Abstract
1. Применение блоксополимеров этиленоксида/пропиленоксида в качестве стабилизаторов для полиуретановых пен. ! 2. Применение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что блоксополимеры этиленоксида/пропиленоксида имеют 5-95 мас.% этиленоксида относительно суммы этилен- и пропиленоксида и среднечисленную молекулярную массу от 1000 до 10000 г/моль. ! 3. Применение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что в качестве блоксополимеров этиленоксида/пропиленоксида используют блоксополимеры формулы (I) ! ! 4. Применение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что помимо стабилизации достигается также гидрофильность пен. ! 5. Применение по п.1 или 4, отличающееся тем, что речь идет о таких полиуретановых пенах, которые получают физическим высушиванием из водных полиуретановых дисперсий. ! 6. Состав, содержащий водную, анионную гидрофильную полиуретановую дисперсию (I) и пенообразующие добавки (II), причем эти пенообразующие добавки (II) содержат, по меньшей мере, один блоксополимер этиленоксида/пропиленоксида. ! 7. Состав по п.6, отличающийся тем, что блоксополимеры этиленоксида/пропиленоксида имеют 5-95 мас.% этиленоксида относительно суммы этилен- и пропиленоксида и среднечисленную молекулярную массу от 1000 до 10000 г/моль. ! 8. Состав по п.6, отличающийся тем, что содержащуюся в них водную, анионную гидрофильную полиуретановую дисперсию (I) получают способом, по которому ! А2) полимерных полиолов со среднечисленными молекулярными массами от 400 до 8000 г/моль и с гидроксильной функциональностью от 1,5 до 6, и ! Claims (13)
1. Применение блоксополимеров этиленоксида/пропиленоксида в качестве стабилизаторов для полиуретановых пен.
2. Применение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что блоксополимеры этиленоксида/пропиленоксида имеют 5-95 мас.% этиленоксида относительно суммы этилен- и пропиленоксида и среднечисленную молекулярную массу от 1000 до 10000 г/моль.
4. Применение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что помимо стабилизации достигается также гидрофильность пен.
5. Применение по п.1 или 4, отличающееся тем, что речь идет о таких полиуретановых пенах, которые получают физическим высушиванием из водных полиуретановых дисперсий.
6. Состав, содержащий водную, анионную гидрофильную полиуретановую дисперсию (I) и пенообразующие добавки (II), причем эти пенообразующие добавки (II) содержат, по меньшей мере, один блоксополимер этиленоксида/пропиленоксида.
7. Состав по п.6, отличающийся тем, что блоксополимеры этиленоксида/пропиленоксида имеют 5-95 мас.% этиленоксида относительно суммы этилен- и пропиленоксида и среднечисленную молекулярную массу от 1000 до 10000 г/моль.
8. Состав по п.6, отличающийся тем, что содержащуюся в них водную, анионную гидрофильную полиуретановую дисперсию (I) получают способом, по которому
A) изоцианатфункциональные форполимеры получают, по меньшей мере, из
А1) органических полиизоцианатов,
А2) полимерных полиолов со среднечисленными молекулярными массами от 400 до 8000 г/моль и с гидроксильной функциональностью от 1,5 до 6, и
A3) при необходимости, гидроксифункциональных соединений с молекулярными массами от 62 до 399 г/моль, и
А4) при необходимости, изоцианатреактивных, анионных или потенциально анионных и/или, при необходимости, неионогенных гидрофилирующих веществ,
B) свободные NCO-группы которых полностью или частично подвергают реакции обмена при удлинении цепи,
B1) при необходимости, с аминофункциональными соединениями с молекулярными массами от 32 до 400 г/моль, и/или
B2) с изоцианатреактивными, предпочтительно с аминофункциональными, анионными или потенциально анионными гидрофилирующими веществами, и форполимеры диспергируют в воде до, во время или после стадии В), причем содержащиеся, при необходимости, потенциально ионогенные группы переводят в ионную форму путем частичного или полного преобразования с помощью нейтрализующего вещества.
9. Состав по п.6, отличающийся тем, что при получении водной, анионной гидрофильной полиуретановой дисперсии (I) в А1) используют 1,6-гексаметилендиизоцианат, изофорондиизоцианат, изомерные бис-(4,4'-изоцианатоциклогексил)метаны, а также их смеси, а в А2) используют смесь из поликарбонатных и политетраметиленгликолевых полиолов, причем доля суммы поликарбонатных и политетраметиленгликолевых полиолов в компоненте А2) составляет, по меньшей мере, 70 мас.%.
11. Способ получения полиуретановых пен, по которому состав по одному из пп.6-10 вспенивают и высушивают.
12. Полиуретановые пены, полученные способом по п.11.
13. Применение полиуретановых пен по п.12 в качестве повязки на рану.
