
по меньшей мере, при нахождении верхнего и нижнего приспособлений во втором рабочем состоянии поверхность нагрева внешнего нагревателя:
лежит в одной плоскости с поверхностью нагрева внутреннего нагревателя или
углублена относительно поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя, в результате чего при контакте поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя с верхней поверхностью участка пленки поверхность нагрева внутреннего нагревателя отстоит на заданное расстояние от верхней поверхности того же участка пленки,
при этом опционально поверхность нагрева внутреннего нагревателя находится на определенном расстоянии по радиусу от поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя и достигает области, окруженной поверхностью нагрева внешнего нагревателя, при этом поверхность нагрева внутреннего нагревателя представляет собой поверхность, выбранную из группы, включающей:
поверхность нагрева кольцевой формы,
непрерывную поверхность нагрева, ограниченную единой замкнутой контурной линией, опционально дискообразную или многоугольную непрерывную поверхность нагрева, которая занимает преимущественно всю или большую часть площади, окруженной поверхностью, окруженной поверхностью нагрева внешнего нагревателя,
поверхность нагрева, содержащую множество параллельных разнесенных полос, концы которых соединены поперечными полосами.
17. Устройство по любому из пп. 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, в котором первый электропроводящий элемент внешнего нагревателя проходит вдоль поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя, при этом первый электропроводящий элемент представляет собой электропроводящий кольцевой элемент, опционально электропроводящий кольцевой плоский элемент,
при этом первый электропроводящий элемент имеет электропроводящую углеродную структуру, которая включает или содержит исключительно один или несколько аллотропов углерода из группы:
графитовой структуры,
однослойной или многослойной графеновой структуры,
фуллереновой структуры, в которой атомы углерода связаны друг с другом в сферические, трубчатые, волокнистые или эллипсоидные образования, при этом опционально фуллереновая структура может иметь форму углеродных нанотрубок или нановолокон.
18. Устройство по любому из пп. 9, 11, 13, 14, в котором второй электропроводящий элемент внутреннего нагревателя проходит вдоль поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя, при этом второй электропроводящий элемент выбран из группы, включающей:
электропроводящий кольцевой элемент, опционально электропроводящий кольцевой плоский элемент;
непрерывную электропроводящую пластину
электропроводящий меандр, опционально электропроводящий плоский меандр,
при этом второй электропроводящий элемент имеет электропроводящую углеродную структуру, которая включает или содержит исключительно один или несколько аллотропов углерода из группы:
графитовой структуры,
однослойной или многослойной графеновой структуры,
фуллереновой структуры, в которой атомы углерода связаны друг с другом в сферические, трубчатые, волокнистые или эллипсоидные образования, при этом опционально фуллереновая структура может иметь форму углеродных нанотрубок или нановолокон.
19. Устройство по любому из пп. 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, в котором:
первый электропроводящий элемент содержит несущую подложку, на которой находится соответствующая углеродная структура, и, по меньшей мере, один защитный слой, покрывающий углеродную структуру со стороны, противоположной стороне несущей подложки, при этом углеродная структура опционально помещается между двумя противоположными защитными слоями, защитный слой, противоположный несущей подложке, образует поверхность нагрева внешнего нагревателя;
углеродная структура первого электропроводящего элемента внешнего нагревателя опционально имеет поперечное сечение толщиной, по меньшей мере, 5 мкм и шириной, по меньшей мере, 2 мм, опционально поперечное сечение толщиной, по меньшей мере, 10 мкм и шириной, по меньшей мере, 5 мм и среднее удельное сопротивление более 5 Ω⋅мм2/м, опционально от 15 до 25 Ω⋅мм2/м,
при этом второй электропроводящий элемент содержит несущую подложку, на которой находится соответствующая углеродная структура, и, по меньшей мере, один защитный слой, покрывающий углеродную структуру со стороны, противоположной стороне несущей подложки, при этом углеродная структура опционально помещается между двумя противоположными защитными слоями, защитный слой, противоположный несущей подложке, образует поверхность нагрева внутреннего нагревателя;
углеродная структура второго электропроводящего элемента внутреннего нагревателя опционально имеет поперечное сечение толщиной, по меньшей мере, 5 мкм и шириной, по меньшей мере, 5 мм, опционально поперечное сечение толщиной, по меньшей мере, 10 мкм и шириной, по меньшей мере, 10 мм и среднее удельное сопротивление более 2 Ω⋅мм2/м, опционально более 5 Ω⋅мм2/м.
20. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-9, 11, 13, 14, содержащее:
датчик температуры, сконфигурированный на обнаружение температуры поверхности нагрева нагревателя и передачу сигнала температуры, соответствующего обнаруженной температуре,
при этом с датчиком температуры соединено управляющее устройство, сконфигурированное на:
прием сигнала температуры и управление блоком электропитания для подачи электроэнергии в электропроводящий элемент, опционально путем регулирования напряжения, приложенного к электропроводящему элементу, и/или длительности приложения напряжения на основании сигнала температуры и желаемой величины температуры поверхности нагрева.
21. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-9, 11, 13, 14, содержащее:
по меньшей мере, один электрический датчик, электрически соединенный или соединяемый с углеродной структурой и сконфигурированный на обнаружение электрического параметра углеродной структуры и передачу соответствующего сигнала электрического параметра, при этом электрический параметр представляет собой одно из следующего:
электрический импеданс фиксированного сегмента углеродной структуры,
электрический ток через фиксированный сегмент углеродной структуры при приложении фиксированного электрического напряжения к концам фиксированного сегмента,
электрическое напряжение, обнаруженное на концах фиксированного сегмента при протекании фиксированного электрического тока через фиксированный сегмент,
с электрическим датчиком соединено управляющее устройство, сконфигурированное на:
прием сигнала электрического параметра и управление блоком электропитания для подачи электроэнергии в электропроводящий элемент, опционально путем регулирования напряжения, приложенного к электропроводящему элементу, и/или длительности приложения напряжения на основании сигнала электрического параметра и желаемой величины температуры поверхности нагрева.
22. Устройство по п. 21, в котором управляющее устройство сконфигурировано на прием сигнала электрического параметра и расчет величины реальной температуры углеродной структуры на основании:
величины электрического параметра и
калибровочной кривой или калибровочной таблицы, которая хранится в управляющем устройстве и в которой величины электрического параметра сопоставлены с соответствующими величинами температуры углеродной структуры,
при этом управляющее устройство сконфигурировано на управление блоком электропитания для подачи электроэнергии в электропроводящий элемент, опционально путем регулирования напряжения, приложенного к электропроводящему элементу, и/или длительности приложения напряжения на основании расчетной величины реальной температуры и желаемой величины температуры поверхности нагрева.
23. Применение устройства по любому из предшествующих пунктов для упаковывания продукта (Р) путем:
термосваривания термоусадочной пленки с подложкой, на которую ранее был помещен продукт (Р), или
путем помещения, по меньшей мере, одной термоусадочной пленки вокруг продукта (Р) и затем термосваривания одного или нескольких участков термоусадочной пленки друг с другом.
24. Способ упаковывания продукта (Р) находящегося на подложке, с использованием устройства по любому из предшествующих п.п. 9-22, включающий следующие стадии:
помещения одной или нескольких подложек в соответствующее одно или несколько гнезд,
помещения, по меньшей мере, одного участка пленки или, по меньшей мере, одного листа пленки над соответствующей одной или несколькими подложками, помещающимися в одной или нескольких гнездах,
удержания первого и второго приспособлений в первом рабочем состоянии в течение времени, достаточного для установки подложек и соответствующего участка или листа пленки в надлежащее положение,
перемещения верхнего и нижнего приспособлений во втором рабочем состоянии при нахождении участка или листа пленки в положении над соответствующей подложкой или подложками, опционально на определенном расстоянии, достаточном для циркуляции газа внутри подложки,
при этом во втором рабочем состоянии верхнее и нижнее приспособления опционально образуют герметично закрытую упаковочную камеру, а способ включает отвод газа из герметично закрытой упаковочной камеры и/или нагнетание в упаковочную камеру газовой смеси регулируемого состава,
термосваривания участка пленки или листа пленки с подложкой, при этом стадия термосваривания включает следующие подстадии:
- введения поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя в контакт с участком или листом пленки и тем самым с верхней поверхностью подложки или подложек, помещающихся в гнезде или гнездах,
- повышения температуры поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя до первой температуры,
- поддержания температуры поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя на уровне, по меньшей мере, первой температуры в течение первого дискретного временного интервала,
- снижения температуры поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя до уровня ниже первой температуры,
- введения поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя в контакт с верхней поверхностью участка пленки или ее помещения на заданном расстоянии от нее,
- повышения температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя до второй температуры, отличающейся от первой температуры, поддержания температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя на уровне, по меньшей мере, второй температуры в течение второго дискретного временного интервала, снижения температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя до уровня ниже второй температуры,
помещения верхнего и нижнего приспособлений в первое рабочее состояние,
удаления нескольких подложек с плотно зафиксированной пленкой из упаковочного узла.
25. Способ по п. 24, в котором термосваривание включает нагрев с помощью внешнего нагревателя внешней полосы участка или листа пленки и нагрев с помощью внутреннего нагревателя внутренней области того же участка или листа пленки, находящего в радиальном направлении внутри внешней полосы,
при этом пленка не является термоусадочной, а первая температура равна второй температуре, или пленка является термоусадочной, а вторая температура является более низкой, чем первая температура,
при этом первый дискретный период времени имеет длительность от 0,2 до 5 секунд, в частности, от 0,5 до 1,5 секунды, а второй дискретный период времени имеет длительность от 0,2 до 5 секунд, в частности, от 0,5 до 1,5 секунды,
при этом повышение температуры поверхности нагрева внешнего нагревателя от соответствующей исходной температуры до первой температуры опционально происходит со скоростью более 1°C/мс, опционально более 5°C/мс,
повышение температуры поверхности нагрева внутреннего нагревателя от соответствующей исходной температуры до второй температуры опционально происходит со скоростью более 1°C/мс, опционально более 5°C/мс.
