Abstract
La presente invención provee una nueva UDP-glucoronosiltransferasa y un polinucléotido que codifica la misma (por ejemplo, un polinucléotido que comprende un polinucléotido que contiene una secuencia de nucléotidos seleccionados del grupo que comprende la secuencia de nucléotidos en las posiciones 1 a 1359 en la secuencia de nucléotidos representados por SEQ ID N0: 4, la secuencia de nucléotidos en las posiciones 1 a 1365 en la secuencia de nucléotidos representada por SEQ ID N0: 10, la secuencia de nucléotidos en las posiciones 1 a 1371 en la secuencia de nucléotidos representada por SEQ ID N0: 12, y la secuencia de nucléotidos en las posiciones 1 a 1371 en la secuencia de nucléotidos representada por SEQ ID N0: 22; o un polinucléotido que comprende un polinucléotido que codifica una proteína, que tiene una secuencia de aminoácidos seleccionada del grupo que comprende SEQ IDNOS: 5, 11, 13 y 23), etc. Esta provee una nueva UDP-glucuronosiltransferasa con una amplia especificidad de sustrato.
