Abstract
1. Система подачи пониженного давления для лечения ткани путем подачи пониженного давления к участку ткани, содержащая: ! первичную магистраль, имеющую гибкую стенку, окружающую первичный проход потока и выполненную для размещения вблизи участка ткани, причем гибкая стенка имеет внутреннюю поверхность с множеством выступов, проходящих от по меньшей мере части внутренней поверхности и в первичный проход потока, при этом в гибкой стенке также выполнено множество отверстий, походящих сквозь гибкую стенку и сообщающихся с первичным проходом потока; ! первый трубопровод, проточно сообщающийся с первичным проходом потока для подачи пониженного давления через первичный проход потока и множество отверстий; и ! второй трубопровод, имеющий по меньшей мере один выход, расположенный вблизи первичного прохода потока или по меньшей мере одного выхода первого трубопровода, для осуществления продувки закупорок в по меньшей мере одном выходе первого трубопровода или около него. ! 2. Claims (46)
1. Система подачи пониженного давления для лечения ткани путем подачи пониженного давления к участку ткани, содержащая:
первичную магистраль, имеющую гибкую стенку, окружающую первичный проход потока и выполненную для размещения вблизи участка ткани, причем гибкая стенка имеет внутреннюю поверхность с множеством выступов, проходящих от по меньшей мере части внутренней поверхности и в первичный проход потока, при этом в гибкой стенке также выполнено множество отверстий, походящих сквозь гибкую стенку и сообщающихся с первичным проходом потока;
первый трубопровод, проточно сообщающийся с первичным проходом потока для подачи пониженного давления через первичный проход потока и множество отверстий; и
второй трубопровод, имеющий по меньшей мере один выход, расположенный вблизи первичного прохода потока или по меньшей мере одного выхода первого трубопровода, для осуществления продувки закупорок в по меньшей мере одном выходе первого трубопровода или около него.

Система по п.12, в которой вторичная магистраль является каркасом и содержит по меньшей мере один материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из полимолочной кислоты, полигликольной кислоты, поликапролактона, полигидроксибутирата, полигидроксивалерата, полидиоксанона, полиортоэфиров, полифосфацинов, полиуретанов, коллагена, гуалурониевой кислоты, хитозана, гидроксиапатита, фосфата кальция, сульфата кальция, карбоната кальция, биокерамики, нержавеющей стали, титана, тантала, аллотрансплантатов и аутотрансплантатов.
16. Система подачи пониженного давления для лечения ткани путем подачи пониженного давления к участку ткани, содержащая:
первичную магистраль, имеющую гибкую стенку, окружающую первичный проход потока и выполненную для размещения вблизи участка ткани, причем гибкая стенка имеет множество отверстий, выполненных насквозь в гибкой стенке и сообщающихся с первичным проходом потока;
клеточный материал, размещенный внутри первичного прохода потока, причем клеточный материал имеет много каналов потока;
первый трубопровод, проточно сообщающийся с первичным проходом потока для подачи пониженного давления через первичный проход потока, клеточный материал и множество отверстий; и
второй трубопровод, имеющий по меньшей мере один выход, расположенный вблизи первичного прохода потока или по меньшей мере одного выхода первого трубопровода, для осуществления продувки закупорок в по меньшей мере одном выходе первого трубопровода или около него.
17. Система по п.16, в которой первый и второй трубопроводы являются частью трубки с несколькими просветами.
18. Система по п.17, в которой гибкая стенка и трубка с несколькими просветами изготовлены совместно путем экструдирования.
19. Система по п.16, в которой:
первый и второй трубопроводы являются частью трубки с несколькими просветами;
гибкая стенка присоединена на одном конце трубки с несколькими просветами и
первичный проход потока заглушен на конце гибкой стенки, противоположном концу, присоединенному к трубке с несколькими просветами.
20. Система по п.16, в которой второй трубопровод по меньшей мере частично расположен внутри гибкой стенки.
21. Система по п.16, в которой гибкая стенка изготовлена из кремнийсодержащего полимера медицинского класса.
22. Система по п.16, в которой гибкая стенка укреплена для предотвращения смятия под пониженным давлением.
23. Система по п.16, в которой гибкая стенка является, по существу, прямоугольной в поперечном сечении.
24. Система по п.16, в которой гибкая стенка является, по существу, цилиндрической вдоль по меньшей мере части ее осевой длины.
25. Система по п.24, в которой, по существу, цилиндрическая гибкая стенка стягивает дугу в 360°.
26. Система по п.16, в которой клеточный материал предотвращает обтурацию первичного прохода потока, предотвращая полное смятие гибкой стенки во время подачи пониженного давления через первичный проход потока.

31. Система по п.29, в которой вторичная магистраль представляет собой войлочный коврик.

Система по п.29, в которой вторичная магистраль является каркасом и состоит по меньшей мере из одного материала, выбранного из группы, состоящей из полимолочной кислоты, полигликольной кислоты, поликапролактона, полигидроксибутирата, полигидроксивалерата, полидиоксанона, полиортоэфиров, полифосфацинов, полиуретанов, коллагена, гуалурониевой кислоты, хитозана, гидроксиапатита, фосфата кальция, сульфата кальция, карбоната кальция, биокерамики, нержавеющей стали, титана, тантала, аллотрансплантатов и аутотрансплантатов.
33. Система подачи пониженного давления для применения лечения ткани пониженным давлением к участку ткани, содержащая:
первичную магистраль, имеющую гибкую стенку, окружающую первичный проход потока и выполненную для расположения вблизи участка ткани, причем первичная магистраль содержит элемент предотвращения закупорок, расположенный внутри первичного прохода потока, а в гибкой стенке расположено множество отверстий для сообщения с первичным проходом потока;
вторичную магистраль, расположенную смежно с первичной магистралью и выполненную для вступления в контакт с тканью таким образом, чтобы вторичная магистраль проточно сообщалась с первичной магистралью, но была выполнена с предотвращением контакта между первичной магистралью и участком ткани; и
первый трубопровод, проточно сообщающийся с первичным проходом потока для подачи пониженного давления через первичный проход потока и множество отверстий.
34. Система по п.33, в которой элемент предотвращения закупорок представляет собой множество выступов, расположенных на внутренней поверхности гибкой стенки и проходящих в первичный проход потока.
35. Система по п.33, в которой элемент предотвращения закупорок представляет собой клеточный материал, расположенный внутри первичного прохода потока.
36. Система по п.33, в которой вторичная магистраль является саморассасывающейся.
37. Система по п.33, в которой вторичная магистраль представляет собой войлочный коврик.

Система по п.33, в которой вторичная магистраль является каркасом и состоит по меньшей мере из одного материала, выбранного из группы, состоящей из полимолочной кислоты, полигликольной кислоты, поликапролактона, полигидроксибутирата, полигидроксивалерата, полидиоксанона, полиортоэфиров, полифосфацинов, полиуретанов, коллагена, гуалурониевой кислоты, хитозана, гидроксиапатита, фосфата кальция, сульфата кальция, карбоната кальция, биокерамики, нержавеющей стали, титана, тантала, аллотрансплантатов и аутотрансплантатов.
39. Способ стимулирования роста ткани на участке ткани, включающий:
размещение хирургическим путем первичной магистрали вблизи участка ткани, причем первичная магистраль содержит гибкую стенку, окружающую первичный проход потока, при этом гибкая стенка имеет множество отверстий, выполненных сквозь нее и сообщающихся с первичным проходом потока, а первичная магистраль дополнительно содержит элемент предотвращения закупорок, расположенный внутри первичного прохода потока;
размещение хирургическим путем вторичной магистрали в контакте с тканью таким образом, что вторичная магистраль проточно сообщается с первичной магистралью, но предотвращает контакт между первичной магистралью и участком ткани; и
подачу пониженного давления к участку ткани через первичный проход потока, множество отверстий и вторичную магистраль.
40. Способ по п.39, в котором элемент предотвращения закупорок представляет собой клеточный материал, расположенный внутри первичного прохода потока, при этом клеточный материал имеет множество каналов потока.
41. Способ по п.39, в котором элемент предотвращения закупорок представляет собой множество выступов, проходящих от внутренней поверхности гибкой стенки и в первичный проход потока.
42. Способ по п.39, в котором вторичная магистраль представляет собой войлочный коврик.
43. Способ по п.39, в котором вторичная магистраль является каркасом и состоит по меньшей мере из одного материала, выбранного из группы, состоящей из полимолочной кислоты, полигликольной кислоты, поликапролактона, полигидроксибутирата, полигидроксивалерата, полидиоксанона, полиортоэфиров, полифосфацинов, полиуретанов, коллагена, гуалурониевой кислоты, хитозана, гидроксиапатита, фосфата кальция, сульфата кальция, карбоната кальция, биокерамики, нержавеющей стали, титана, тантала, аллотрансплантатов и аутотрансплантатов.
44. Способ по п.39, в котором дополнительно подкожно удаляют первичную магистраль после завершения лечения ткани пониженным давлением.
45. Способ по п.39, в котором дополнительно подкожно удаляют первичную магистраль после завершения лечения ткани пониженным давлением и
в котором вторичная магистраль является саморассасывающейся.
46. Способ по п.39, в котором дополнительно осуществляют продувку первичного прохода потока наружным воздухом для предотвращения закупорок внутри первичного прохода потока.
