REFERIDA A UN METODO PARA PRODUCIR UN L-AMINOACIDO TAL COMO ACIDO DE L-GLUTAMICO, L-GLUTAMINA, L-PROLINA, L-ARGININA, L-LEUCINA O L-CISTEINA, QUE COMPRENDE EL CULTIVO DE UNA BACTERIA QUE TIENE LA CAPACIDAD DE PRODUCIR L-AMINOACIDO Y QUE ESTA MODIFICADA DE MANERA TAL QUE LA ACTIVIDAD FOSFOTRANSACETILASA SE AMPLIA EN UN MEDIO PARA CAUSAR LA ACUMULACION DE UN L-AMINOACIDO EN EL MEDIO O CELULAS BACTERIANAS Y LUEGO RECOGER EL L-AMINOACIDO DEL MEDIO O CELULAS BACTERIANAS.
