Claims (26)

1.     Абсорбирующее изделие (20), такое как подгузник или трусы для приучения к горшку, имеющее обращенную к пользователю сторону, обращенную к одежде сторону, продольную ось (80) и поперечную ось (90); причем абсорбирующее изделие содержит:
верхний слой (24) на обращенной к пользователю стороне;
внешний слой (25) на обращенной к одежде стороне, содержащий непроницаемую для жидкости пленку и необязательно нетканый материал, присоединенный к пленке;
абсорбирующую сердцевину (28) между верхним слоем и внешним слоем;
необязательно накопительный слой (54) между абсорбирующей сердцевиной и верхним слоем;
причем абсорбирующая сердцевина содержит оболочку сердцевины, имеющую верхнюю сторону (16) и нижнюю сторону (16’), охватывающие абсорбирующий материал (60), который содержит смесь волокон и суперабсорбирующих полимеров, причем абсорбирующий материал содержит по меньшей мере 55% суперабсорбирующих полимеров по массе абсорбирующего материала, в частности от 60% до 85% суперабсорбирующих полимеров по массе абсорбирующего материала;
причем абсорбирующая сердцевина содержит два продольно проходящих канала (26), по существу не содержащих абсорбирующего материала, расположенных симметрично с каждой стороны продольной оси;
отличающееся тем, что каналы изогнуты внутрь к продольной оси так, что каналы имеют самое близкое расстояние (d1) и самое дальнее расстояние (d2, d3) относительно друг друга, измеренное в поперечном направлении, причем самое близкое расстояние составляет менее чем 80% самого дальнего расстояния, предпочтительно самое близкое расстояние составляет от 10% до 70% самого дальнего расстояния; и
по меньшей мере один из верхнего слоя или накопительного слоя (54), если таковой присутствует, представляет собой склеенное горячим воздухом кардочесанное нетканое полотно.
2.     Абсорбирующая сердцевина по п. 1, в которой абсорбирующий материал определяет область (8) размещения абсорбирующего материала в пределах оболочки сердцевины; причем область абсорбирующего материала содержит переднюю сторону (280’), заднюю сторону (282’) и две продольные стороны (284’, 286’), и эта область абсорбирующего материала имеет такую форму, что ее ширина, измеряемая в поперечном направлении, изменяется вдоль положения по продольной оси; и ширина области абсорбирующего материала является минимальной в продольном положении между передней стороной и задней стороной области размещения.
3.     Абсорбирующая сердцевина по п. 2, в которой ширина области размещения приблизительно одинакова с передней стороны и задней стороны области размещения, и область минимальной ширины между передней стороной и задней стороной, включая любые области перехода, имеет длину (L’’’) в диапазоне от 10% до 80% длины области размещения (L’’), измеренную в продольном направлении.
4.     Абсорбирующее изделие по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором склеенное горячим воздухом кардочесанное нетканое полотно имеет основную массу в диапазоне от 5 г/кв. м до 200 г/кв. м, в частности от 10 г/кв. м до 150 г/кв. м.
5.     Абсорбирующее изделие по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором верхняя сторона и нижняя сторона соединены каналами, при этом, в частности, верхняя сторона и нижняя сторона оболочки сердцевины представляют собой нетканые материалы, которые неадгезивно соединены через каналы, в частности ультразвуковым соединением, склеиванием под давлением и/или термоскреплением.
6.     Абсорбирующее изделие по любому из предшествующих пунктов, содержащее индикатор влажности, видимый с обращенной к одежде стороны изделия, причем, в частности, индикатор влажности представляет собой композицию, содержащую термоплавкий адгезив и индикатор рН, расположенный между абсорбирующей сердцевиной и внешним слоем и визуально расположенный между каналами, если смотреть с обращенной к одежде стороны.
7.     Абсорбирующее изделие по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором каждый канал имеет длину (L’), проецируемую на продольную ось (80) изделия, которая составляет по меньшей мере 10% длины (L’’) области абсорбирующего материала, в частности от 30% до 80% длины области абсорбирующего материала.
8.     Абсорбирующее изделие по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором каждый из каналов имеет по меньшей мере в некоторых из своих областей ширину (Wc) по меньшей мере 2 мм, в частности от 2 мм до 20 мм.
9.     Абсорбирующее изделие по предшествующему пункту, в котором оболочка сердцевины образована одной подложкой, которая С-образно обернута вокруг абсорбирующего материала так, что нижняя сторона или верхняя сторона оболочки сердцевины образована частично перекрывающимися клапанами подложки, или альтернативно оболочка сердцевины содержит первую подложку, образующую верхнюю сторону или нижнюю сторону оболочки сердцевины, и вторую подложку, по меньшей мере частично образующую другую сторону оболочки сердцевины, причем первая подложка больше, чем вторая подложка, так, что первая подложка может быть сложена поверх второй подложки с образованием двойного C-образного обертывания подложек.
10.     Абсорбирующее изделие по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором верхний слой представляет собой нетканый материал, скрепленный прядением, а накопительный слой представляет собой склеенное горячим воздухом кардочесанное нетканое полотно.
11.     Абсорбирующее изделие по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором верхний слой и накопительный слой присоединены друг к другу посредством множества соединений сплавлением.
12.     Абсорбирующее изделие по любому из предшествующих пунктов, содержащее трехмерный материал с обращенной к пользователю стороны.
13.     Абсорбирующее изделие по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором трехмерный материал расположен над верхним слоем и содержит:
а. волокнистый опорный слой, имеющий внутреннюю поверхность и противоположную внешнюю поверхность;
b. волокнистый слой с выступами, имеющий внутреннюю поверхность и противоположную внешнюю поверхность, причем внешняя поверхность опорного слоя находится в контакте с внутренней поверхностью слоя с выступами; и
с. множество полых выступов, образованных из первого множества волокон в слое с выступами, причем полые выступы проходят от внешней поверхности слоя с выступами в направлении от опорного слоя.
14.     Абсорбирующее изделие по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно содержащее эластизированную заднюю поясную ленту (48).
15.     Упаковка, содержащая множество абсорбирующих изделий по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой высота стопки в пакете составляет от 70 мм до 110 мм.
