Claims (28)

1. Абсорбирующее изделие, содержащее передний конец, задний конец и продольную ось, протяженную в продольном направлении изделия, при этом изделие имеет длину L, измеренную, как расстояние вдоль продольной оси между передним концом и задним концом, при этом абсорбирующее изделие содержит:
проницаемый для жидкости верхний лист,
непроницаемый для жидкости тыльный лист,
абсорбирующую сердцевину, содержащую оболочку сердцевины, в которую заключен абсорбирующий материал, при этом абсорбирующий материал содержит суперабсорбирующие полимеры в количестве, составляющем по меньшей мере примерно 80% по весу от веса абсорбирующего материала, и
систему приема и распределения, по меньшей мере частично расположенную между абсорбирующей сердцевиной и верхним листом, и содержащую один или более слоев, при этом система приема и распределения выполнена протяженной в продольном направлении абсорбирующего изделия по меньшей мере от точки A1, расположенной на расстоянии D от переднего края, до точки A2, расположенной на расстоянии D от заднего края изделия, при этом расстояние D равно примерно 32% длины L изделия, и при этом система приема и распределения характеризуется массой на единицу площади, меньшей в точке A2, чем в точке A1.
2. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 1, в котором система приема и распределения характеризуется массой на единицу площади в точке A2, по меньшей мере примерно на 20% меньшей, чем в точке A1.
3. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 1, в котором система приема и распределения содержит принимающий слой и распределяющий слой, и при этом принимающий слой расположен ближе к верхнему листу, чем распределяющий слой.
4. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 3, в котором распределяющий слой характеризуется показателем удержания воды, составляющим от примерно 25 до примерно 60.
5. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 3, в котором распределяющий слой содержит целлюлозные волокна с перекрестными связями в количестве, составляющем по меньшей мере примерно 50% по весу.
6. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 3, в котором распределяющий слой выполнен профилированным вдоль продольной оси, при этом масса распределяющего слоя на единицу площади в точке A2 по меньшей мере примерно на 20% меньше, чем в точке A1.
7. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 3, в котором принимающий слой содержит нетканый материал с латексным скреплением.
8. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 1, в котором толщина абсорбирующего изделия в точке A2 по меньшей мере примерно на 20% меньше, чем толщина абсорбирующего изделия в точке A1.
9. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 3, в котором принимающий слой длиннее, чем распределяющий слой, при измерения их длины вдоль продольной оси изделия.
10. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 1, в котором периферия области абсорбирующего материала внутри оболочки сердцевины определяет область нанесения абсорбирующего материала, и система приема и распределения не является протяженной за любой из краев области нанесения абсорбирующего материала.
11. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 1, в котором абсорбирующая сердцевина содержит первый абсорбирующий слой и второй абсорбирующий слой, при этом первый абсорбирующий слой содержит первую основу и первый слой суперабсорбирующих полимеров, при этом второй абсорбирующий слой содержит вторую основу и второй слой суперабсорбирующих полимеров, и при этом абсорбирующая сердцевина содержит волокнистый термопластический адгезивный материал, по меньшей мере частично скрепляющий слои суперабсорбирующих полимеров со своими основами, и при этом первая основа и вторая основа образуют оболочку сердцевины.
12. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 1, в котором абсорбирующий материал абсорбирующей сердцевины содержит суперабсорбирующие полимеры, составляющие по меньшей мере 90% по весу от суммарного веса абсорбирующего материала.
13. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 1, в котором абсорбирующий материал абсорбирующей сердцевины содержит натуральные или синтетические волокна, составляющие менее чем 10% по весу от суммарного веса абсорбирующего материала.
14. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 13, в котором абсорбирующий материал абсорбирующей сердцевины в сущности не содержит натуральных или синтетических волокон.
15. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 1, в котором абсорбирующая сердцевина содержит по меньшей мере один канал, в сущности не содержащий суперабсорбирующих полимеров.
16. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 15, содержащее по меньшей мере одну пару каналов, расположенных симметрично относительно продольной оси, при этом по меньшей мере один из таких каналов или одна из таких пар каналов по меньшей мере
частично ориентированы в продольном направлении и имеют длину в проекции на продольную ось, составляющую по меньшей мере 10% длины L абсорбирующего изделия.
17. Способ изготовления абсорбирующего изделия, содержащий этапы, на которых:
формируют абсорбирующую сердцевину путем заключения абсорбирующего материала, содержащего суперабсорбирующие полимеры в количестве по меньшей мере примерно 80% по весу, в оболочку сердцевины,
обеспечивают систему приема и распределения, имеющую массу на единицу площади, которая в точке A2 меньше, чем в точке A1,
обеспечивают верхний лист и тыльный лист, и
соединяют друг с другом абсорбирующую сердцевину, систему приема и распределения, верхний лист и тыльный лист, при этом точка A1 располагается на расстоянии D от переднего края изделия, а точка A2 располагается на расстоянии D от заднего края изделия, и при этом расстояние D равно 32% длины L изделия.
18. Способ изготовления абсорбирующего изделия по п. 17, характеризующийся тем, что масса системы приема и распределения на единицу площади в точке A2 по меньшей мере примерно на 20% меньше, чем в точке A1.
19. Способ по п. 17, характеризующийся тем, что система приема и распределения содержит принимающий слой в форме волокон и распределяющий слой, содержащий нетканый материал, при этом распределяющий слой нанесен в форме волокон на принимающий слой, и при этом распределяющий слой нанесен с большей массой на единицу площади в точке A1, чем в точке A2.
