Abstract

1. Абсорбирующее изделие, содержащее:проницаемый для жидкости слой;непроницаемый для жидкости слой;абсорбирующую сердцевину, расположенную между упомянутым проницаемым для жидкости слоем и упомянутым непроницаемым для жидкости слоем; инетканое полотно, содержащее:по меньшей мере первый слой волокон, изготовленных из первой композиции, содержащей первый полиолефин, второй полиолефин и добавку, усиливающую мягкость, при этом упомянутый второй полиолефин является пропиленовым сополимером, и при этом упомянутый второй полиолефин является полиолефином, отличным от упомянутого первого полиолефина; ипо меньшей мере второй слой волокон, изготовленных из второй композиции, содержащей пропиленовый сополимер в количестве менее чем 10% по весу от веса упомянутой второй композиции.2. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутое нетканое полотно расположено в упомянутом абсорбирующем изделии таким образом, что упомянутый второй слой волокон расположен между упомянутым первым слоем волокон и упомянутой абсорбирующей сердцевиной.3. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 2, отличающееся тем, что волокна упомянутого первого и упомянутого второго слоев являются волокнами «спанбонд».4. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутое нетканое полотно содержит множество мест скрепления, выполненных каландрованием, формирующих в упомянутом нетканом полотне первую, текстурированную поверхность и вторую поверхность, противолежащую упомянутой первой поверхности.5. Claims (20)

1. Абсорбирующее изделие, содержащее:
проницаемый для жидкости слой;
непроницаемый для жидкости слой;
абсорбирующую сердцевину, расположенную между упомянутым проницаемым для жидкости слоем и упомянутым непроницаемым для жидкости слоем; и
нетканое полотно, содержащее:
по меньшей мере первый слой волокон, изготовленных из первой композиции, содержащей первый полиолефин, второй полиолефин и добавку, усиливающую мягкость, при этом упомянутый второй полиолефин является пропиленовым сополимером, и при этом упомянутый второй полиолефин является полиолефином, отличным от упомянутого первого полиолефина; и
по меньшей мере второй слой волокон, изготовленных из второй композиции, содержащей пропиленовый сополимер в количестве менее чем 10% по весу от веса упомянутой второй композиции.
2. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутое нетканое полотно расположено в упомянутом абсорбирующем изделии таким образом, что упомянутый второй слой волокон расположен между упомянутым первым слоем волокон и упомянутой абсорбирующей сердцевиной.
3. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 2, отличающееся тем, что волокна упомянутого первого и упомянутого второго слоев являются волокнами «спанбонд».
4. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутое нетканое полотно содержит множество мест скрепления, выполненных каландрованием, формирующих в упомянутом нетканом полотне первую, текстурированную поверхность и вторую поверхность, противолежащую упомянутой первой поверхности.
5. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 4, отличающееся тем, что упомянутый первый слой волокон расположен на упомянутой первой, текстурированной поверхности, а упомянутый второй слой волокон расположен на упомянутой второй поверхности.
6. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 4, отличающееся тем, что упомянутое нетканое полотно прикреплено к упомянутому непроницаемому слою таким образом, что упомянутая вторая поверхность упомянутого нетканого полотна расположена между поверхностью упомянутого непроницаемого для жидкости слоя, обращенной к одежде, и упомянутой первой, текстурированной поверхностью упомянутого нетканого полотна.

Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутая первая композиция, используемая для изготовления упомянутых волокон упомянутого первого слоя, содержит упомянутый второй полиолефин в количестве от 5 до 25% и добавку, усиливающую мягкость, в количестве от 0,01 до 10% по весу от веса упомянутых волокон.

Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутое нетканое полотно содержит по меньшей мере один промежуточный волокнистый слой, расположенный между упомянутыми первым и вторым волокнистыми слоями, при этом упомянутый промежуточный волокнистый слой содержит волокна, изготовленные из третьей композиции.
9. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 8, отличающееся тем, что упомянутая третья композиция предпочтительно содержит пропиленовый сополимер в количестве менее чем 10% по весу от веса упомянутой третьей композиции.
10. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 8, отличающееся тем, что упомянутая третья композиция содержит пропиленовый сополимер в количестве, составляющем более чем 10% по весу от веса упомянутой третьей композиции.
11. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутая добавка, усиливающая мягкость, содержит по меньшей мере одно из следующих соединений: олеамид, эрукамид, и/или стеарамид.
12. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 4, отличающееся тем, что упомянутый первый слой волокон расположен на упомянутой второй поверхности, а упомянутый второй слой волокон расположен на упомянутой первой, текстурированной поверхности.
13. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что каждый слой из упомянутого непроницаемого для жидкости слоя и упомянутого проницаемого для жидкости слоя содержит нетканое полотно, содержащее по меньшей мере первый слой волокон, изготовленных из первой композиции, содержащей первый полиолефин, второй полиолефин и добавку, усиливающую мягкость, при этом упомянутый второй полиолефин является пропиленовым сополимером, и при этом упомянутый второй полиолефин является полиолефином, отличным от упомянутого первого полиолефина, и по меньшей мере второй слой волокон, изготовленных из второй композиции, содержащей пропиленовый сополимер в количестве менее чем 10% по весу от веса упомянутой второй композиции, и при этом упомянутое нетканое полотно расположено в упомянутом абсорбирующем изделии таким образом, что упомянутый второй слой волокон расположен между упомянутым первым слоем волокон и упомянутой абсорбирующей сердцевиной.
14. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутый проницаемый для жидкости слой содержит упомянутое нетканое полотно таким образом, что упомянутое нетканое полотно расположено на стороне упомянутого изделия, обращенной к телу.
15. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 14, отличающееся тем, что упомянутое нетканое полотно содержит поверхностно-активное вещество.
16. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутое нетканое полотно прикреплено к упомянутому непроницаемому для жидкости слою таким образом, что упомянутый по меньшей мере второй слой волокон расположен между упомянутым по меньшей мере первым слоем волокон и упомянутым непроницаемым для жидкости слоем.
17. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутая вторая композиция содержит полипропиленовый гомополимер в количестве, составляющем более чем 80% по весу от веса упомянутой второй композиции.
18. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 14, отличающееся тем, что содержит второе нетканое полотно, которое содержит по меньшей мере первый слой волокон, изготовленных из первой композиции, содержащей первый полиолефин, второй полиолефин и добавку, усиливающую мягкость, при этом упомянутый второй полиолефин является пропиленовым сополимером, и при этом упомянутый второй полиолефин является полиолефином, отличным от упомянутого первого полиолефина, и по меньшей мере второй слой волокон, изготовленных из второй композиции, содержащей пропиленовый сополимер в количестве менее чем 10% по весу от веса упомянутой второй композиции, и при этом упомянутое второе нетканое полотно расположено в упомянутом абсорбирующем изделии таким образом, что упомянутый второй слой волокон «спанбонд» упомянутого второго нетканого полотна расположен между упомянутым первым слоем волокон «спанбонд» упомянутого второго нетканого полотна и упомянутой абсорбирующей сердцевиной.
19. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 18, отличающееся тем, что упомянутое второе нетканое полотно прикреплено к упомянутому непроницаемому для жидкости слою таким образом, что упомянутый по меньшей мере второй слой волокон упомянутого второго нетканого полотна расположен между упомянутым по меньшей мере первым слоем волокон и упомянутым непроницаемым для жидкости слоем.
20. Абсорбирующее изделие по п. 18, отличающееся тем, что упомянутый непроницаемый для жидкости слой содержит пленку, и упомянутый по меньшей мере второй слой волокон упомянутого второго нетканого полотна прикреплен к упомянутой пленке с помощью адгезива.
