Claims (27)
- (1) 1차 및 2차 표면부위를 지닌 주표면을 제공하는 연속적 캐리어 필름과 (2) 상기 캐리어 필름 주표면의 1차 표면에 고착되고 최소한 하나의 층으로 구성된 이미지 형상의 그래픽 패턴 및 (3) 상기 그래픽 패턴을 코팅시키고 접착된 1차 세그먼트와 상기 캐리어 주표면의 2차 표면 부위를 피복시키고 접착된 2차 세그멘트를 가진 최소한 하나의 연속적인 접착층으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 캐리어 필름의 주표면은 상기 접착층과 상당히 강하게 접착되고, 상기 주표면은 상기 그래픽 패턴과는 약하게 접착되어 최대한 들러붙게 하고, 상기 그래픽 패턴은 최소한 한층의 이미징 물질로 형성되어 상기 캐리어에 접촉되기 전에 접착층에 적용되며, 상기 캐리어에 탈리력을 가하면 상기 그래픽 패턴의 가장자리부터 먼저 탈리되는 반면 상기 접착층의 2차 세그멘트와 캐리어의 2차 표면부 사이의 결합과 상기 접착제의 1차 세그멘트와 그래픽 패턴사이의 결합은 그대로 남아 있으며, 상기 캐리어 필름의 주표면은 보마이트, 스퍼터 에치, 산소 플라즈마 처리 또는 변성졸 겔중 하나이상의 것으로 프라임화 됨으로써 상기 주표면은 상기 접착층과 기판사이의 접착력보다 크게 상기 접착층의 2차 세그멘트들에 접착되도록 상기 기판상에상기 건식전사 제품을 접착시켜 캐리어 필름에 탈리력을 가하면 캐리어 필름 기관으로부터 상기 그래픽 패턴의 에이지를 따라 접착층의 2차 세그멘트와 더불어 분리되고 상기 기판상에 그래픽 패턴을 남겨 접착층의 1차 세그멘트 층에 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판상에 디자인을 제공하는 건식 전사 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 약 2000cm-kg/㎤ 이하의 파쇄력을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 700cm-kg/㎤ 이하의 파쇄력을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 열가소성 수지 또는 통상의 점착성의 감압 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제품은 최소한 1차 및 2차의 연속 접착층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 최소한 1차 접착층은 열가소성 수지로 구성되며, 그 1차 층은 그래픽 패턴과 상기 캐리어 주표면의 2차 부위와 접하고 있고, 상기 2차 접착층은 통상의 점착성을 갖는 감압 접착제로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어는 종이인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- (1) 1차 및 2차 표면부위를 지닌 주표면을 제공하는 연속적 캐리어 필름과 (2) 상기 캐리어 필름 주표면의 1차 표면에 고착되고 최소한 하나의 층으로 구성된 이미지 형상의 그래픽 패턴 및 (3) 상기 그래픽 패턴을 코팅시키고 접착된 1차 세그먼트와 상기 캐리어 주표면의 2차 표면 부위를 피복시키고 접착된 2차 세그멘트를 가진 최소한 하나의 연속적인 접착층으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 캐리어 필름의 주표면은 상기 접착층과 상당히 강하게 접착되고, 상기 주표면은 상기 그래픽 패턴과는 약하게 접착되어 최대한 들러붙게 하고, 상기 그래픽 패턴은 최소한 한층의 이미징 물질로 형성되어 상기 캐리어에 접촉되기 전에 접착층에 적용되며, 상기 캐리어에 탈리력을 가하면 상기 그래픽 패턴의 가장자리부터 먼저 탈리되는 반면 상기 접착층의 2차 세그멘트와 캐리어의 2차 표면부 사이의 결합과 상기 접착제의 1차 세그멘트와 그래픽 패턴사이의 결합은 그대로 남아 있으며, 상기 캐리어 필름의 주표면은 미세조직화되어 유효 표면적이 캐리어의 재료의 본래의 비조직성 표면적의 4배 이상이 되고 극소표면 에너지가 약 20erg/㎠ 이상이 되고, 이로 인해 상기의 주표면은 상기 접착제층과 기판사이의 접착력보다 크게 상기 접착층의 2차 세그멘트들에 접착성 결합을 제공할 수 있으며, 따라서 상기 기판상에 상기 건식 전사 제품을 접착시켜 캐리어 필름에 탈리력을 가하면 캐리어 필름 기판으로부터 상기 그래픽 패턴의 에이지를 따라 접착층의 2차 세그멘트와 더불어 분리되고 상기 기판상에 그래픽 패턴을 남겨 접착층의 1차 세그멘트 층에 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판상에 디자인을 제공하는 건식 전사 제품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어 주표면은 프라임화 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 프라임은 보마이트, 변형된 졸-겔 또는 스피터 에칭 또는 산소 프라스마 처리중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- (1) 1차 및 2차 표면부위를 지닌 주표면을 제공하는 연속적 캐리어 필름과 (2) 상기 캐리어 필름 주표면의 1차 표면에 고착되고 최소한 하나의 층으로 구성된 이미지 형상의 그래픽 패턴 및 (3) 상기 그래픽패턴을 코팅시키고 접착된 1차 세그먼트와 상기 캐리어 주표면의 2차 표면 부위를 피복시키고 접착된 2차 세그멘트를 가진 최소한 하나의 연속적인 접착층으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 캐리어 필름의 주표면은 상기 접착층과 상당히 강하게 접착되고, 상기 주표면은 상기 그래픽 패턴과는 약하게 접착되어 최대한 들러붙게 하고, 상기 그래픽 패턴은 최소한 한층의 이미징 물질로 형성되어 상기 캐리어에 접촉되기 전에 접착층에 적용되며, 상기 캐리어에 탈리력을 가하면 상기 그래픽 패턴의 가장자리부터 먼저 탈리되는 반면 상기 접착층의 2차 세그멘트와 캐리어의 2차 표면부 사이의 결합과 상기 접착제의 1차 세그멘트와 그래픽 패턴사이의 결합은 그대로 남아 있으며, 상기 캐리어 필름의 주표면은 상기 접착제와 화학적으로 반응하며, 이로 인해상기 주표면은 상기 접착층과 기판사이의 접착력보다 크게 상기 접착층의 2차 세그멘트들에 접착성 결합을 제공할 수 있으며, 따라서 상기 기판상에 상기 건식 전사 제품을 접착시켜 캐리어 필름에 탈리력을 가하면 캐리어 필름 기판으로부터 상기 그래픽 패턴의 에이지를 따라 접착층의 2차 세그멘트와 더불어 분리되고 상기 기판상에 그래픽 패턴을 남겨 접착층의 1차 세그멘트 층에 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판상에 디자인을 제공하는 건식 전사 제품.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어 주표면은 열경화성 아지리딘코팅막으로 구성되고 접착제는 반응성 카르복시기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제품은 접착제와 접하고 릴리이스 라이너로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이미징 물질은 최소한 하나의 잉크 또는 색조 분말로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 그래픽 패턴은 선명한 보호코팅과 최소한 하나의 색조층으로 구성되고 상기 보호코팅은 정밀하게 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 기판상에 접착제를 적용시키고 캐리어를 제기하는 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항의 어느 한 항의 건식 전사 제품을 기판에 적용시키는 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 캐리어를 제거하기에 앞서 상기 제품에 열을 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- (a) 적어도 하나의 접착제층으로 릴리이스 라이너를 코팅시켜 1차 및 2차 세그멘트를 갖는 연속적 접착체층을 형성하고, (b) 적어도 하나의 이미징 물질을 상기 접착제의 1차 세그멘트의 노출 표면에 적용시켜 상기 이미징 물질로부터 그래픽 패턴을 형성하고, (c) 상기 그래픽 패턴과 상기 접착제의 2차 세그멘트의 노출 표면을 연속적 캐리어 필름의 주표면과 접촉시키고, (d) 상기 캐리어 표면에 충분한 압력을 가해 상기 접착제와 접착시키는 것으로 구성되고, 상기 접착제와 캐리어 사이를 충분히 접착시켜 그들 사이에 강한 결합을 제공하고, 상기 캐리어와 그래픽 패턴에는 상기 고착 결합되도록 약하게 접착되고, 상기 캐리어에 탈리력을 가하면 상기 그래픽 패턴의 가장자리부터 먼저 탈리되는 반면 상기 접착층이 2차 세그멘트와 캐리어의 2차 표면부 사이의 결합과 상기 접착제의 1차 세그멘트와 그래픽 패턴사이의 결합은 그대로 남아 있으며, 이로 인해 상기 기판상에 상기 건식 전사 제품을 접착시켜 캐리어 필름에 탈리력을 가하면 캐리어 필름 기판으로부터 상기 그래픽 패턴의 에이지를 따라 접착층의 2차 세그먼트와 더불어 분리되고 상기 기판상에 그래픽 패턴을 남겨 접착층의 1차 세그멘트층에 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건식 전사 제품의 제조 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어에 열을 가하여 상기 접착층과 접착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 18 항 또는 제 19 항에 있어서, 잉크 조성물을 상기 접착층 표면에 적어도 스크린 프린트 또는 잉크분사 프린트중 하나의 방법으로 이미징 물질을 적용시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 18 항 내지 제 20 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 감압 접착제층을 상기 릴리이스 라이너에 코팅시키고, 그 위에 열가소성 접착제층을 코팅시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 18 항 내지 제 21 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어 주표면은 상기 그래픽 패턴 및 상기 접착층에 접촉되기 전에 프라임되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 22 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이미징 물질을 전기적 그래픽, 전기 감광기 또는 열전달기중 적어도 하나를 사용하여 적용시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 18 항, 제 19 항, 또는 제 21 항 내지 제 23 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이미징 물질은 색조 분말이고 그 색조 분말을 연소시켜 상기 그래픽 패턴을 형성하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 18 항 내지 제 23 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이미징 물질은 잉크이고 그 잉크를 건조 또는 경화시켜 상기 그래픽 패턴을 형성하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 18 항 내지 제 25 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이미징 물질을 적용하여 그래픽 패턴을 형성시키고, 상기 접착제층의 노출 표면에 이미징 물질을 적용하여 원하는 이미지를 얻고 원하는 이미지의 에이지에 정확하게 기록되도록 코팅 조성물을 적용하며, 상기 이미지에는 상기 조성물이 침투되나 상기 접착층의 노출 표면에는 침투되지 않도록 하여 접착제의 노출 표면에 상기 조성물이 침투되지 않아 정확하게 기록되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 26 항에 있어서, 상기 접착층의 노출 표면에 상기 조성물이 침투되지 않도록 한 후에 상기 코팅 조성물을 경화 또는 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
