Abstract
1. Способ очистки сырого этанольного продукта, включающий стадии:гидрирования потока подаваемой уксусной кислоты в реакторе в присутствии катализатора для получения сырого этанольного продукта;разделения, по меньшей мере, части сырого этанольного продукта в первой колонне на первый дистиллят, содержащий этанол, воду и этилацетат, и первый кубовой остаток, содержащий уксусную кислоту;разделения, по меньшей мере, части первого дистиллята во второй колонне на второй дистиллят, содержащий этилацетат, и второй кубовой остаток, содержащий этанол и воду, где вторая колонна является колонной экстракционной дистилляции;подачи экстрагирующего агента во вторую колонну; иразделения, по меньшей мере, части второго кубового остатка в третьей колонне на третий дистиллят, содержащий этанол, и третий кубовой остаток, содержащий воду.2. Способ по п.1, где экстрагирующий агент содержит воду.3. Способ по п.1, где экстрагирующий агент содержит, по меньшей мере, часть третьего кубового остатка.4. Способ по п.1, где молярное соотношение между водой в экстрагирующем агенте и этанолом в части первого дистиллята составляет, по меньшей мере, 0,5:1.5. Claims (21)
1. Способ очистки сырого этанольного продукта, включающий стадии:
гидрирования потока подаваемой уксусной кислоты в реакторе в присутствии катализатора для получения сырого этанольного продукта;
разделения, по меньшей мере, части сырого этанольного продукта в первой колонне на первый дистиллят, содержащий этанол, воду и этилацетат, и первый кубовой остаток, содержащий уксусную кислоту;
разделения, по меньшей мере, части первого дистиллята во второй колонне на второй дистиллят, содержащий этилацетат, и второй кубовой остаток, содержащий этанол и воду, где вторая колонна является колонной экстракционной дистилляции;
подачи экстрагирующего агента во вторую колонну; и
разделения, по меньшей мере, части второго кубового остатка в третьей колонне на третий дистиллят, содержащий этанол, и третий кубовой остаток, содержащий воду.
2. Способ по п.1, где экстрагирующий агент содержит воду.
3. Способ по п.1, где экстрагирующий агент содержит, по меньшей мере, часть третьего кубового остатка.
4. Способ по п.1, где молярное соотношение между водой в экстрагирующем агенте и этанолом в части первого дистиллята составляет, по меньшей мере, 0,5:1.
5. Способ очистки сырого этанольного продукта, включающий стадии:
гидрирования потока подаваемой уксусной кислоты в реакторе в присутствии катализатора для получения сырого этанольного продукта;
разделения, по меньшей мере, части сырого этанольного продукта в первой колонне на первый дистиллят, содержащий этанол, воду и этилацетат, и первый кубовой остаток, содержащий уксусную кислоту;
разделения, по меньшей мере, части первого дистиллята во второй колонне на второй дистиллят, содержащий этилацетат, и второй кубовой остаток, содержащий этанол и воду; и
разделения, по меньшей мере, части второго кубового остатка в третьей колонне на третий дистиллят, содержащий этанол, и третий кубовой остаток, содержащий воду; где, по меньшей мере, часть третьего кубового остатка непосредственно или опосредованно возвращают во вторую колонну.
6. Способ по п.5, где молярное соотношение между водой в третьем кубовом остатке и этанолом в части первого дистиллята составляет, по меньшей мере, 0,5:1.
7. Способ по любому из пп.1-6, где третий кубовой остаток содержит воду в количестве от 75 до 100% (масс.) и этилацетат в количестве от 0,01 до 1% (масс.).
8. Способ по п.7, где поток подаваемой уксусной кислоты содержит одно или несколько соединений, выбираемых из группы, состоящей из уксусной кислоты, уксусного ангидрида, ацетальдегида, этилацетата и их смесей.
9. Способ по п.7, дополнительно включающий стадии:
разделения, по меньшей мере, части сырого этанольного продукта в мгновенном испарителе на паровой поток и жидкостной поток,
возвращения, по меньшей мере, части парового потока в реактор; и
направления, по меньшей мере, части жидкостного потока в первую колонну.
10. Способ по п.7, где сырой этанольный продукт содержит этанол в количестве от 5 до 70% (масс.), воду в количестве от 5 до 35% (масс.), уксусную кислоту в количестве от 0 до 90% (масс.) и этилацетат в количестве от 0 до 20% (масс.).
11. Способ по п.7, где массовое соотношение между этанолом во втором кубовом остатке и этанолом во втором дистилляте составляет, по меньшей мере, 3:1.
12. Способ по п.7, дополнительно включающий стадию:
разделения, по меньшей мере, части второго дистиллята в четвертой колонне на четвертый дистиллят, содержащий ацетальдегид, и четвертый кубовой остаток, содержащий этилацетат, где, по меньшей мере, часть четвертого дистиллята непосредственно или опосредованно возвращают в реактор.
13. Способ по п.7, где катализатор содержит комбинацию металлов, выбираемую из группы, состоящей из платины/олова, платины/рутения, платины/рения, палладия/рутения, палладия/рения, кобальта/палладия, кобальта/платины, кобальта/хрома, кобальта/рутения, серебра/палладия, меди/палладия, никеля/палладия, золота/палладия, рутения/рения и рутения/железа.
14. Способ очистки сырого этанольного продукта, содержащего этанол, воду, уксусную кислоту, ацетальдегид и этилацетат, включающий стадии:
разделения сырого этанольного продукта в первой колонне на первый дистиллят, содержащий этанол, воду и этилацетат, и первый кубовой остаток, содержащий уксусную кислоту;
разделения первого дистиллята во второй колонне на второй дистиллят, содержащий этилацетат, и второй кубовой остаток, содержащий этанол и воду;
разделения второго кубового остатка в третьей колонне на третий дистиллят, содержащий этанол, и третий кубовой остаток, содержащий воду; и
направления, по меньшей мере, части третьего кубового остатка во вторую колонну.
15. Способ по п.14, где сырой этанольный продукт содержит этанол в количестве от 5 до 70% (масс.), воду в количестве от 5 до 35% (масс.), уксусную кислоту в количестве от 0 до 90% (масс.) и этилацетат в количестве от 0 до 20% (масс.).
16. Способ по любому из пп.14 и 15, где молярное соотношение между водой в третьем кубовом остатке и этанолом в части первого дистиллята составляет, по меньшей мере, 0,5:1.
17. Способ по п.14, где второй кубовой остаток содержит этанол в количестве от 10 до 75% (масс.) и от 30 до 90% (масс.) воды.
18. Способ по п.14, где массовое соотношение между этанолом во втором кубовом остатке и этанолом во втором дистилляте составляет, по меньшей мере, 3:1.
19. Способ по п.14, где второй колонной является колонна экстракционной дистилляции.
20. Способ по п.14, где третий кубовой остаток содержит воду в количестве от 75 до 100% (масс.) и этилацетат в количестве от 0,01 до 1% (масс.).
21. Способ по п.14, дополнительно включающий стадии:
разделения, по меньшей мере, части второго дистиллята в четвертой колонне на четвертый дистиллят, содержащий ацетальдегид, и четвертый кубовой остаток, содержащий этилацетат, и
направления, по меньшей мере, части четвертого дистиллята в реактор гидрирования.
